dar sir,
i have given my hp laptop to the hp centre at okhla phase 1-200, new delhi on 25th nov'08 under the case no. [protected] so that the problem could be solved soon. i was informed later by the hp centre that the laptop's fan and harddrive has to be replaced. i have taken also hp carepack worth r6000 so that it will be under guarantee period of another two years since my purchase of laptop.
now on repeated phone calls and visit to the hp centre, the problem has not been solved yet. today i talked them again and came to know that hardrive has been replaced but issue of fan is still pending.they have not given any committment for the time required the fan to be replaced.

plz do take care of the customer as my majority of the work is laptop dependent.

      One TONNER CARTRIDGE (Product No. Q6003A; Magenta Colour; PS-FR(17), MC1-5322-A14N) does not work with the Printer HP Color Laser Jet 2600n. The Cartridge is full but printing is very light/dull. Kindly do the needful for replacement of this Cartridge.

      Sub: Complain for tri-color cartridge Model No C8728A HP28 Serial No. [protected] of printer Officejet 4255 All-in-one



      We have purchased a new tri-color cartridge of Model No C8728A HP28 and Serial No. [protected] for our printer HP Officejet 4255 All-in-one (Serial No CN5BHGI2FQ). But from the beginning we found that it does not work properly. After printing of one row /line printer take rest for 2-4 minutes again it print one line ..in such way one page printing take 20-30 minutes. Whereas when we change this cartridge with other one same model catridge… we have no problem with printing. Our hardware engineer also told that problem is with this new cartridge.
      So, please replace this cartridge as early as possible.

        I have purchased a HP (Compaq) Laptop from Home Town (Future Group Show Room) in ahmedabad on 03/05/2008 having bill no T10/103. the LCD of laptop has been damage in normal use condition due to manufacturing deffect, when i go to their service centre to repair they refuse for parts replacement in free of cost, they are demanding Rs.15000/- for LCD replacement. so i requesting you to do the needful.

          I had purchase a Desktop PC from M/s Cyber Infotech Services 92 B/A Gole Market Jammu vide their invoice No 19 Dated 18/04/2008. To availing the Company's promotional scheme I had sent processing charges for Rs.1699/- (Demand Draft No. 115723 dated 02/05/2008 of Bank of India Satwari Branch Jammu) alogwith other formalites, under ( Hamper - B ) to Scheme Coordinator New Pavillion Desktop Offer c/o Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt Ltd. SCO 171-172, 2nd floor, Sector-8, Madhya Marg chandigarh- 160 018(UT). They had alloted redumption code 13743 and file no. 13132 and sent all items except Creative 2.1 Multimedia speakers (SBS A300) with the directions that speakers to be collected by the customer from the dealer where from you bought the PC. I had contacted the above dealer immidiately for delivery of speakers, but he refuse to deliver the item with the remarks that he had nothing received from the company in this regard. I lodged the complaint vide ticket -ID : YAB-296003 at http://www.hpredemptions.innovativesupport.in . In response to my complaint they had assure me that your complaint has been sent to HP Company and what so ever the solution will be intimated to you. but till date, even a gap of more than six months, they have not given any reply to my complaint despite of my repeated reminders on the subject matter. I would like to request that kindly look into the matter and send the speakers at my following address to avoid any further delay and harsment.

            I would like to bring your kind attention towards my case which is pending in the service centre from past 3 months. My details are as follows:

            I have given my laptop to SIMTECH COMPUTRONICS PVT. LTD, an authorised HP service center for a Recovery DVD on 03.10.2008. I am extremely tired by speaking with this fools. They are telling me sometimes it takes years also to receive your DVD. DID I MADE A MISTAKE BY PURCHASING A HP LAPTOP. FROM PAST THREE MONTHS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SUPPLY ME THE DVD, NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME TO COME AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BACK. WE CANT HELP YOU. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THE HP LAPTOP. YOU SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED DELL WHERE YOU CAN GET A GOOD SERVICE.
            I am tired of speaking in the customer care at[protected], several times i spoke to them also but they were not able to help me. I spoke with Mr. Yogender (manager) at[protected] Simtech but didn’t heard my case. The front office people are telling me, Do whatever you feel like our company have a very good lawyers team who will handle the case easily. I spoke with M/s MADHURI at[protected] SHE GAVE ME THE NO. OF MR. RAKESH WHOM I HAVE NEVER FOUND ON DESK at[protected]. HE HAD NEVER BEEN FOUND ON DESK. GOD BLESS HIM

            I am extremely got frustrated by the worst service i have got from the HP. At last customer care people got tired and gave me the email id and told me that your case will be heard here soon.
            PLEASE DONT IRRITATE THE CUSTOMER SO MUCH THAT HE FORGET THE NAME OF HP IN DREAMS ALSO. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON.

              Hello,
              I bought last year Hp Pavillion dv9000 model Laptop from HP, Display got failure.. Just before the warranty finish.. 3 months ago i brought it to the place where i bought.. and they send it to the HP SERVICE CENTER... For past 3 Months i am going there and asking for my laptop.. The only answer they can give is " come next week ." now 3 months past.. All my work been blocked cause they dont even help in giving my hard disk... Really got fed up.. Could u Help me about it?

                As now I get rid off for following your process now I need to correspond with u in black n white so that I can get some favorable output & results of my notebook recovery problems & can use it.

                Experience with your service

                I had visited to your service station which is located at Ankleswar, Bharuch, Gujarat, India named xcort systems
                Sinces last four month the day when note book mainboard get infected & had been changed by your side from that day to till today my notebook recovery drive has been deleted which came to know me & then after when I contact to your service center yr representative told me that I need to talk to customer care, from their I came to know that I need to install recovery drive again for that, I need recovery disk they told me
                it will delivered to my residence address within 10 days till that my notebook was like scrap for me I was eagerly awaited for disk so when ten days got over &
                I call again to customer care a representative told me that its despacth to your address it will delivered to memtioned address with 5 to 6 days again after this period I call to customer care than a represtative told me that main board not contain any serial no. so first you need to visit our nearest service center so again I go back to ankleswar which is 30 kilo meter far from my residence after going their & updation for serial no got done than again I call to customer care & than after again same process has to be followed by me to customer care & finally got disk but it cant help me than after again same process with your service center, person their finally replied that this DISK is not solving this problem so need another disk than after I again called to customer care & followed again same process & they send me disk again after 15 to 20 days I need to be awaited for same time this all things are going on since last four months I think em a foot ball your customer care & service center persons kicking from this goal post other goal post. Em unable to use my notebook & also need to go cyber cafe for small works which is effecting lot to me & my business Till today your service center person has tried new recovery disk which was deliver to me again from your side but still my problem is not solve and now when today again I call to customer care representative took your service center person he also told that this disk is not able to create recovery drive he also told to customer care representative that their might be problem in main board So now em fade up by your this kind of exercise also my notebook is not working my warranty is also running up n near to finished

                Finally would request you take a interest in my notebook, resolve my problem of notebook recover as I have lost my many important data mine


                When I was about to purchase my notebook their are my company who deals in same product but i took your product only with a confidence in quality & service of your with such giant name so request you prove my confidence in you rather to wave me

                  my laptop battery is not working properly.. i was given a battery to hp care but they told me that your battery number is not matched to your laptop model.. but how can possible this one.. i have purchased a laptop two months ago and it is in warranty yet.. and how can i know my battery number is matched or not...and how can i check my battery number is original or not... give me a proper reason and tell me what to do for further process..

                    I have also purchased Compaq PresarioCQ40-108TU on 13th January 2009 from Impact computer Jaipur. and at that time they were offering Kodak Digital camera on it.for which customer need to send CHEAQUE payable at PAR of Rs 1299 to HP redemption cell, and according to HP redemption cell, they would take 6 weeks to process any request, but still i haven't recieved my Kodak Digital camera or any acknowledgment message from their side and it has been almost 23 days since i have send all the mentioned document and PAR CHEAQUE of Rs 1299 to them, and i have tried HP redemtion cell phone no.[protected] several times but no one has picked up the the phone.
                    I have the HP 520 laptop. This laptop was provided to me by my institute (ICRI) in the month of August, 2008. The laptop worked fine initially, but then in the month of November i faced this problem - my laptop wouldn't start. I went with the laptop to Simtech Computronics, Saki Naka, Mumbai (authorized HP centre), there they told me that there was a problem in the laptop's motherboard and they replaced it.
                    However, in the month of January I faced the same problem again, this time too the motherboard of the laptop was replaced, (how can a brand new motherboard become defective? not once, but twice).
                    I collected my laptop after it was repaired, it was working fine, but just after 3 days I faced an issue with the battery. Now the system doesn't detect the battery. When I try to start the laptop on battery, it doesn't start, but it starts when I connect the power-cable to it. the battery is of no use now.
                    I have faced these issues over a short period of 3 months.
                    My laptop is still under warrenty.
                    Each time I face a problem with the laptop, I have to take it all the way from Mira Road (Mumbai), to Andheri (Mumbai). It is quite hectic for me.
                    I am seeking a long-term solution with regards to this laptop, or better if i get a replacement for this laptop.
                    What reliability does HP offer to its consumers?
                    I would like to know what are the steps you plan to take with regard to this case.

                    I purchased my laptop 1 year back in October.After some months there was overheating issues with my laptop,So i brought my lapotop to the JAIPUR service Centre of HP.They said that HEAT SINK is to be replaced.By considering the name of the company i thought it will hardly take 4-5 days but to my astonishment i still did not get my laptop's part replaced that is even after 23 days.

                    After buying an HP laptop, i have availed Holiday offer from HP and paid the full amount of Rs 999 during June 2014. Claim was validated on 08/07/2014 and three items (1. HP S3000 speakers, HP Wireless mouse, HP Headset) were to be delivered within a month to me. Now it is already over four months and none of item is delivered till date. moreover HP stop responding to my mails/complaints.
                    Then HP came up with new offer of providing different speaker + a pen drive in lieu of S3000 speaker. since this speaker is inferior to originally offered item, i declined the offer. reason for swap of S3000 speaker was 'unavailability of stock' for the said item. however S3000 speaker is available on almost all e-retail websites including flipkart, snapdeal, amazon.
                    Below are my complaints:
                    1. Why HP S3000 speakers were offered in holiday offer, while stock of HP speakers S3000 was not available with HP?
                    2. HP S3000 speakers are easily available on almost all online retailers including Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal to name a few. Why availability is stated as main reason for not fulfilling the order?
                    3. it is already Four (4) months since approval of claim. period of four months is enough time arrange for the order by sourcing the items from elsewhere. why order is still not fulfilled?
                    4. I have not received appropriate and timely response from HP. Why customer care department is not replying with appropriate answers when site of HP promise to respond within two days?

                      i had an laptop of hp and the model no of mine laptop is pavilion dv6703tx and i had purchased out in march and the serial no. of mine laptop is cnf8010jzr i am reciveing the problems in mine laptop from the purchase date and till today. I had subbmitted the laptop to the service center for 8 times in okhla phase1 and the problems which i had ouccred are
                      1. display was not working and for this they had changed mine screen panel
                      2. finger print sensor.
                      3. dvd writer changed for three times
                      4. charging adapter had changed
                      5. charging slot had been changed
                      6. bluetooth has changed
                      7. speaker has been changed and still they are not working
                      8. and the ram has changed out due to i was reciving the hang problem
                      and till today i am not satisfied of all the services and at last i can say that many things are still not working i.e. the display is not in proper color as was on purchase date and internal speakers are not working.
                      for all this from the purchase i had submitted mine laptop for two and a half month and thts why i want the replacement of mine laptop

                        Sir/ Madam,

                        This is reference to the roberry of our three HP LPG cylinders. Two were registered on My Father in Laws name their consumer No. is 602347, & one registered was on My Brother in Laws name their consumer no. is 606308. We have launched complaint at local police station and our complaint no is No. Pl/Cal/14580/2008 dated 15/12/2008 (MAR No. 1586/2008). When we approached our gas distributor for issuing us new cylinder in place of robbed one, he is relunctant to issue the same. He told us to apply for new gas connections . However we are ready to pay for new cylinders instead of new gas connections . When we have already gas connections with regulator why we should apply for the new one? Also please let us know what is the procedure to get the robbed cylinders replaced by the distributor. Please advice on the same at the earliest as we are facing difficulties to get refilled one as now we are managing with only one LPG cylinder .

                          Dear concerned customer grievance officer in-charge,

                          My tataindicombroadband user-id [protected]@vsnl.net has been inactive
                          since the last two week or so.
                          I have lodged several complaints - so many times i have lost track...
                          you can look up the complaint numbers under my id... and the status as
                          per your so called 'service confirmation centre' where they keep
                          assuring me 'we've taken note and forwarded the complaint to rrelevant
                          authorities.'

                          Nothing happens.

                          And it is not the first time... every single time i have had a problem
                          with the connection, i have had to re-lodge it and then again. Your
                          assigned engineer of course even has the gall to tell me why do you
                          keep doing that!!

                          This latest complaint takes a rather serious turn however.
                          I have again since the very beginning requesting for a router for my
                          connection to your engineer and the area in-charge... I keep getting
                          various replies - it will cost xyz amount that randomly varies... or
                          then why dont you get a router and install it yourself?
                          Which finally I did - with the help of a local HP service centre
                          engineer since yours didnt deem to come by to supervise after assuring
                          that he would.
                          He did speak to the engineer from HP however and provided all the
                          necessary details.

                          What has occurred since then is a random series of
                          connection/disconnection activities for which i lodged the latest
                          complaint. Your helpline guy assures me the connection is in working
                          order... however when i try to log on, i cant and keep getting
                          errors. One of them reads - ' IP address conflict - Currently another
                          computer is using the same active IP address'.
                          Upon taking cue from Q & A forums online via another internet
                          connection I found out that my IP address has been seized by another
                          computer and is being re-routed. I suspect some one has changed some
                          settings to siphon off free internet access.

                          I am deeply aggrieved at the lack of response from your support system
                          time and again... this error could have been found out much earlier if
                          your so-called expert engineers landed to take care of the complaint
                          and tested why my internet access is blocked on my computer when it is
                          showing 'active' on your systems... instead of having an total
                          amateur like me having to struggle my way around to discover this.

                          As a concerned citizen I am tempted to lodge a complaint with the
                          consumer court and also an FIR with the police regarding this -
                          considering the appalling number of cyber crimes that are rampant
                          today but I would first like to give you a chance to rectify the
                          slight on your side.

                          If i dont find my grievance addressed within the next 24 hours(which
                          incidentally is a favorite quote i hear from your helpline number)
                          rest assured I will take the needful action.

                          This is to inform you that I dinesh Kumar purchased a Laptop Presario 500 Serial no CND7090N7N on 2007 with 2 year extended warranty of HP Care Pack..I am Not satisfy with the HP product & services provided by HP due to following reseasons and every time I faced harassment during services each time and the service center in Okhla not take the customer in well manner I don’t know where the mistake is going on at the end of dealer or service provider.

                          The Following points are explain my difficulties faced during services of my laptop.

                          In first Service: when I was taken my first service from RT Outsourcing services ltd A-200 Okhla Indl. Area Phase -1 New Delhi 110020 of battery replacement and Scratch mark on my laptop due to Manufacturing fault of this laptop and they deny the problem and don’t give me services at that time and told this scratches is due to dust bust if any person is seen my laptop condition nobody can says it is dust scar and the Compaq impression are reflect in my keypad side. Slowly the impression is increasing and come on most of the part of the body.

                          In second Services: when I was taken my Second services from RT Outsourcing services ltd A-200 Okhla Indl. Area Phase -1 New Delhi 110020 of Combo drive is not working and Same that scars on laptops but I was shocked the representative told me your CD Combo drive Serial no is not matched with the system and they argued with me but after long argument with the service center and because that existing product was under warranty any they repair that part but not take care that second complaint of scar due to manufacturing fault.

                          In Third Services: when I was taken my third services from RT Outsourcing services ltd A-200 Okhla Indl. Area Phase -1 New Delhi 110020 on dated 01/09/2009 token no : L-103 with case ID no. [protected] and I complaint for same scars problem increasing day by day in PC and the system is not open when the representative checks the problem and after that he announced me second time shocking news is that your hard disk serial no. is also not matched with the system again its shocking news for me. Mr. Kiran Kumar told me we take guarantee for services but they don’t give any warranty on replacement of hard disk due to serial no was not matched with the system

                          I am serious about this case because my laptop is under warranty and I am already purchased HP care pack with 2 year extended warranty

                          Question : I purchased this laptop from authorized services center ANNEX Computer Dwarka Sec.12. I saw only product not its parts serial no. and I think it is also not mendatory every customer should have Hardware engineers before purchase any kind of PC and Laptop from authorized service center any nobody knows which serial no parts is installed in this PC or Laptop. And when a customer taking services from any service center that he was harssed to purchase HP product because a if a person is investing amount in extended warranty by HP care Pack not for facing problem during services and think what is the benefits of HP care pack and he don’t know the serial parts no, installed in the laptops or PC and he wasted his time and he purchased a ticket of airlines and he supposed to travel in bus or any other third class train. “What is the benefit of that services I am afraid and harassed by HP product and services.”

                          Suggestion: Please mention on all service centers and authorized service center

                          “Customer should be hardware engineer and he is responsible for the part if serial no is not matched with the product during services” .


                          This is my humble request you to please take any kind of favourable action on my laptop scars problems and hard disk. If you don’t have any kind of prospective or positive response so I will take legal action towards your company.

                            HP replace 3055nf printer with new model HP 1522nf. It has very poor. The Cost of Printer is above 22000/- but we can get only 1000 pages. We faced scanning problem if we refill that cartidge. It is very difficult to buy new cartidge every time.

                            Hp has very good quality service station and services but today they fail in that.

They have charged Rs.900/- towards changing the adaptor and then advised to purchase new cartridge which cost Rs.1450/-. After spending a total of 2350/- amount, the printer is not working still.

                              I bought HP Tx1003 AU in March 2007. Since then I have been facing problems very frequently. Within 15 days of buying, operating system was reinstalled twice.
                              Then this year in 2008, in last 4 months, there was issue with display and start up so motherboard was changed twice ( HP service ID [protected]).
                              Now again there is problem with start up (HP service ID [protected], CCHSAP182324)). I am really frustrated. What should I do now.

                              I agree with the problems with hp nx5000 as explained by Geological Survey of India, lucknow as I (in GSI CR) also faced the similar display problem with this make.
                              I had purchased a HP 1502 TU Laptop from Lucknow on 03/12/2009, on 11 /12/2009 i found that laptop was not getting charged, when i contact your service center, i came to know that their is problem with the adopter, and then i was informed that the said part will be replaced under warrenty within 3 days.
                              i have purchased laptop for working not for keeping it like a dummy.
                              If this will be warranty policy then i regret that i have purchased a HP product.in future i will think for pruching other products from HP.

                                I had purchased a HP laptop in August 2007. The screen went dead in September 2008 and I gave it for repair to the HP Service Centre at Saki Naka, Andheri, Mumbai on 11th October, 2008 under the Case ID [protected]. I was told that the motherboard was faulty and it would be replaced in 3-4 days. However, the laptop was finally repaired and given back to me only in the first week of November 2008. Thereafter the laptop again stopped working on 28th November, 2008 and was given for repair on 29th November, 2008 under the case ID [protected]. The Service Centre informed me that the motherboard has to be replaced once again and the same will be done in 3-4 days. It has now been 35 days but the laptop has still not been repaired. I have been asked to contact Mr. Rakesh Rasailam from HP on[protected] but he never answers the phone. I was then asked to speak with Mr. Arun Poojari on[protected] and 91-[protected], who has been of no help at all. There has been no response to the emails that I have sent. I even lodged a complaint on the HP website under the ID No. CCHHSAP183730. No one has bothered to respond to this as well. Please do not purchase any HP products since their after sales service is PATHETIC.

                                My condition is even worse. My Hp pavillion dv2601 got out of order just after 1 year and 2 months of buying. I had bought my hp pavilion dv 2601 laptop on 20th December, 2007. After
                                just one year and two months its motherboard became faulty on 28 Feb,
                                2009. I gave it for repair at the Guwahati hp service center (viz.
                                Redington India limited) on 10th March, 2009. At that time they took an
                                advance amount of Rs 5000 for motherboard replacement and promised that my
                                notebook would be repaired within 3-4 days. They told that they will replace the
                                motherboard in 3-4 days and contact me. They never contacted me after that.
                                Whenever I call them, they say that the motherboard has not reached at the
                                service center and would soon be reaching. Around 52 days have passed,
                                still my laptop has not been repaired although I have paid the required
                                advance money at that time itself.

                                I complained online about it with complaint no CCHSAP207064,
                                still I didn't get any mail. I am in deep trouble. How can a motherboard become
                                faulty in so short time(just one year and two months)!! Hp sucks in this. Do not ever buy Hp products

                                  HP Desktop — horrible service from HP

                                  HP service majorly sucks. they are majorly swindling people. I bought a HP desktop 2 months back. I has specifically asked the dealer whether i would be able to work on Auto Cad and Corel on the computer and the dealer assured me for sure. and after installing the machine at my residence i tried and failed to do so repetedly, after calling repetedly they inform me that Vista doesnt support AutoCad. so why wasnt i informed about it, i got swindled out of my money. now i had to install window XP on it. now it keeps getting hanged again and again, and i had to call up 4-5 times and to request for a service engineer to be sent accross, and the call center people literally harrased me , they keep transfering calls and ask the details all over again.

                                  i didnt expect such bad service from HP, nor the improper information passed on by the dealer. i am extremely disappointed with Hewlett & Packard!!
                                  I had a similar experience with the service.

                                  The machine was defective. It took a lot of convincing and several calls and visits to thier centre.
                                  DOA (dead on arrival) lettr was given to me for replacement. Its been 16 days. Till date theres nobody in HP or with dealer who can assure me that i will get the actual possession by even the next 15 days.

                                  HP- nobody is willing to take phone calls. the job is relegated to some customer service officer, who do not have any authority or decision making power.

                                  Since last 16 days I have made calls of almost Rs. 2000/- to various cells and the dealer. a half a dozen fax and few scanned documents whatever they asked me i have provided.

                                  They keep telling me to call this person or meet this person. They keep transferring calls. Its Harassment of the highest Order.
                                  Even Government agencies are a million times better.
                                  I want driver's site for window xp home edition.
                                  My product number is HP pavillion dv6701AU.

So I trusted her promises and purchased the computer Package for Rs. 44993/76 paid by my father in law�s creditcard. From the day One I purchased it, I am facing lots of problems like, Low Quality product 1. Hang some applications not working properly and slow processing. 2. Speakers stopped working on the third day of my purchase and bottom of the product heat up so much that it burns the skin, dangerous to work with. 3. In the middle of the work, Computer go hang and Loose hours of work in restarting. 4. web cam stopped working in the middle of work and not able to find cam warning keep coming on clicking on start button of webcam. 5. Battery Backup and battery discharging in switch off condition. 6. Booting problem I have submitted my notebook to your service center at Xcort Micro Systems, Hewlett-Packard India Sales Pvt. Ltd, Authorized Service Centre, SF : 1-2 Ashirwad Complex, Mr. Mehta Sweet Mart, Usmanpura, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad � 380014, GujaratTel :[protected]/27540092 Against JOBCARD #1832 to fix the problem of speakers and it took around 15 days to get it fixed and I have to be without my important documentation and business work. Received same after repaired after 3days again facing the same problems of hang, slow processing, speaker stoped working and Booting problem. Again I have submitted on the 11/11/2008, JOBCARD #3261 with the Booting problem and speaker problem. The Technician Yogesh said me that the problem is due to HARD DISK FAILURE DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT and need to replace the Hard Disk and also need to order the recovery disk by calling the HP on[protected]. HP lodge complain and gave complaint no [protected]. After Three-Four days I receive the recovery disk I delivered them to service center and they told me now they will order the New Hard Disk. On November 22 I received the call that they have received the New Hard Disk and I can collect the Laptop. When I go there and start checking the Laptop the laptop still not working and the Technician Kamlesh Patel insisted me to sign the job card take the delivery of the computer and get out but I insisted not to take the computer before checking, because I heard that many clients are cheated that way and I was warned about that and finally same thing happened the computer was not working at all, So Technicians over service center told me that might the wrong parts arrived or the manufacturing defect in mother board or other parts. Even after requesting to Mr Himanshu Karnik and Mr Jasmin Joshi at regional HP Office at Ahmedabd I just received falls promises and up to today�s Date on 1rst December 2008 I m without the product for what I spend Rs. 45, 000/- and on top of it I loose precious working when I was my trips to Mumbai, because I could not work with any other computer without install business softwares. I am giving surety that I will not buy any HP Product in future, Pls help me with this matter and save me from all the harassments for being the HP customer. & Pathatic services About after sales service 1. no feedback of my machine either through phone or sms even from HP's side. 2. no picking up of calls when i being customer call them. As it becomes HP�s Duty to inform me and not my duty when once the laptop is given to the service center to keep me informed about my machine. 3. No proper coordination between the people of workshop and the service center. 4. delay in giving my product back to me so I keep loosing my work and no replacement automatically even if the laptop has been with the HP workshop as there is no part availability or any sort o[censored]ndue delay which is highly not acceptable. 5. mishandling of my laptop and all the bottom of the laptop are scratched and when questioned they are unanswerable. 6. usage of harsh and language which is not at all tolerable.

                                        since 10/5/2008 when company engineer of REDINGTON INDIA LTD. Chandigarh replace faulty SMPS of comapq presario category SG3063IL, Product No. GS215AA#ACJ Serial No. INA72901GS the DVD+R neither ejecting nor indicating and working. The problem was convinced to the concern engineer and in the office of REDINGTON INDIA LTD. Chandigarh twice but no one has attend the complaint.

                                        I have bought a Hp Deskjet Printer on Dec2006. Certainly the printer didnt powering on last week. I gone to the Hp authorized service center and ask for the solution. they look for the warrentry period and said the warrenty period was over. Then I asked them to do the repair and I will pay the amount incurred. But they simply said we only replace the failed eqipments only within the warrenty period and not doing any serive or repairs after the warrenty period instead of that we will give you a quotation for buying a new printer that will cost current cost of the printer what i bought already. This kind of service is very POOR and I have ever seen such a poor service in my life. infact i hava taken the printer for more than 50 kms to the service center, but atlast i frustrated.

In my laptop by mistake PHOENIX BIOS driver is installed. and now when i am trying to press F10 for setting, then it should be asked to enter PASSWORD. so how can i get password or remove it. and when enter 3 time wrong password then the system is disabled and give a number is '02561' so from this number anybody can give me solution.

                                        I Presario Q40 317TU bought a compaq laptop in the month of july2009 but now its LCD creating problem. I visited hp cutomer care centre jalandhar on 28 of dec2009, they told me that LCD is required to be replaced and they placed an order for the same. But no feedback received from the centre sofar.                                         This laptop compaq presario B 1214 TU is absolutely useless and third class laptop. I have never faced so many difficulties with any other company laptop ever but this laptop is not working at all. It heats up too much on working, though it has intel core 2 duo system it runs teriificaly slow. bettery is not working well niether speaker works well. it takes about 20 minutes to start only. no one should purchase compaq laptops ever. it is waste of money and time. I feel i have thrown thousands of money in water and i think compaq should pay us for wasting our precious time and money.
