M/s Shiv-tez enterprises, Geta colony, Delhi-31; has got worst kind of customer service. They have got two landline serviceas 22506009 &22529726; out of which 2nd no. are comleteout of order since last six month and 1st no provided remain busy whole of the day and if you get connected by chance then hardly being attended by staff available. So for each of the booking I have to visit personallytwice-thrice to their office for delivery of gas. HPhelpline is also not very useful as I am waiting for so many days for delivery but at last I have to visit their office for succesful delivery.

HP / Gas — delivery and booking issue

my compalint no is 49P having two cylender and problem last three month after empty the delivery posibble one cylender empty every time

I am Ram singh.I have HP Gas connection from Raj Gas Service in Gurgaon(HARYANA).Its about1month gone i have booked gas.But its not delivered yet.First time they said that your address is wrong but my address is same and i am getting my all correspondance to this address only, still i have given them my address proof then they said that gas will be delivered in 1-2 days.Its about 25 days gone but still it is not delivered.After that once again i called them then they said that your gas was not booked, now i am booking, you will get it by 1-2 days.After one week i again called them then they told me that your address is wrong.I am not able to understand all this.Can any one help me.

    My son sent a gift on 30th Dec. 2008 from Melbourne to Mumbai . The gift reached Mumbai on 2nd Jan. 2009. but it hasn't been delivered to my house yet. What is the cause for this delay?

    HP Laptop — Huge Delay in getting the laptop working

    I am Deepti Gupta having HP Laptop - DV6314TX. My laptop was not working regularly and had issues. I logged a complaint at the RT Outsourcing Services Ltd, Gurgaon which is an HP Authorized Service Center in second week of November. I am an MBA student and my laptop is either not working or not with me since November. It is still not in working condition. These people now on 3rd January have recognized that the Motherboard needs replacement after replacing the touch screen slit and Hard Disk. I had initially gone to the center t get my DVD R/W drive changed as it was showing problems, but since then it started problem of hanging and not able to recover after hibernating. It took them two months to identify the problem, I was told last Saturday that I will get new mother board in a week, but I am still waiting for their reply in this regard since then. I have taken extended warranty due to which they are not charging me anything, but due to repeated problems I am unable to concentrate on my studies. I am helpless, kindly do the needful so that I am able to study peacefully.

    HP Laptop — Poor Service & Delay

    I had bought a HP Pavalion TX 2009 AU tablet laptop with extended warranty in July 2009. In less than 8 months there was problem of no display and it was submitted for repairs at the authorised service center at Dadar, Mumbai on 31st March, 2009, case No [protected]. Till date, 28th April 2009, I donot have a confirmation from the service center as to when they will return the laptop duly repaired.They donot have spares to repair.

    I have been trying to put claim for the full value of the laptop from HP since they are not able to solve the problem within the specified time limit.

    They have an extended warranty cover, but u get trapped into it as they cannot service the laptop during the normal one year warranty, what they will do in the extended period.

    I would advice all, not to get into buying any HP product in India as their service support has completely failed and not able to keep up with the Sales expansion.

    I need the contacts where i can file a consumer complaint for refund of the purchase value.
    i also bought a hp laptop in jan 09 and draft was recieved by the redemption service on 7 mar 09. even then there has been considerable delay in sending me yhe promised 5.1 philips home theatre system. no concrete reason has been givrn by the company though my gift status hsa been mentioned as waiting bythem

      1. I have purchase a HP CompG4, SHREaq Laptop CQ60 104TU serial No 2CE8350KPX on 22 Oct 2008 from GL Technologist(Name of Dealer), Jaipur. But after one month DVD is not working properly.

      2. I have complaint to your service centre "RT OUTSOURCING LTD. G3-G4 SHREE GOPAL TOWEER, KRISHNA MARG C-SCHEME, JAIPUR for repair on 02 Dec 08.

      3. On the complaint, RT Outsourcing Ltd Jaipur, DVD orderd from your office on 03 Dec 2008 and their order No [protected] and Unserviceable DVD keept with them. But now a days, DVD not received from your centre.

      4. My questions is how many time will repair my Laptop.

        I have purchased a COMPAQ CQ45-207TU LAPTOP on 24.02.2009.It is under the scheme of free gift offer of a KODAK Digital camera.My online redemption code is CND8451R21.After one month since I sent the documents Hp redemption sent a letter saying that cheque is Multilated.

        Refer to the "Multilated Cheque" issue. I enquried with your
        customer care executive.They said that, the cheque has been teared
        (cut into pieces).Also i received that cheque.It is very much sure that someone
        has intentionally teared the date part of the cheque.

        Iam very disappointing to know this .I sent the cheque with great care, with
        carefull packing, I have the xerox copy of cheque and all the documents that i couriered to you.

        Iam guareentee that the cheque was in very good condition when I packed and couriered.Also refer to the mail sent by HP redemption cell about 20 days back, they said that my documents are received in good condition.However its the new issue you are raising, 20 days since you received my documents..So Iam sure that someone in your redemption cell has mishandled the cheque and teared it and you have put the blame on me.And none of your executives are not bothere sd to call me.

        Sending a new cheque is not an issue for me, provided the valid reason is given by HP redemption cell.And I request you to bear the expenses of courier charges, since there is no mistake from my side.

        I hope my concerns will be addressed with top priority and urgently as I will be available in India for limited number of days.Please let me know is there any alternative way of fast transation. I can even arrange a cheque of HDFC-Kalkaji, New Delhi Branch cheque also, if the par cheque is time consuming.

        The delay in gift delivery is very common. Untill they donot have in stock they will kill time. You pl. keep track record of DD delivered by courier and scanned image of invoice. Send them regularly by mail then they will send.

        Hey Guys i am having the same problem. the company has taken demend drafts from every1 for the gift but has not given the gift yet 2 no1..I am from Ahmedabad .I had a word the main manager of HP over here, he was rude and said you people wont get gift 'do watever u can do' i.e 'Jo Karna hai karle'..now i have almost 10 ppl from Ahmedabad whom i know is having this problem..

        Hp cartridge problem

        We have bought Hp Cartidge from hadapsar. After installation its giving an error that there is no ink in cartridge. Now we want refund or exchange of the cartridge.           We had registered a complaint vide no.[protected] on December 19, 2008. Despite several calls to customer care of HP, emails and also calls to the engineer referred by the HP customer care department. Till date our complaint not attended, neither they are responding our emails.

          We request you to kindly take the necessary steps to rectify our fault as soon as possible.

            I have purchased two HP Vivera inks, one Cyan and the other light magenta from M/s Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd., 16 Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata - 700 013 (Ph.[protected]. At the time of replacing the cartridges, original HP product message was shown. But while checking the ink level, it was shown 3/4 in case of the CYAN while in case of light magenta it was ok.
            Please explain why this discrepancy should occur..

              Definitely it was my mistake that I have chosen HP pavilion laptop for personnal use instead of DELL or LENOVO and gone ahead and purchased it on 09/10/2008 from a HP Reseller in HYDERABAD, AP.

              My model number is HP Pavilion DV2910 TX. This model was having a redemption offer of KODAK DIGITAL CAMERA worth Rs.7, 000 (approx).

              Immidiately after purchase I applied for the DIGITAL CAMERA redemption offer on 15/10/2008 and all the necessary documents plus Rs. 990 Demand draft in favor of solutions integrated marketing services limited newdelhi.

              I got confirmation of my Digital Camera from Hp Redemption cell after calling them on November 15th.

              After that I called them several times and they were replying me that there is processing delay and it would take some more time to dispatch the offer to my mentioned address.

              Now today after 3 months wait when still didnot receive anything from them so I called them back and now they are creating another story that the address I have mentioned, there the courier can't be dispatched and I have to send them another address through fax where they can dispatch that camera.

              I really doubt their authenticity of providing the offer from the Redemption Cell and really don't know when I would be receiving the offer.

                On 31/10/2008 I bought a Q2612A toner from (HP) esteemed concern which was replaced on 3rd December 2008 for the vertical line came out in every print.

                The replaced or repaired toner serial no. is 1008032.

                From very first day after installed replaced or repaired toner is not up to the mark and from 17th December 2008, again this vertical line has been coming out in every print. For which I have been failing to print necessary documents because the vertical line which has been coming out in the print is looking very odd.

                This is the first time I have been facing trouble with this toner. I have checked my printer with another toner collecting from one of friends and print is ok which has proved that the printer is OK. I went to HP Service Center (2, Ripon Street, CMC Building, Kolkata - 700016) with this problem where after testing the toner they refused me (Case ID: ININDARC[protected], Date: 12/18/2008).

                I registered a complaint through “HP online Register a complaint form” (http://h20526.www2.hp.com/cchs/forms/SubmitCase_EU.asp) and sent an e-mail to soni.[protected]@hp.com, indiaarc.[protected]@hp.com along all the documents of purchased bill and sample test paper regarding this faulty toner (Q2612A) but after that there is no Response form HP still now.

                I appeal all the HP customers that don’t trust the HP Product.

                Locum international operates many HP printers (4350's) and two LJ1320's.
                This is a problem of new faulty toner. Today Feb 07 a brand new original Q5949X toner (bought direct from HP) was opened from an original box and installed and immediately fails to print normally. The copy is very faint and unreadable. The machine prints perfectly with another Q5949X toner. We swapped out with two different toners and the quality is excellent. It appears we have been supplied with a dud Q5949X toner. As stated the toner was supplied direct from HP and delivered by courier. Our Office is fully air conditioned year round and all Q5949X toners are stored in a air conditioned storage room with many other operating and working toners.

                HPLJ-1230 — poor and fraudlent customer care support

                my printer HPLJ-1230 is not working properly. i gave this at HP authorised service centre at Ghaziabad on 26/03/2009. they informed me that scanner costing Rs. 3500/- will be replaced. but on 4/4/2009 they informed me that scanner will cost Rs. 6500/-. Now today i.e. 8/5/2009, i was informed that scanner is properly working but ecu card costing Rs.10, 000/- is required to be replaced.
                i could not understand that when scanner is not working properly earlier, how it will be possible that scanner starts working properly and required change of ecu card.
                from the above there are following question in my mind:
                -why service centre quates different rate for same parts with a period of 8 days.
                -whether is it proper that company like HP, takes 42 days in informing the customer the required repair. and three diffrent repiars within this period.
                -why should i not believe that parts have been changed by the service centre.

                I have been using HP toners for long. I never experienced this issue of getting 200 pages of low quality. Will HP confirm again that the first 200 pages from HP toners are useless? It cannot work for a few toner and cannot work for others. Don't the follow some manufacturing standards?

                  i have given my hp laptop to the hp centre at okhla phase 1-200, new delhi on 25th nov'08 under the case no. [protected] so that the problem could be solved soon. i was informed later by the hp centre that the laptop's fan and harddrive has to be replaced. i have taken also hp carepack worth r6000 so that it will be under guarantee period of another two years since my purchase of laptop.
                  now on repeated phone calls and visit to the hp centre, the problem has not been solved yet. today i talked them again and came to know that hardrive has been replaced but issue of fan is still pending.they have not given any committment for the time required the fan to be replaced.

                  plz do take care of the customer as my majority of the work is laptop dependent.

                      We have purchased a new tri-color cartridge of Model No C8728A HP28 and Serial No. [protected] for our printer HP Officejet 4255 All-in-one (Serial No CN5BHGI2FQ). But from the beginning we found that it does not work properly. After printing of one row /line printer take rest for 2-4 minutes again it print one line ..in such way one page printing take 20-30 minutes. Whereas when we change this cartridge with other one same model catridge… we have no problem with printing. Our hardware engineer also told that problem is with this new cartridge.
                      So, please replace this cartridge as early as possible.

                          I had purchase a Desktop PC from M/s Cyber Infotech Services 92 B/A Gole Market Jammu vide their invoice No 19 Dated 18/04/2008. To availing the Company's promotional scheme I had sent processing charges for Rs.1699/- (Demand Draft No. 115723 dated 02/05/2008 of Bank of India Satwari Branch Jammu) alogwith other formalites, under ( Hamper - B ) to Scheme Coordinator New Pavillion Desktop Offer c/o Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt Ltd. SCO 171-172, 2nd floor, Sector-8, Madhya Marg chandigarh- 160 018(UT). They had alloted redumption code 13743 and file no. 13132 and sent all items except Creative 2.1 Multimedia speakers (SBS A300) with the directions that speakers to be collected by the customer from the dealer where from you bought the PC. I had contacted the above dealer immidiately for delivery of speakers, but he refuse to deliver the item with the remarks that he had nothing received from the company in this regard. I am extremely tired by speaking with this fools. They are telling me sometimes it takes years also to receive your DVD. DID I MADE A MISTAKE BY PURCHASING A HP LAPTOP. FROM PAST THREE MONTHS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SUPPLY ME THE DVD, NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME TO COME AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BACK. WE CANT HELP YOU. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THE HP LAPTOP. YOU SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED DELL WHERE YOU CAN GET A GOOD SERVICE.
                            I am tired of speaking in the customer care at[protected], several times i spoke to them also but they were not able to help me. I spoke with Mr. Yogender (manager) at[protected] Simtech but didn’t heard my case. The front office people are telling me, Do whatever you feel like our company have a very good lawyers team who will handle the case easily. I spoke with M/s MADHURI at[protected] SHE GAVE ME THE NO. OF MR. RAKESH WHOM I HAVE NEVER FOUND ON DESK at[protected]. HE HAD NEVER BEEN FOUND ON DESK. GOD BLESS HIM

                            I am extremely got frustrated by the worst service i have got from the HP. At last customer care people got tired and gave me the email id and told me that your case will be heard here soon.
                            PLEASE DONT IRRITATE THE CUSTOMER SO MUCH THAT HE FORGET THE NAME OF HP IN DREAMS ALSO. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON.
                            TIRED OF KEEPING SUCH A LONG PATIENCE. I HAVE SPENT AROUND MORE THEN 1000/- ON PHONE CALLS TO THIS FOOLS. NOW THE SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE ARE TELLING ME TO COME AND TAKE MY MONEY BACK AND THROW THE HP LAPTOP IN A DUSTBIN AND BUY SOME OTHER REPUTED COMPANY LAPTOP.

                              I bought last year Hp Pavillion dv9000 model Laptop from HP, Display got failure.. Just before the warranty finish.. 3 months ago i brought it to the place where i bought.. and they send it to the HP SERVICE CENTER... For past 3 Months i am going there and asking for my laptop.. The only answer they can give is " come next week ." now 3 months past.. All my work been blocked cause they dont even help in giving my hard disk... Really got fed up.. Could u Help me about it?

                                I had visited to your service station which is located at Ankleswar, Bharuch, Gujarat, India named xcort systems
                                Sinces last four month the day when note book mainboard get infected & had been changed by your side from that day to till today my notebook recovery drive has been deleted which came to know me & then after when I contact to your service center yr representative told me that I need to talk to customer care, from their I came to know that I need to install recovery drive again for that, I need recovery disk they told me
                                it will delivered to my residence address within 10 days till that my notebook was like scrap for me I was eagerly awaited for disk so when ten days got over &
                                I call again to customer care a representative told me that its despacth to your address it will delivered to memtioned address with 5 to 6 days again after this period I call to customer care than a represtative told me that main board not contain any serial no. so first you need to visit our nearest service center so again I go back to ankleswar which is 30 kilo meter far from my residence after going their & updation for serial no got done than again I call to customer care & than after again same process has to be followed by me to customer care & finally got disk but it cant help me than after again same process with your service center, person their finally replied that this DISK is not solving this problem so need another disk than after I again called to customer care & followed again same process & they send me disk again after 15 to 20 days I need to be awaited for same time this all things are going on since last four months I think em a foot ball your customer care & service center persons kicking from this goal post other goal post. Em unable to use my notebook & also need to go cyber cafe for small works which is effecting lot to me & my business Till today your service center person has tried new recovery disk which was deliver to me again from your side but still my problem is not solve and now when today again I call to customer care representative took your service center person he also told that this disk is not able to create recovery drive he also told to customer care representative that their might be problem in main board So now em fade up by your this kind of exercise also my notebook is not working my warranty is also running up n near to finished

                                Finally would request you take a interest in my notebook, resolve my problem of notebook recover as I have lost my many important data mine


                                When I was about to purchase my notebook their are my company who deals in same product but i took your product only with a confidence in quality & service of your with such giant name so request you prove my confidence in you rather to wave me

                                    I have the HP 520 laptop. This laptop was provided to me by my institute (ICRI) in the month of August, 2008. The laptop worked fine initially, but then in the month of November i faced this problem - my laptop wouldn't start. I went with the laptop to Simtech Computronics, Saki Naka, Mumbai (authorized HP centre), there they told me that there was a problem in the laptop's motherboard and they replaced it.
                                    However, in the month of January I faced the same problem again, this time too the motherboard of the laptop was replaced, (how can a brand new motherboard become defective? not once, but twice).
                                    I collected my laptop after it was repaired, it was working fine, but just after 3 days I faced an issue with the battery. Now the system doesn't detect the battery. When I try to start the laptop on battery, it doesn't start, but it starts when I connect the power-cable to it. the battery is of no use now.
                                    I have faced these issues over a short period of 3 months.
                                    My laptop is still under warrenty.
                                    Each time I face a problem with the laptop, I have to take it all the way from Mira Road (Mumbai), to Andheri (Mumbai). It is quite hectic for me.
                                    I am seeking a long-term solution with regards to this laptop, or better if i get a replacement for this laptop.

                                    Hi,
                                    I purchased my laptop 1 year back in October.After some months there was overheating issues with my laptop,So i brought my lapotop to the JAIPUR service Centre of HP.They said that HEAT SINK is to be replaced.By considering the name of the company i thought it will hardly take 4-5 days but to my astonishment i still did not get my laptop's part replaced that is even after 23 days.
                                    I did not expect such a poor service from HP.And adding to this whenever i called to the service centre they said that part will arrive tomorrow.Everytime i called i got same reply.Its like they are making fool o[censored]s.
                                    Either they did not have any information regarding the status of my laptop repair which is highly unacceptable from such a company and its status

But I am very much irritated with a company called solutions I digitals, Its the company on which hp relies to channel its redemption gifts to customers. First of all Hp products are of such a superior quality that they dnt require much redemption gifts to attract customers, If you guys wana go for that kind of seasonal promotions, better do it on ur own.                                     After buying an HP laptop, i have availed Holiday offer from HP and paid the full amount of Rs 999 during June 2014. Claim was validated on 08/07/2014 and three items (1. HP S3000 speakers, HP Wireless mouse, HP Headset) were to be delivered within a month to me. Now it is already over four months and none of item is delivered till date. moreover HP stop responding to my mails/complaints.
                                    Then HP came up with new offer of providing different speaker + a pen drive in lieu of S3000 speaker. since this speaker is inferior to originally offered item, i declined the offer. reason for swap of S3000 speaker was 'unavailability of stock' for the said item. however S3000 speaker is available on almost all e-retail websites including flipkart, snapdeal, amazon.
                                    Below are my complaints:
                                    1. Why HP S3000 speakers were offered in holiday offer, while stock of HP speakers S3000 was not available with HP?
                                    2. HP S3000 speakers are easily available on almost all online retailers including Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal to name a few. Why availability is stated as main reason for not fulfilling the order?
                                    3. it is already Four (4) months since approval of claim. period of four months is enough time arrange for the order by sourcing the items from elsewhere. why order is still not fulfilled?
                                    4. I have not received appropriate and timely response from HP. Why customer care department is not replying with appropriate answers when site of HP promise to respond within two days?
                                    5. It is already nearly five months since payment of full amount from my side. why have you taken the payment when you can not realize the order?

                                      i had an laptop of hp and the model no of mine laptop is pavilion dv6703tx and i had purchased out in march and the serial no. of mine laptop is cnf8010jzr i am reciveing the problems in mine laptop from the purchase date and till today. I had subbmitted the laptop to the service center for 8 times in okhla phase1 and the problems which i had ouccred are
                                      1. display was not working and for this they had changed mine screen panel
                                      2. finger print sensor.
                                      3. dvd writer changed for three times
                                      4. charging adapter had changed
                                      5. charging slot had been changed
                                      6. bluetooth has changed
                                      7. speaker has been changed and still they are not working
                                      8. and the ram has changed out due to i was reciving the hang problem
                                      and till today i am not satisfied of all the services and at last i can say that many things are still not working i.e. the display is not in proper color as was on purchase date and internal speakers are not working.
                                      for all this from the purchase i had submitted mine laptop for two and a half month and thts why i want the replacement of mine laptop

                                        Sir/ Madam,

                                        This is reference to the roberry of our three HP LPG cylinders. Two were registered on My Father in Laws name their consumer No. is 602347, & one registered was on My Brother in Laws name their consumer no. is 606308. We have launched complaint at local police station and our complaint no is No. Pl/Cal/14580/2008 dated 15/12/2008 (MAR No. 1586/2008). When we approached our gas distributor for issuing us new cylinder in place of robbed one, he is relunctant to issue the same. He told us to apply for new gas connections . However we are ready to pay for new cylinders instead of new gas connections . When we have already gas connections with regulator why we should apply for the new one? Also please let us know what is the procedure to get the robbed cylinders replaced by the distributor. Please advice on the same at the earliest as we are facing difficulties to get refilled one as now we are managing with only one LPG cylinder .
