My hp laptop not working well, it is in under warranty.it take much time to start and if it start its keyboard and mouse not working also it get turns off within some time...

I have placed an order of "HP -Pavilion 14 laptop" Model - DV0055TU in the HP online store on Aug-18-2021.

1. I received the item on "Aug-23-2021"
2. Then immediately, I verified the warranty by unboxing the laptop, and within seconds, I realized that the warranty was already Active from "July28-2021" which also covers under "Extended Warranty" and is not covered under "Base Warranty".
3. Here, I realized that...

I purchased a new laptop two months ago and the laptop hangs a lot and hangs and is very slow. it legitly takes more than 2 min for the laptop to boot up and it takes another 2-3 min to just open the browser. and the speaker does not work even tho there is a inbuilt speaker...

My personal laptop that was bought an year ago is not working. An update popped up and after updation my system isn't turning on. Same problem had occurred earlier and I lost many datas. This is second time....

My laptop model no is - HP 15s-Du2009tu, Core i3, 4gb, 1 tb, win 10.

From purchasing above mentioned laptop model giving problem of Airplane mode.
I have Already discussed hp customer care concern person and ran program as customer care person said, but my laptop issue isn't close yet.
Main problem is while working on same model suddenly he doing disconnect the internet and show only...

I would like to share that I had purchased HP wireless Ink tank printer 419 with Serial no. CN16P8D428 from Croma Retail Gurgaon Sector 49 on 22nd August and demo/installation request was done on customer care on toll free no. [protected].

We had lodged a complain about 2 months before of printer" while scanning paper got stuck up" . service engineer came and suggest need to change the printer roller . but there is no response . printer is in under warranty period .
i contact no. of times to service engineer but there is no response..

I have bought a hp gaming laptop in January 30 2021.After passing four months my laptop started showing problems in June ...I requested to service they worked out on it and given back after a week...after receiving the laptop again after 3 days same problem was came...I given back to service center...they took it and repaired it and given after 4 weeks and told me that wifi chip will be not working and some other problems... again after a...

I had registered for a complaint with case number [protected] a month back.
But there is no response from HP or service technician for the same.
Everyday I have to call customer service for update and response from them is will update in 24hrs, but there will be no response and updates.

One of the worst service I had ever seen...

It's been 15days still not getting a resolution, you are a reputed company but your response is so poor. still, the problem is not short out. My PC is in warranty period. If you are a reputed company pl try to maintain it. I will wait some more days, Otherwise, I will force to go consumer case. pl, visit & repair my PC.Very pathetic service, Highly disappointed. Waste to purchase an HP laptop...

Greetings for the day! I have some issue under the warranty period.
Firstly, please note that this problem was there since I purchased/ started using the cpu. So there is no question of intentional damage or has been rendered defective by me. It may be noted that I purchase a cpu but some issues occurs after some day i think usb internally damage.Moreover, the warranty was there.

I sincerely request to check this part...
