I have purchased HP Laptop before 4 months and i have issue in laptop screen. In my laptop there is one cross white line and it is also shown in bios and restart windows.

I had connected with customer care and sent them screenshot of it, I had done this process for 5 times. Every time they told we will analyze it and back to you then suddenly they sent me case close mail.

Now i am tired of it and i think i will sell this laptop and never buy hp products and also advise to people not to go for HP products at social platform.

    My chromebook is repaired during warranty period so I have contacted hp support and service person come and collect my hp chromebook on June 21by saying it will be return to me in a week. After one week I have contacted service person he told me that my Chromebook is hand over to other person they will return it back to me .After few days I have received mail saying my Chromebook is delivered so I again contact hp support and filed complaint with the case ID number [protected]. But my chromebook is not return. Kindly look into this issue

      This is inform you that i ordered 02 Hp laptops from Flipkart invoice date 10 August 2021 received date 11 Aug 2021.

      Summary : in one laptop i configured the laptop and installed all the windows update on dated 18 Aug 2021 and the next day suddenly touch pad and windows got stuck up. So i restart the system and after that found that the automatic repair on the screen so i called the HP team for resolving this issue the engineer tell me the process for recovery so he download the windows recovery from hp tools and direct in 32gb USB from hp server but usb was showing but not able to install the windows after many attampt he also not able to resolve the issue so he told me to go for DOA. so i locked a complain for DOA and finally engineer visit our office and checked the laptop and found liquid in hard disk so he mention on hp report and today i called in HP for checking the status for the DOA. he tell me that HP refused the DOA but i don't receive any update note in mail or my phone. Request you to do the needful at the earliest.

          Address: HP service centre Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

          I have given my new laptop (in Warranty) for service at HP service centre Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram. The hinge and lock of the laptop had jumped out without any cause.
          It is more than a month now and repair has not been initiated.
          As is the situation at present, we are all working from home and attending online classes.
          This is a new laptop. So purchasing another one is NOT thinkable.
          We registered the conern with CSS Head over mail. Eever since we ahave received calls claiming to be HP service personnel from states as far as Odisha, Karnataka, etc. What ever is happening? It is both depressing and disgusting!!!

            I bought this Hp pavillion laptop on[protected], after two months i.e.from[protected] I have been facing an issue with keyboard. Immediately I approached service center and there I have been told that it would take 10 to 12 days but in onsite technical assistance I would take just 4 to 5 days to get the issue resolved. My case was registered on 18 August 2021. Since then whenever I call or text to the customer support I only got lame excuses and would get a call from technician in 24 hrs but didn't receive any till today i.e. 1 September 2021. I needed this to resolved at the earliest. As I have my exams. My registered case ID at hp support is: [protected]

                  Warranty Mismatch and Damaged Item

                  I have placed an order of "HP -Pavilion 14 laptop" Model - DV0055TU in the HP online store on Aug-18-2021.

                  1. I received the item on "Aug-23-2021"
                  2. Then immediately, I verified the warranty by unboxing the laptop, and within seconds, I realized that the warranty was already Active from "July28-2021" which also covers under "Extended Warranty" and is not covered under "Base Warranty".

                  I purchased a new laptop two months ago and the laptop hangs a lot and hangs and is very slow. it legitly takes more than 2 min for the laptop to boot up and it takes another 2-3 min to just open the browser. and the speaker does not work even tho there is a inbuilt speaker

                      My laptop model no is - HP 15s-Du2009tu, Core i3, 4gb, 1 tb, win 10.
                      Sr no - CND03242YH.

                      From purchasing above mentioned laptop model giving problem of Airplane mode.
                      I have Already discussed hp customer care concern person and ran program as customer care person said, but my laptop issue isn't close yet.
                      Main problem is while working on same model suddenly he doing disconnect the internet and show only airplane mode, not showing any another option to connect Internet as usually.
                      I am unhappy with this same model, my request is please solve this issue otherwise give replace this laptop with new one.

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,
                        My name is Anamika Goyal, I am from Seoni Malwa, Madhya Pradesh, India. I bought a laptop of HP model-15s-fr2000, Serial no. 5CD1077D46 on 31st Mar'21 which carries 1 year global warranty. It's been only 5 months since I purchased this laptop and I am suffering for the last 4 months with so many issues like overheating, noise in fan, screen flickering, randomly turning off the laptop and speaker sound cracking issue. Then I contacted to HP India, so Bhopal Engineer came to my house and replaced the fan, even after it made noise and other problems remains the same. Then again I contacted to HP India regarding these issues with some more issues. They did so many troubleshooting's and other things infect many times my laptop got reset. Then again Engineer assigned and they took my laptop for servicing to Bhopal Service Centre and they change the motherboard and SSD. After repairing they sent my laptop and I found lines on the screen, on the same time I complain to Bhopal Service Centre but they said that is normal. But I never ever saw this kind of lines in any laptop till I used. Even the motherboard, SSD changed but still problem not resolved and Its not working properly instead of some more new issues appeared with previous issue like automatic brightness change. I got tired enough of complaining. I wasted a lot of my precious time on these matters. With these issues I am not able to continue my work. I have never expected that I would receive such faulty laptop from a REPUTED COMPANY like HP. Kindly stop selling this type of faulty laptop. Now I do not want to replace any parts. I want to replace the entire faulty laptop. Please replace this faulty laptop with the new one. Otherwise I will force to go Consumer Forum and register the complaint against the services you provide and also to provide this kind of faulty laptop. And I will never suggest to anyone to purchase HP Products. I hope you will understand the gravity of my situation and now I am expecting you to do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  I would like to share that I had purchased HP wireless Ink tank printer 419 with Serial no. CN16P8D428 from Croma Retail Gurgaon Sector 49 on 22nd August and demo/installation request was done on customer care on toll free no. [protected].

                                  I had shared my mobile no as [protected], email I’d as tribhuvan.[protected]@gmail.com and residential address as I Block, I-75, 2nd Floor, South City 2, Sector 50, Gurgaon 122018, Haryana.

                                  While on a call to customer care on the same toll free no. on this Wednesday I had come to know that mobile no [protected] as well as email I’d tribhuvan.[protected]@gmail.com was not correctly updated besides only verbal assurance was given that in next 24 hrs service engineer will visit and demo and installation will be done.

                                  Even when I checked the and try to raise demo request on hpstore.in then it was appearing on the portal that my demo/installation request is already in process.

                                  Besides I got 3 no’s of service engineer from customer care but all of them were told that they have left this job.

                                  Today I had called customer care 4 times and at last in the evening I had come to know that still installation is not possible and issue will be escalated to higher authority.

                                  My case ID is [protected].

                                  I must say that it is ironical and disappointed to see such a pathetic services from HP and once purchased the product they forget the customer. It is just like earn money and then leave customer on God’s mercy. I didn’t receive any call or mail regarding any time slot as well.

                                  I have already discussed with customer care in the evening that I’m going to return this product to Croma and I will purchase either Epson or any other brand product from them max by Monday and I will give written feedback for this blunder as well since HP services team response is pathetic.

                                  I do not know any reason behind this failure however I’m feeling disappointed and offended by purchasing the product of HP.

                                      We had lodged a complain about 2 months before of printer" while scanning paper got stuck up" . service engineer came and suggest need to change the printer roller . but there is no response . printer is in under warranty period .
