I purchased hp i3 processor 512 gb ssd laptop one month ago and i have not been using this laptop continuously my use is very limited I only used to watch teaching video on YouTube so on sunday i used laptop for 2-3 hours then next day morning when I tried to start the laptop it's not starting screen is blank I Ploughed the charger then also it doesn't start so i take my laptop to hp care centre and now they are saying my ssd drive is burnt how can this happen to new laptop even charger has stabilizer in it so how can it get burnt. I purchased laptop from Amazon my order I'd is:[protected]

I have issue with my HP laptop which was purchase in USA and family travel back to India. From last 10 days I have 2 different issue...one time with Hardware issue and now with NetBios. Raised the complaint and customer service is so bad too say that service was provided after SLA breach and still I am in the same position. Laptop is not working. I am looking to replace my laptop as this is with in 1 year warranty.

My Hp laptop isn't starting after it went to sleep, and its always show this after certain amount of time
(your laptop is ran itno a problem and its need to be restart, we will restart for you ) and after been 100% isn't starting .. So what should i do now .. My laptop is in warranty, so is it there home service you guys gives for you customer or not .. Its neither starting or nor reseting so, what should i do now ? Please resolve my problem asap !!

i have 1 hp laptop it has screen blinking fold and motherboard has fault but no solution yet received i had assigned complaint from customer support toll free number in service center but service center people no solution yet Told neither I have done any work on my case and have done fraud with me Engineer came to my house and told me sir everything is fine in your laptop just it eats more and there is also issue of screen blinking and
It stops while walking and the keyboard is defective, the service center people reply to me that there is liquid in your laptop and your motherboard is damaged. ok, the problem is in this, we get it assigned, the reply will come in 2 days, your laptop will be fixed and I was lied to and cheated with me, the service center people are doing fraud please my laptop any solution as soon as possible tell and i don't get any solution i have hp pavilion gaming laptop

I bought my laptop less than a year ago but sometimes it stop working and sometimes it doesn't start.
So what should i do?

They took 15k from me as training security process and fraud me saying I got job in ho company. Now their cell phone is switch off

I PURCHASED HP CARE PACK SERVICE/HP UPGRADE PROGRAM FROM hpupgradeprogram.com. I paid Rs. 4399 for the service on 14.07.2021 which consists of extended warranty, accidental damage protection and 3 years McAfree internet security antivirus subscription.

I have not recieved McAfree internet security antivirus even after complaints to the hp customer care.

Laptop micro phone is not working.

I am trying to get my laptop repaired for the past 2 months. I've visited the service centre 3 times. Even got the RAM upgraded by spending 3-4K at least. Inspite of all my efforts, HP is failing to repair my laptop properly. It keeps getting windows crash, and the caps lock key starts blinking. I need a permanent solution for this. I am a regular college student who needs it for documentation and in no way, my laptop can not support it.
Please help. It's a matter of consumer violation.

We received a HP Recovery Tool Pendrive of 16 GB and it as faulty. We received it on 21 August 2021. When we inserted it in our laptop it said an error "Error get failure from Dynamic Recovery Tool". An engineer came to our house to check our OS installation pendrive and he said it was of 16 GB and it was empty also. We either want our money back or give us an another pendrive of 32 GB with the installation media. The amount of pendrive with GST is ₹1903.34 rupees. It has been 18 days without any response.

I purchased my laptop near about the 15th.Aug.2020 & Laptop is not working for last one month.

The initial issue with my laptop is when I'm moving my laptop from one place to another it was going to hang every time. i tried to contact support and also as per their instruction i installed hard drives. but still, i was facing the same issue.

After completing the warranty year eventually, my laptop was is not working. when i was going to start my laptop it was showing a black screen. i tried to repair but the service center representative said you need to replace your motherboard.

After just 1 year I need to change the motherboard of my laptop?? ok fine.. but later after 7 days, he said your laptop motherboard is not available. I need a solution so asked him what can I do now? he said, "my suggestion is to buy a new laptop."

My name is rajappan. I was in from coimbatore. I purchased a hp laptop on 5.8.2021through flipkart. I believed the brand name of hp and i purchased it. But my hope was disappointed. With in 20 days laptop got slow and battery charge was not working. We ranged to flipkart customer service they told to contact hp service centre. We contacted hp service centre they told me to put os for system and also to change battery. My question is within 20 days we want to change os?. I am so much disappointed for purchasing hp laptop. From flipkart there is no proper response they are giving. I need your help in this matter. Kindly replace my laptop. And do the needful in this matter. Once again i believing your product and hope your will replace the laptop. For your reference i attach the invoice for purchase of laptop.
