Following is an excerpt from the complaint sent to HP (no email available other than a complaint form) and tataindicombroadband.com. through my personal email id.

What appalls me is the apathy and the lack of any support on basis of which i can feel assured that the serious nature of my concern has been noted / taken care of.

I am therefore writing this with correspondence support - so that there is a written record of this complaint elsewhere other than the parties i have grievance against.

Kindly do advice what else I can do.

Dear concerned customer grievance officer in-charge,

My tataindicombroadband user-id [protected]@vsnl.net has been inactive
since the last two week or so.
I have lodged several complaints - so many times i have lost track...
you can look up the complaint numbers under my id... and the status as
per your so called 'service confirmation centre' where they keep
assuring me 'we've taken note and forwarded the complaint to rrelevant
authorities.'

Nothing happens.

And it is not the first time... every single time i have had a problem
with the connection, i have had to re-lodge it and then again. Your
assigned engineer of course even has the gall to tell me why do you
keep doing that!!

This latest complaint takes a rather serious turn however.
I have again since the very beginning requesting for a router for my
connection to your engineer and the area in-charge... I keep getting
various replies - it will cost xyz amount that randomly varies... or
then why dont you get a router and install it yourself?
Which finally I did - with the help of a local HP service centre
engineer since yours didnt deem to come by to supervise after assuring
that he would.
He did speak to the engineer from HP however and provided all the
necessary details.

What has occurred since then is a random series of
connection/disconnection activities for which i lodged the latest
complaint. Your helpline guy assures me the connection is in working
order... however when i try to log on, i cant and keep getting
errors. One of them reads - ' IP address conflict - Currently another
computer is using the same active IP address'.
Upon taking cue from Q & A forums online via another internet
connection I found out that my IP address has been seized by another
computer and is being re-routed. I suspect some one has changed some
settings to siphon off free internet access.

I am deeply aggrieved at the lack of response from your support system
time and again... this error could have been found out much earlier if
your so-called expert engineers landed to take care of the complaint
and tested why my internet access is blocked on my computer when it is
showing 'active' on your systems... instead of having an total
amateur like me having to struggle my way around to discover this.

As a concerned citizen I am tempted to lodge a complaint with the
consumer court and also an FIR with the police regarding this -
considering the appalling number of cyber crimes that are rampant
today but I would first like to give you a chance to rectify the
slight on your side.

If i dont find my grievance addressed within the next 24 hours(which
incidentally is a favorite quote i hear from your helpline number)
rest assured I will take the needful action.

i have not recived philips home theater .i have purches my leptop[protected].

i HOPE B-82, OKHLA INDUSTRAIL AREA OWNER IS VERY POWER FULL SO RESULT OF THIS U NOT TAKE ANY ACTION BUT THIS LETTER IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.
IN LAST WE PURCHASE ALL CARTRIDGE IN HP DISTRIBUTOR VIKEL BUSINESS COR., JMD INFOTECH, & MODECARE ENTERPICES
But cartridge printing quality is very light .
We reach the B-82, Okhla Industrial area for replacement.
But this time we have no leter head so your customer service man Mr. Lalit/Mohd Shakib told pl. take a letter head . they proper cheque all things like cartride seal, Tonner ink quality & invoice.
after 2-3 day we again reached the HP replacement cell B-82, Okhla Ind. Area. In this time Mr Lalit told pl. take a bill copy of customer and also need the printer Number. they again cheque all things like cartride seal, Tonner ink quality & invoice.
After 3-4 days we gone again then they not check any thing they only told your cartridge is open. I request to why u call me again to again u clearly tell HP has done replace defective cartride. We have all light print outprint. This cartridge We supply the Jamia Millia Islamia University in IT Center It name Center of Information Technology Contact Person Person Mr. Nusrat Hussain.
They also take a action against HP.
We also provide all the Origianl Bill & other things.
We also supply the 20 Dat Drive 40 GB 6 is not working.
Mr. Lalit & Mr. Shakib told It is only work HP Server.
But 15 Dat Drive is working perfectly.
I also saw the one things when u pay money in B-82 service center your replacement work done properly other wise ????????
I have not only one customer facing this problem Pl. check the register 90% customer suffar the HP replacement cell.
Complaint is only formalty NO BODY TAKE ANY ACTION OF THIS COMPLAINT.

I have already filed complaint thrugh complaint no CCHSAP19482, CCHSAP198825 & CCHSAP204866, unfortunately, HP team is not able to answer my solution of the same.

I have purchased My laptop, with free scheme of Digital camera in Oct 08, after doing online register of the same on time & followed up so many times through my complaint...NO SUPPORT from HP

This is to inform you that I dinesh Kumar purchased a Laptop Presario 500 Serial no CND7090N7N on 2007 with 2 year extended warranty of HP Care Pack..I am Not satisfy with the HP product & services provided by HP due to following reseasons and every time I faced harassment during services each time and the service center in Okhla not take the customer in well manner I don’t know where the mistake is going on at the end of dealer or service provider.

The Following points are explain my difficulties faced during services of my laptop.

In first Service: when I was taken my first service from RT Outsourcing services ltd A-200 Okhla Indl. Area Phase -1 New Delhi 110020 of battery replacement and Scratch mark on my laptop due to Manufacturing fault of this laptop and they deny the problem and don’t give me services at that time and told this scratches is due to dust bust if any person is seen my laptop condition nobody can says it is dust scar and the Compaq impression are reflect in my keypad side. Slowly the impression is increasing and come on most of the part of the body.

In second Services: when I was taken my Second services from RT Outsourcing services ltd A-200 Okhla Indl. Area Phase -1 New Delhi 110020 of Combo drive is not working and Same that scars on laptops but I was shocked the representative told me your CD Combo drive Serial no is not matched with the system and they argued with me but after long argument with the service center and because that existing product was under warranty any they repair that part but not take care that second complaint of scar due to manufacturing fault.

In Third Services: when I was taken my third services from RT Outsourcing services ltd A-200 Okhla Indl. Area Phase -1 New Delhi 110020 on dated 01/09/2009 token no : L-103 with case ID no. [protected] and I complaint for same scars problem increasing day by day in PC and the system is not open when the representative checks the problem and after that he announced me second time shocking news is that your hard disk serial no. is also not matched with the system again its shocking news for me. Mr. Kiran Kumar told me we take guarantee for services but they don’t give any warranty on replacement of hard disk due to serial no was not matched with the system

I am serious about this case because my laptop is under warranty and I am already purchased HP care pack with 2 year extended warranty

Question : I purchased this laptop from authorized services center ANNEX Computer Dwarka Sec.12. I saw only product not its parts serial no. and I think it is also not mendatory every customer should have Hardware engineers before purchase any kind of PC and Laptop from authorized service center any nobody knows which serial no parts is installed in this PC or Laptop. And when a customer taking services from any service center that he was harssed to purchase HP product because a if a person is investing amount in extended warranty by HP care Pack not for facing problem during services and think what is the benefits of HP care pack and he don’t know the serial parts no, installed in the laptops or PC and he wasted his time and he purchased a ticket of airlines and he supposed to travel in bus or any other third class train. “What is the benefit of that services I am afraid and harassed by HP product and services.”

Suggestion: Please mention on all service centers and authorized service center

“Customer should be hardware engineer and he is responsible for the part if serial no is not matched with the product during services” .


This is my humble request you to please take any kind of favourable action on my laptop scars problems and hard disk. If you don’t have any kind of prospective or positive response so I will take legal action towards your company.

    HP replace 3055nf printer with new model HP 1522nf. It has very poor. The Cost of Printer is above 22000/- but we can get only 1000 pages. We faced scanning problem if we refill that cartidge. It is very difficult to buy new cartidge every time.

    Hp has very good quality service station and services but today they fail in that.

    HP — Poor quality of service

    I have given one hp 656 c printer to Surya Peripherals, Chennai for servicing. They have charged Rs.900/- towards changing the adaptor and then advised to purchase new cartridge which cost Rs.1450/-. After spending a total of 2350/- amount, the printer is not working still.

      I bought HP Tx1003 AU in March 2007. Since then I have been facing problems very frequently. Within 15 days of buying, operating system was reinstalled twice.
      Then this year in 2008, in last 4 months, there was issue with display and start up so motherboard was changed twice ( HP service ID [protected]).
      Now again there is problem with start up (HP service ID [protected], CCHSAP182324)). I am really frustrated. What should I do now.

      The details of complaint for repair of HP Lap-Top LCD 15" NX-5000, screen became blank.
      Paid Rs. 10, 000/- only Bill No.61328 dated 04.02.2009 of M/s RT Outsourcing services Lucknow.

      Warranty six month told verbally.
      Screen again begain black on 21.07.2009.
      Did not attend complain and demonded Rs. 1250/- for diagnosing the defect. As per them warranty only three month.
      thus our complain against M/s RT Outsourcing services Lucknow.may please be exemined and feedback also be provided.

      I agree with the problems with hp nx5000 as explained by Geological Survey of India, lucknow as I (in GSI CR) also faced the similar display problem with this make.
      I had purchased a HP 1502 TU Laptop from Lucknow on 03/12/2009, on 11 /12/2009 i found that laptop was not getting charged, when i contact your service center, i came to know that their is problem with the adopter, and then i was informed that the said part will be replaced under warrenty within 3 days.
      i have purchased laptop for working not for keeping it like a dummy.
      If this will be warranty policy then i regret that i have purchased a HP product.in future i will think for pruching other products from HP.

      Hope you will understand my point and take some necessary action regarding the matter.

      First of all let me introduce my self i am Amit Nangre from Mumbai.
      I buyed Hp designjet printer from your dealer Media Infotech in mumbai about a year ago.
      And am really very sorry to inform you that the printer is worst.
      I wish like throwing it out of my office as its not working since a month.
      I complained to the local dealer Media infotech.
      But the technicians every time they come they do something and go back telling spare issue.
      also when i buyed the printer i was promised by Mr. sunil that the printer head will go for 2 years where as the printer stopped working within a year.
      now when i call them regarding the head they ignore me.
      SO by force i had to mail u and inform you about it
      And would also like to inform u that i had also another requirement for new 10 printers but i have specifically told my purchase team not to buy from HP Or media Infotech.
      If this type of Service is provided i would never recommend my any of contact to buy HP Products.
      Please do take a strict action against it.
      Also i would like to inform you when i Email Media infotech for settlement first they didn't replied then when i call then they tell me that the PC is with Mr. Vyankat how will we get your email.
      Now you tell me how should i deal with such messy company.

        I had purchased a HP laptop in August 2007. The screen went dead in September 2008 and I gave it for repair to the HP Service Centre at Saki Naka, Andheri, Mumbai on 11th October, 2008 under the Case ID [protected]. I was told that the motherboard was faulty and it would be replaced in 3-4 days. However, the laptop was finally repaired and given back to me only in the first week of November 2008. Thereafter the laptop again stopped working on 28th November, 2008 and was given for repair on 29th November, 2008 under the case ID [protected]. The Service Centre informed me that the motherboard has to be replaced once again and the same will be done in 3-4 days. It has now been 35 days but the laptop has still not been repaired. I have been asked to contact Mr. Rakesh Rasailam from HP on[protected] but he never answers the phone. I was then asked to speak with Mr. Arun Poojari on[protected] and 91-[protected], who has been of no help at all. There has been no response to the emails that I have sent. I even lodged a complaint on the HP website under the ID No. CCHHSAP183730. No one has bothered to respond to this as well. Please do not purchase any HP products since their after sales service is PATHETIC.

        My condition is even worse. My Hp pavillion dv2601 got out of order just after 1 year and 2 months of buying. I had bought my hp pavilion dv 2601 laptop on 20th December, 2007. After
        just one year and two months its motherboard became faulty on 28 Feb,
        2009. I gave it for repair at the Guwahati hp service center (viz.
        Redington India limited) on 10th March, 2009. At that time they took an
        advance amount of Rs 5000 for motherboard replacement and promised that my
        notebook would be repaired within 3-4 days. They told that they will replace the
        motherboard in 3-4 days and contact me. They never contacted me after that.
        Whenever I call them, they say that the motherboard has not reached at the
        service center and would soon be reaching. Around 52 days have passed,
        still my laptop has not been repaired although I have paid the required
        advance money at that time itself.

        I complained online about it with complaint no CCHSAP207064,
        still I didn't get any mail. I am in deep trouble. How can a motherboard become
        faulty in so short time(just one year and two months)!! Hp sucks in this. Do not ever buy Hp products

          HP Desktop — horrible service from HP

          HP service majorly sucks. they are majorly swindling people. I bought a HP desktop 2 months back. I has specifically asked the dealer whether i would be able to work on Auto Cad and Corel on the computer and the dealer assured me for sure. and after installing the machine at my residence i tried and failed to do so repetedly, after calling repetedly they inform me that Vista doesnt support AutoCad. so why wasnt i informed about it, i got swindled out of my money. now i had to install window XP on it. now it keeps getting hanged again and again, and i had to call up 4-5 times and to request for a service engineer to be sent accross, and the call center people literally harrased me , they keep transfering calls and ask the details all over again.

          i didnt expect such bad service from HP, nor the improper information passed on by the dealer. i am extremely disappointed with Hewlett & Packard!!
          I had a similar experience with the service.

          The machine was defective. It took a lot of convincing and several calls and visits to thier centre.
          DOA (dead on arrival) lettr was given to me for replacement. Its been 16 days. Till date theres nobody in HP or with dealer who can assure me that i will get the actual possession by even the next 15 days.

          HP- nobody is willing to take phone calls. the job is relegated to some customer service officer, who do not have any authority or decision making power.

          Since last 16 days I have made calls of almost Rs. 2000/- to various cells and the dealer. a half a dozen fax and few scanned documents whatever they asked me i have provided.

          They keep telling me to call this person or meet this person. They keep transferring calls. Its Harassment of the highest Order.
          Even Government agencies are a million times better.
          I want driver's site for window xp home edition.
          My product number is HP pavillion dv6701AU.
          Sir, I have an problem in my notebook that when i open any site at that time the logo & main heading of that site can't see on the web page & in my laptop card reader driver & installation process of that driver is too much slow and some of the driver &software is missing from my laptop pls check & solve all these problem which is held & reply immediately

          i purchased my desktop computer under thd above mentioned scheme on 13 th april 2009, and completed the online regestration at the same time.i got the redemption code as .G125WMNCCF.after that i sent al the documents including the demand draft for rs.1500. At the address provided to me at the tind of regestration.om 18 th may i received the sms from TM HP informing me that my status is under process and provided me the file no.107233 .in the month of july i contacted your redumptiom support cel 3times through phöne. And they assured me that the printer and the ups would be sent to me withn days but nothing happened.so now 6 months have passed & i have received nothing .its very unfortunate sir .i hope after going through this writing the same wil be delivered to me within no time

          I bought a desktop (HP DX2480 from Cyberspace, GS Road Guwahati, dealer for HP (product serial number SGH91105ZJ) on 09-07-09. The set was delivered at my Tezpur University residence on this date. The computer began giving starting trouble in the first week of Sepetmber. When I informed the dealer he sent a technician who said that the SMPS had to be replaced. The HP service center confirmed registration of complaint on[protected]Reference ID [protected]) and assured me that the part would be replaced on or before 16-09-09. On 30-09-09 one Swati from the Delhi office of HP called to say that they are still looking for the SMPS and get back to as soon as the part is located. Now the dealer refuses to take responsibility and the HP pleads helplessness. Please advise.

          I had purchased a desktop on 11.04.2009( model HP A6740). I had also participated company gift offers i,e HP NOW AND NEVER DESKTOP OFFER (HP ALL IN PRINTER 4288 +HP UPS). Accordingly company had forward me the UPS in July 2009.Till date company has not taken any step for despatch of printer.I had also contacted company so many times through e-mail for early despatch of printer but it is replied by company side that it wll take some and problem is beyond their control.           HP Desktop — MONITOR DISPLAY

          I have purchased one HP desktop but within 15 days a problem occured. Whenever I switch on PC after few seconds Monitor Display goes off whereas sound system still working. I have already lodged a complain on 16.08.10 and my complain No is CA0987572. When contacted at service centre some one Ms Baljit informed me that my monitor will be replaced. But to my utter dismay even after 15 days of making complain nothing has been done to resolve my problem. I am really surprised to know such lackasidal approach to customer complain handling. Really I am regretting my decision to go for an HP product. Even I have not got any reply to my e amil dated 29.08.10 till now.Kindly look into the matter urgently.

Received same after repaired after 3days again facing the same problems of hang, slow processing, speaker stoped working and Booting problem. Again I have submitted on the 11/11/2008, JOBCARD #3261 with the Booting problem and speaker problem. The Technician Yogesh said me that the problem is due to HARD DISK FAILURE DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT and need to replace the Hard Disk and also need to order the recovery disk by calling the HP on[protected]. HP lodge complain and gave complaint no [protected]. After Three-Four days I receive the recovery disk I delivered them to service center and they told me now they will order the New Hard Disk. On November 22 I received the call that they have received the New Hard Disk and I can collect the Laptop. When I go there and start checking the Laptop the laptop still not working and the Technician Kamlesh Patel insisted me to sign the job card take the delivery of the computer and get out but I insisted not to take the computer before checking, because I heard that many clients are cheated that way and I was warned about that and finally same thing happened the computer was not working at all, So Technicians over service center told me that might the wrong parts arrived or the manufacturing defect in mother board or other parts. Even after requesting to Mr Himanshu Karnik and Mr Jasmin Joshi at regional HP Office at Ahmedabd I just received falls promises and up to today�s Date on 1rst December 2008 I m without the product for what I spend Rs. 45, 000/- and on top of it I loose precious working when I was my trips to Mumbai, because I could not work with any other computer without install business softwares. I am giving surety that I will not buy any HP Product in future, Pls help me with this matter and save me from all the harassments for being the HP customer. & Pathatic services About after sales service 1. no feedback of my machine either through phone or sms even from HP's side. 2. no picking up of calls when i being customer call them. As it becomes HP�s Duty to inform me and not my duty when once the laptop is given to the service center to keep me informed about my machine. 3. No proper coordination between the people of workshop and the service center. 4. delay in giving my product back to me so I keep loosing my work and no replacement automatically even if the laptop has been with the HP workshop as there is no part availability or any sort o[censored]ndue delay which is highly not acceptable. 5. mishandling of my laptop and all the bottom of the laptop are scratched and when questioned they are unanswerable. 6. usage of harsh and language which is not at all tolerable.

                Compaq Presario — DVD+R does not eject

                since 10/5/2008 when company engineer of REDINGTON INDIA LTD. Chandigarh replace faulty SMPS of comapq presario category SG3063IL, Product No. GS215AA#ACJ Serial No. INA72901GS the DVD+R neither ejecting nor indicating and working. The problem was convinced to the concern engineer and in the office of REDINGTON INDIA LTD. Chandigarh twice but no one has attend the complaint.

                I have bought a Hp Deskjet Printer on Dec2006. Certainly the printer didnt powering on last week. I gone to the Hp authorized service center and ask for the solution. they look for the warrentry period and said the warrenty period was over. Then I asked them to do the repair and I will pay the amount incurred. But they simply said we only replace the failed eqipments only within the warrenty period and not doing any serive or repairs after the warrenty period instead of that we will give you a quotation for buying a new printer that will cost current cost of the printer what i bought already. This kind of service is very POOR and I have ever seen such a poor service in my life. infact i hava taken the printer for more than 50 kms to the service center, but atlast i frustrated.

                I Presario Q40 317TU bought a compaq laptop in the month of july2009 but now its LCD creating problem. I visited hp cutomer care centre jalandhar on 28 of dec2009, they told me that LCD is required to be replaced and they placed an order for the same. But no feedback received from the centre sofar.                 This laptop compaq presario B 1214 TU is absolutely useless and third class laptop. I have never faced so many difficulties with any other company laptop ever but this laptop is not working at all. It heats up too much on working, though it has intel core 2 duo system it runs teriificaly slow. bettery is not working well niether speaker works well. it takes about 20 minutes to start only. no one should purchase compaq laptops ever. it is waste of money and time.                     1. I purchased a hp laptop from YOUDAN MARKETING, 5-9-324, opp SBH, Gunfoundry, Hyderabad-500001 ( Tel.[protected] on 27/10/2008 vide their invoice no.[protected].

                    2. The redemption code for the free gift of this purchase ( Digicam) is SZXNLEG72F .

                    3. The Solutions Integrated Marketing services Pvt. Ltd. collected the handfling and packaging charges of Rs. 990/ from my father's bank account ( CANARA BANK, SECTOR-20, NOIDA, UP ) through the cheque no 061637 . The money was collected by them on[protected] from the bank.

                    4. The free gift is yet to be delivered to me. I had written to them in reply to their e-mail stating that my address is shifted or not found. It is unfortunate to all o[censored]s that the your authorised person/agency does not know the name of BITS, PILANI(Hyderabad campus, a well known Educational INSTT. of international standard) The text of the reply sent by me on 9th December, 2008 reads as follows:
                    "It cannot be agreed to the rweport that my address is wrong or shifted. A reputed institution like BITS, PILANI campus HYDERABAD and its Krishna Boys Hostel located at Jawahar nagar at Hyderabad is a very famous one and internationally reputed one. The report of tge courier agency is therefore wrong. All the full details were mentioned in my purchase voucher while purchasing the LAPTOP from your distributor/stockist at Hyderabad. Apprending some irregularities my fathaer Dr. G.K.Choudhury therefore, visited your premises at New Delhi( He is Delhi based) on 10th November, 2008 requesting you to handover the gift to him for which I had submitted a written signed authorisation letter to you but you declined. However, my father deposited the amount (Rs. 990/-) for which it appears you are only interested but not in providing service, alongwith the original authorisation letter signed by me on 12.11.2008. The episode is really regrettable due to lack of sincerety on the part of someone, I feel.
                    I would request you to please call on my father ( Mobile no. [protected]) who stays in NOIDA( about 6 km from your office) to get the address again as it would not be possible for me to reply again and again through my hectic academic activities in the institution(BITS, Pilani Hyderabad campus).

                      made the purchase less than six months ago from their auth dealer at AS RAO NAGAR SEC'BAD, AP . 3 Times it had gone blank necessiating recovery loosing all data .The main problem still persists - dotted lines on the monitor screen a clear sign of some major defects . Will HP send its rep to my residence. It is difficult for me to travel to far away service stn at BEGUMPET.

                        I have purchased a product of HP worth 49990. The product overall was fine on usage but there was a constant problem seen in the camera.
                        I then approached the Hp service centre an told them that my software or the camera listing continuously goes off and on in the device manager. The person said that it is a software issue and they will fix it and give it back. After one day all they did was restored my laptop and the camera was workin fine then later same happened again. I took it to the service centre again and again they do the restore. I lost my data twice but what the heck as the following would fix my computer.
                        After few days it happened again and i never then get back to the service centre and my camera finally went out. I said damn they'll restore and then again same prob.
                        Then today what i found was i[censored] stretch the laptop till the end the camera shows in the device manager and tehn again goes off. So it is definitely a wiring problem and HP never thought of exchanging or recalling the products back. If it was constant. I also work for REEBOK and we find a continuous feedback in the product we recall it from the stores. But HP never did. All i can find is there customer service is real bad and they hardly care bout the product.

                        so this definitely a bad marketing for them
                        AS I AM TELLING ALL MY FRIEND'S TO NEVER GO FOR hP PRODUCTS.

                            the subject cited product bought from M/s solutions aliganj and since the time of purchase in 2007 giving problems under the warrenty period checked by techicians from dealer and company seal was broken by these technicians when send it to for repair at service centre at ashok marg in lucknow they refused to consider it in the warrenty period after long persuation they repair it and taken Rs800/- and told that company supplied black cartiradge is defective till today printer is not working.
                            I hope before the purchase of hp products one should uder stand the type of service they provide. no hope from hp people

                              I have purchased HP Pavilion dv6710 notebook in Oct 2008. Due to some technical problms, the laptop was sent to HP authorised Service centre in Pune (Vintech Electronic Systems Pvt. Ltd) on in Nov 2008 .
                              They told me that problem was faulty DC-BOARD due to which the laptop is not getting charged and they have sent request for the replacement part(DC- Board), within 2-3 days I will receive the part and I can work on my laptop.

                              But today till 15th Dec.2008 even after a month, I have not received the part(DC BOARD). I am getting same response status as the part is not available.

                                This is to inform you that I have submitted my laptop on 20th October in uptec computer consultancy (Address: 16 rana pratap marg, uptec crossing, lucknow-226001, phone[protected]extension240) for repairing and they are saying that they have to replace the part but hp is not providing them the part as I m mba student my all work is depend on laptop only but I m not able to use, this is a very big problem for me and I have spent 45000 and still I am not able to use it.
                                I went to them more than 10 times and they gave me no response and they also gave me some numbers of hp customer care but when I called customer care, they gave me the number o[censored]p region coordinator but he is also not picking up of the phone. Since it’s almost 2 months my warranty is also lapsing.
                                I have done all the efforts from my side and now I m fed up because didn’t get good response from your side. When today I went to the uptec consultancy center they said that I m not making effort from my side so its high time now because I also called gurgaon centre but they are also not replying so now I have one option left is to go to the court and file case against you.
                                Please look in to this matter as soon as possible, or I have to go for alternatives.

                                  HP is full o[censored]nprofessionals.I bought a HP laptop(dv 9700) six months back..used it for three months then there was some problem with the display adapter.So i contacted the dealer, so he sent the laptop to HP..i got a confirmation from HP through sms that service report has been generated..the dealer said that it would just take 4-5 days for everythin..its been more than 2 months now no reply from HP.I spoke to the regional head of HP(Mr. Somnath)..but of no use..and i am still waiting..HP sucks

                                  Here in Orissa also I am facing a similar problem. The engineers at the service centers are only there to cheat you by telling something unnecessary. I wonder whether they are qualified or not.
                                  I bought an Hp PavilionDV9601 AU...It cost me Rs 48, 750...2 months after my one year waranty expired the mother board got damaged. And I was asked to replace it which wil cost me Rs 22, 000.
                                  Now HP is legally in the correct, but let me tell you that if I go to a company and purchase a product for 48, 000 RS and 1year and 2 months later they expect me to pay another 22, 000 almost a half of the product cost they are seriously mistaken.

                                  (I bought the laptop S/n0 CN F7 392 VDG from Quad Media Chennai 9/ April 2008)

                                  You go to a reputable company expecting a good durable product or atleast just service. Hp might be legally in the correct. But I guarantee you that I will never buy an HP product again and I will make sure that none of my friends, familly and colleagues buy one either and there are a lot of them. I take it upon myself to spread the bitter experience of HP and I assure that I will adversely affect your sales, even if it is by a very small fraction, I am a freelance graphic designer and I use a lot of computer and computer accessories in my line of work, but I have never had such a bitter frustrating experience before HP.
                                  DO NOT BUY HP laptops in New Delhi, INDIA.

                                  They have the worst service centre, and rude customer care people. I have had harrowing experiences with them.

                                  I will not recommend HP or Compaq laptops to any person.

                                    I HAVE PURCHASED A HP LAPTOP FROM SALEM, TAMILNADU. THEY TOLD A FREE GIFT OFFER OF WI FI MUSIC AND TV TUNER CARD AND I HAVE SENT A DD FOR RS500 TO HP REDEMPTION CELL. THEY HAVE SENT A EMAIL THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS AND IT WAS APPROVED FOR FREE GIFT . IT WILL BE DELAED BY 6-8WEKS. MY REDEMPTION CODE IS H33EPPKC6Q. BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY GIFT OR ANY EXPLANATION FROM THE REDEMPTION CELL BY EMAIL. DONT KNOW WHETHER IT IS EXISTING OR NOT.

                                    I have purchased a laptop in the month of May08, I was promised FREE Wi-Fi music system and TV TUNER card of Rs9000/- free with laptop.I have sent Rs500/ as Gift Handling charges.Inspite of repeated reminders the company has not sent me the free gift, six months have passed and I am still waiting for the gift.

                                    HP Pavilion DV5 — No receipt of gift!.

                                    I have purchased one HP Pavilion DV5 laptop and then as per the instructions received from the company by email and from their web site, have duly submitted the d/d of rs. 990/- to HP Redemption Cell, New Delhi with all the required documents but it has been more than 6 weeks and neither i have received any confirmation nor any correspondence from them...

                                    HP Pavilion DV5 — No service & Rude to the core

                                    I have a HP Pavilion DV5, bought in march 2009 and exactly after a year it has given some problem while browsing the net, after restart there is nothing that happens, screen is blank, CAP's and NUM lock LED's blink.. after a big ordeal with the sales partner from where i bought this laptop, he gave me the toll free number for technical help and they gave me Simtech Computronics Pvt Ltd, Gala No 10,11 Apple Plaza

                                    The contact numbers that are mentioned cannot be easlily contacted... NO ONE ANSWERS and nce after trying for 26 days a lady picked up the phone and i asked her for Hp Laptop service engineer.. there comes a rude tone.. yelling on me .."YOU GET YOUR LPT TOP HERE" twice she repeated and won't even let me speak and there goes a BANG...call was disconnected

                                    After that i am not able to contact SIMTECH... Indeed HP has WORLD CLASS Service which leaves their customers frustrated.

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    1. With due respect I would like to lay down the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please.

                                    2. I, No 5049564F Rifleman Yash Thapa, am serving with 3/1 GR in Indian Army. I purchased HP Pavilion Note Book PC Model No DV5 1102 TU Ser No CNF844125S from the Shop Infoterent Technology, Haridwar on 12 Dec 2008.

                                    3. While purchasing the above PC, the Info Tech Shop owner assured me that there will be a gift item of 5.1 Philips Home Theater alongwith the above mentioned PC. In this regard, I had drawn a demand draft in favour of HP Redemption Gift Cell for a sum of Rs 1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only). On sending the above DD to HP Redemption Gift Cell, I got a reply from them stating that they have dispatched 5.1 Home Theater (Philips) vide Madhur Currier code No 83249667. They also stated in their letter that if I do not receive the above gift item I should approach within one week to Customer Care Centre No [protected], [protected].cash id [protected],[protected]

                                    4. Since then I have not received the above mentioned gift item till date even after approaching customer care centre many a times through tele conversation. Finally, the Customer Care Centre representative is now stating that no gift items will be given to me from the Redemption Gift Cell as eight months have passed now.

                                    5. I request you to lodge a complaint against the firm who have cheated me by making a false promise and accepting an amount of Rs 1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only).

                                    6. I am a serving soldier in the Indian Army and it is not possible for me to pursue the matter as I am posted in a remote area.

                                    7. I shall be grateful to you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                      I purchased a Compaq laptop model V 3225 AU bearing sr. no 2CE720306R on 20 July 2007. In May 2008, the laptop started giving complaints and it was taken to their authorised service center in Cochin( Call ticket no:1463). Unable to diagonise the problem as it did not repeat while in their service center, they returned the same with in two days. Within a day the complaint re occured and I took it back again to their service center ( Call ticket no:1510). First they said it is corrupted OS, but soon they realised it is not, but were not able to diagonise the actual fault. Finally they said they will try replacing its System board and LCD. But on receiving it back I found the performance of the machine had gone down alot including its battery backup and I gave a complaint to them asking for replacement of the whole products since it seemed to be having some manufacturing defect. One of my friend who purchased the same model just one week ahead of me had also similar problems and same kind of rectification was done in his case too. My request for replacement of the laptop was ignored by HP despite the poor performance. On November 8, 2008, the same complaint reoccured and it was again taken to their service center. I was given a call ticket no:100389 and the lady at the service center informed me that this particular model has an inherent defect and hence the company is giving free replacement of the systems board even after its guarantee period is over. They replaced the system board after a week and with in 10 days it started giving the same trouble. When I took it back to the service center, they said all that we can do is try replacing the system board again, since this is problem with this particular model and we can only hope for the best! They gave me a call ticket no: 10054 which was later transfered to their another service center with a fresh call ticket no: 5649. After two weeks they informed me that machine is ready for delivery, but they said in the process the OS is corrupted. They did not even bother to reload the OS though it has a orginal OS supplied by them. The battery back up of the machine after each replacement has been going down and at the moment it just last a few minutes though it is just over a year old! The HP is not willing to to give me a new battery saying it is out of warranty now. I would not again buy another HP product again and wont recommend it to any one for sure

                                      I am purched compaq V3225 AU laptop. It is not working regulary. In one year wareenty period i am replacing mother board, keyboard, DVD ROM. The mother board, keyboard working good from changin it. But the DVD Rom not working with till date. The warrenty period is finishes that after i am not intersting to replace it. Because the replacing cost is very high. so give me beeter solution

                                      V3225AU — Defective battery since purchasing

                                      I am purchased Compaq laptop model V 3225 AU bearing sr. no 2ce7214hqj on 11 august 2007. In 1 year warreny period the same laptops mother board, battery, keyboard, dvd writer company replace because this product all the parts defective reason. the serivce center challan no 7393 on date 30.07.08. but their after all the above replace parts are starting problems now. i am complenting to service center but they said your product warrenty over you should pay additionl warrenty charges Rs.6000+618 service tax. This charges i am paid but all this charges after paiding my laptop battery not replace. This product is seriously very low quality product. the various types problem is occurred in this laptop The battery back up of the machine after each replacement has been going down and at the moment it just last a few minutes though it is just over a year old! The HP is not willing to to give me a new battery saying it is out of warranty now. I would not again buy another HP product again and wont recommend it to any one for sure.
