I purchased the above laptop on 18th April 2007.
This complaint was registered with your service centre in Okhla Ind.Estate and the complaint nos are:

I was informed that the panel was defective and has been replaced.I had in the meantime gone abroad and have returned on 16th Sepy 2008'
I find the problem of BLINK OFF STILL PERSISTS .
I am a senior citize age 78 and cannot go to your service centre every time where one had to wait for hours for a response.

    after almost 10 months my problem is still intact.

    One year and I've still not been able to use ADF of my printer.

    Such a pathetic service support.

    Dear Verdi,

    MY problem has still not been resolved.

    In fact the printer was taken to service centre and they confirmed ADF defective.

    They have raised an indent for new printer in dec. the replacement printer which was recd was in a very very old condition, in replacment to my 1 month old printer.

    Till date nothing has been done after that .

    I have refused to take delivery of replacement printer, and still is using my defective new printer.

    I would like to esscalate this matter to higher ups in HP.

    We use the hp 920c printer from few days this shown the red blinking LED of first LED pls suggest to me what i do this and give me right solution of this Now the printer is not working

      Ours is Governement of Delhi ITI at Dheerpur, Delhi 110009. We have placed suppy orders for Plotter and Laser Printers of HP through NICSI, a Govt. of India organisation, in March 2008.

      Inspite of all efforts HP people have failed to install the Plotter which are demaged in condition and not supplied the Laser Printers as it is learnt that the concerned branch had lost/misplaced the supply order placed on HP by NICSI.

      Concened HP Officer are not taking it seriously.

      I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A DIS-ORGANISED ORGANISATION THAT TOO LIKE HP

      I hope that some one from Top Level would take steps to solve the problem ...

      Kindly ref our support account no. [protected] towards amc.
      Please note that we have an amc for HP Design Jet 430 Mono Printer. We are not satisfied with the service provided by Innovative Enterprise, Wadala, Mumbai.

      Since last year they couldn't solve the cutter problem. Our plotter remains OFF for 20days in month due to its technical issues . After every visit Engineer asks to order the new part which will take more than 10 days to receive. Last month they asked for carriage, but after replacing it, we were facing the Plotter hanging problem.

      Engineer who visited to rectify hanging problem(19/9/08), now asked to order Spindle Rod for the same which will take min. 10 days to receive.Till date(2/10/08) the issue is remained unsolved due to part is EX- STOCK.
      This issue is causing our daily production as well as our bussiness.
      If HP is UNABLE to provide after sales service or nor want to hear our complaints then we request you to stop selling the products.
      We think that those persons are not capable of handling the plotter issues & spoiling the name of HP customer care.
      Kindly advice.

      Your immediate action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
      Our Plotter bearing Sr.No. SG54T9102T Model No. HP-Design Jet-500PS out of order since 10 days. givin error 21.10 and needs to be repair

        Necessary documents alongwith handling charges cheque for Rs500/ sent to hp redemption cell new delhi on 10/06/2008 received by them on 12/06/2008.As per scheme gift wa xpected withen eight weeks since then ienquired over phone and was promised that u will receive it soon.lastly on 02/09/2008one Ms satvinder told me u will receive it withen ten days but tilldate no such gift has been received by me whle as handling charges cheque stands debited to my account three months back.THE details are as under

          Sub: HP System Complaint with CCF lab, LBS College of Engineering, Kasaragod.

          We have bought HP systems from your firm, Invoice No:
          TVM/ITP/10/664 2/5/2006, Order No : D577/06 dt 24/02/2006 and systems
          have a warantee of 3 years from above mentioned date. Among them,
          four are having some sort of complaints.

              1.my adapter was not working.in addition there was some other problem related to dvd writer, screen etc...i reported to the service center in ghaziabad for this regard. at reception i met Mr Amrish .
              he was not ready to here my complain.his way of talking is very rude.

              2. finaly i submitted my laptop on 30th august 2008.today is 17th september 2008 and still i recived not even a single notification.i am quite disturbed with these all these happenings and going to consumer forum.

                There are several complaints:

                1. They very rearly pick up the phones, somtimes it took 3-4 days.
                2. staff is very rude in talking and very careless about cunsumers.
                3. Never deliver cylinder on time.
                4. Somtimes after 15 days of booking, they said that you did not book it and ask to book it again.
                5. Very difficult to get cylinder from them.
                6. They sell cylinders in black.

                I am really tired of calling this Branch, No body pick up the phone.I have no time to go there and talk to them and i m in need of cylinder.i use to reach very late to home from my office ..what shud i do, , its been one month that we had complained abt.the leakage of cylender no once responded, now again i have no option what to do????????????

                I have booked a refil on 21.12.09 and was given delivery date 2.1.10. I wish to inform you that :

                1 at no time the delivery is effected on time.
                2 When the turn at their will has come, the delivery is given at the Maidan (behind Salarpur village).

                3 The cylinders are sold at black to mostly shopkeepers

                4 their telephone nos are not being attended

                5 on visit to the shop another date is given

                6 atleast 3 hrs is required to come the no and during this chilly winter we have to queue in the open for for than 3 hours right from 6 A.M.

                7 it take about 1.5 months to get a refill despite having 2 cylinders.

                All the points wiritten above is true. My Consumer no. is 618878 and I am residing at G. Noida. I hav booked my cylinder on july 1st 2010. It is 15th of July 2010 but I did not get the cylinder. I have not taken any cylinder for more than 2 months.

                The working of this agency is poor. please shift this agency nearby Greater Noida. All other agencies at greater noida is working properly and giving service properly. The distributor is not good and also the negetive sign for the HP. I am requesting you to please take the corrective action.

                I have transferred my connection from Delhi to Gr. Noida as suggested by the HP agency Mayur Vihar Phase I. But the service is always poor since 8 months.

                    I have purchased a hp computer from computer land, nehru palace for my friends (Vijay) who live in J&K. A scheme was introduced to me at the time of purchase in which I will get a MFD and UPS on purchase of hp computer for that I have to forward a draft at Chandigarh address. They have given me Redemption code [RE2TX3B3TSH], and told me that in one month the itmes will reach at my given home address. I have forward a draft for 1000/- on 29 Dec 2009 and fwd at the Chandigarh address.
                    Now after lapse of 1 and half month, the items have not yet been received by me.

                      I have purchased HP pavillion 6000 laptop in the month of march 2008 from smart systems maharashtra pune based dealer. Under his guidence I have applied to HP redemption cell Delhi for the free gift offer of Wi-Music system in the month of April 2008. I have already forwarded the DD of rupees 500/- to delhi. Also I have registered mine and my laptop details to you through the e-mail and that you have also confirmed by sending me the reply saying your gift will be dlevered within six weaks.
                      16 weaks are over and i am still waiting for you free gift pack.
                      Please assist and do the needful.

                      I have purchased, HP Pavilion Laptop. They said i have an KODAK digital camera gift. I have sent Rs.990/- DD to them on 3 months back. And they come back and send, my gift got approved. Still i have not received it. Now these useless people are coming back and saying with junk explanation about limit of courier service to reach my postal address and they needs another 10-15 working days to do register post. (What! Are they living in any Stone Age era? )

                      From this answer, i really doubt the this "S O L U T I O N S | D I G I T A S" company integrity. Is this a fraud company? Will i receive my gift as they said?

                      And their service is even worst. They are not even responding to my mails.

                      If it is not, I will file a legal issue on this company.

                      People, please share your experience with this company, and put your hands together to kick off this kind of fraud companies.

                        then i call up their few branch offices in bangalore most of the numbers are not valid, switched off then i called their head office number 41263366 tried atleast 20 times in 1 of duration, no one is picking up the phone, finally i managed other numbers of their customer care 41263324, 25 whihc was picked by customer care exicutive whom i had given my tracking number big surprise they had infomed that my courier has been send back to Lucknow from bangalore, when i had asked the reason no one brother to tell why ? I had given my offcial address where courier was to be delivered & office mail facility work 24 hrs to recieve couriers .

                        After seeing such service i am totally pissed off as my fathers some cancer ayurvedic medicine was there which my relative had send from Lucknow .

                          I have purchased HP Laptop 2601 TU in january 2008.

                          i was doing the partition of c drive using paragon software
                          as it required, i restarted the laptop
                          after 20 mins it went to sleep mode
                          i pressed the power botton annd restart it
                          and it shows a black screen and
                          show "interrupted operation: insert the recovery CD or other recovery media
                          and reboot your pc..."

One fine day, I got a call from ASHA, employee of ENNESS Corp, Bangalore for warranty extension. After having discussion with her, I decided to buy warranty extension. They took the product number to verify that if that system is supported in India. After there confirmation I got my warranty extended.

                            I was promised backpack as freebies with this warranty extension.Little did I know, it was not original HP backpack.
                            However, what I got was a HP HEADPHONE. (which Doesn't work at all)

                            Recently, my laptop developed problem in keyboard and keys are coming out from laptop. As expected I went to HP service center on OKHALA Phase 1, Delhi to get the problem fix. But, I was told that my laptop was not supported in India. Then, I realized that I was lured in a trap. It's a clear fraud and very insensitive behavior towards a customer.

On Tue, Nov 3, 2009 regarding 1 Year Post War RTB SVC HP. During Telephonic conversation I clearly told her about my present holding warranties. She explained me that the post warranty which she is offering will be in force after finishing my all warranty i.e., 1+2 years (which is valid upto 16th January 2012). Which means she will be issuing me a warranty from 17th January 2012 to 16th January 2013. So I issued the cheque in favour of ENNESS Corporation A/c No. [protected].
                            I recevied a mail with an attachment of service certificate from [protected]@ennessindia.com on Fri, Nov 13, 2009 at 11:41 AM which stated a warranty validity upto 15th december 2010, which is weird as I already have a warranty validity upto 16th January 2012 as explained above. I mailed them back about validation of the certificate. I mailed them many times even I called ms Asha through phone, But she didn't come on phone and always mani shankar (contact No. [protected]) was picking up the phone and always telling me that he will check and call me back. but till date there is no response from there end.

                            Enness Computers, Laptop — Fraud

                            I had got a call from Enness Computers about a year ago saying that they were authorized dealers of HP for providing warranty for Laptop. I had applied for a warranty. After depositing a cheque for Rs 7500 when I asked for a warranty certificate they told me that because of some internal problem there would be delay. During this course my laptop developed some problem. When I asked them for the warranty they said that they would not be able to do it and would instead refund the money. Its been three months now. Each time I call a new story is told. A big bunch of fraudsters..Sunil, Jagan, ANita, Teena the list goes on. Please be careful.
                            Can i extend warranty for my HP laptop which was purchased in America. Is it possible, if so please mail me details
                            guys ...suffering with HP laptop...plz do not ever dare to buy HP laptop, I think it's totally waste of money...the service is very very poor. The HP authorized service centre EnnEss corporation exploiting the customer like anything...please think twice before buying HP laptop and if you've already got one then think twice to go to the EnnEss corporation for the service...

                            For past 6 months they are unable to solve my mother board problem. They took around 8k from me. after they delivered to me the problem happened again in just two days, as it was in one month warrant I gave to them again.This phenomenon continu for 5 times...I've been going to their office for hell lot of times...finally they promised me that if the problem re occurs then they will replace my mother board.                               following are the details of the service reports from HP

                              Date :23/07/08 case id no - [protected]
                              1. laptop shutting down automatically - LCD panel changed with webcam..
                              2. One day after - LAN card not working - Motherboard changed
                              3. after 2 days - TOP Cover deeply scratched by service centre - 4 days
                              after new top cover replaced from another customer's notebook which had
                              come to their service center for repairs.
                              4. Windows Vista Home premium product key not matching with the sticker on
                              the laptop - the laptop sticker product key says NOT VALID. - problem
                              reported but no solution. - the OS was formatted by service centre.

                              Date : 12/08/2008 - case id no -[protected]
                              1. No Display - 2 days after motherboard replaced...
                              2. Again same problem - Processor faulty - processor replaced
                              3. Today service centre reporrting that Keybord faulty needs to be
                              replaced with again 4-5 days of part availability (alternate solution provided by service centre executives - either to replace the keyboard with a old one from different model or to replace one from another customer's notebook which had come to them for repairs)

                              its been over a month that laptop is with service centre..work being
                              affected...no spare laptop provided...just delaying the delivery of the
                              sme everytime. & coming up with new faults every day when the delivery is
                              promised.

                                  Sir,
                                  i purchased HP laptop . Within one year under warranty itelf the dvd player stopped detecting dvd . I got it replaced and it didnt run even one day and it was also not working . Again i got the dvd player replaced and again not even for onced it detected dvd and if thid was not enough my speakers were also replaced the same time and they replaced it with the old defected one.
                                  i complained at hp twice and nothing happened not even i got the reply.
                                  i have given my laptop in the service centers of Indore ans Ahmedabad and i have proogs to show.

                                  I bought a new HP Pavilion 2000, the latest model from a store in japan.And its with Windows Vista (Japanese OS). I am currently over here in Japan and ll be returning back to India after 4 months. My query is that when i get back to India can i get it converted to English OS from any HP service centre. I am ready to pay the conversion charges and all. But do let me know if its possible and how abt the charges and where possibly can i do it?? I come from chennai.
                                  sir, i bought a hp pavilion dv4-1117nr entertainment note book pc from USA and the OS is windows vista which was in built by them...(hp company)...it is "INTEL core2 Duo"...i'm currently in chennai and they said that it is supported in India...warrenty is 1 year..at present i have a problem in display..it won't get turned off but light is blinking... & i am unable to see cd drive option in MY COMPUTER... how about this???

                                  I am a user of HP Tablet Notebook (TX2-1005Au), and lodged complaint of its non functioning on 26th July'10 with Simtech Comptronics Bilsapur Chhattisgarh. The concerned person are Mr Prasad at Bilaspur and Mr. Amit at Raipur.

                                  Since then after lot of followups they are unable to solve my problems.

                                  i. Initially they diagnosed the motherboard problem and called the mother board. I dont know what type of Pathetic courier company HP uses, it takes 7 days to deliver
                                  here at Bilaspur, i feel the worst courier copany can deliver any parcel in the world in 3-4 days.

                                  ii. After the motherboard arrives they says that it is also faulty and they have requested for another board.

                                  iii. The next board again was shipped for us but then Bilaspur service centre says that it has got delivered at Calcutta office.

                                  iii. The 3rd time they have ordered the PCB/ Motherboard and again it is received after 7 days and the problem is again unresolved, they say the same problem is coming after changing the board.

                                  iv. Now they say that they have ordered new processor, and i am sure in next 7 days the processor will also be reached. But how u will assure that now the problem will be resolved.

                                  v. And in this process i am losing the precious time, my old data is there in the laptop and i am unable to retreive it. I am using the best and premium laptop of your reputed brand which is the best in the country or i feel across globe. But this is not the way i expect HP should respond to a customor's grievance. Though they have currently made available a standby laptop but that is the solution for my problem.

                                  Now before taking any action i would like to request HP to please change my tablet PC, i wont keep that old tablet PC whose Mother board / processor all are reporting problems. Please exchange my faulty laptops with new one.

                                  I am sure for a brand like HP, customer's satisfaction and delight is very important and is in top priority. Please look into my serious and sincere grievences.

                                      I had Purchased a Additional warranty ( Care pack ) for my Compaq lap top from an Authorised dealer of HP compaq -- mssr Infocity, borivali west, mumbai in March 2008.
                                      inspite for the cheque amount being received by this Dealer " infocity, borivali "
                                      we have still not receieved any reply or the care pack till date.

                                      i have contacted many concerned officers of Hp india, but they are giving vague replies..
                                      please note the my 1 year warranty has expired on 31 july 2008 ..But i hav paid for the care pack in March 2008.

                                      He says he will call in 2 hours everytime, but does not call at all.

                                      Sir please note that my eligibility for the care pack will expire on 31st July and therefore i should get it, before that date..
