Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Anamika Goyal, I am from Seoni Malwa, Madhya Pradesh, India. I bought a laptop of HP model-15s-fr2000, Serial no. 5CD1077D46 on 31st Mar'21 which carries 1 year global warranty. It's been only 5 months since I purchased this laptop and I am suffering for the last 4 months with so many issues like overheating, noise in fan, screen flickering, randomly turning off the laptop and speaker sound cracking issue. Then I contacted to HP India, so Bhopal Engineer came to my house and replaced the fan, even after it made noise and other problems remains the same. Then again I contacted to HP India regarding these issues with some more issues. They did so many troubleshooting's and other things infect many times my laptop got reset. Then again Engineer assigned and they took my laptop for servicing to Bhopal Service Centre and they change the motherboard and SSD. After repairing they sent my laptop and I found lines on the screen, on the same time I complain to Bhopal Service Centre but they said that is normal. But I never ever saw this kind of lines in any laptop till I used. Even the motherboard, SSD changed but still problem not resolved and Its not working properly instead of some more new issues appeared with previous issue like automatic brightness change. I got tired enough of complaining. I wasted a lot of my precious time on these matters. With these issues I am not able to continue my work. I have never expected that I would receive such faulty laptop from a REPUTED COMPANY like HP. Kindly stop selling this type of faulty laptop. Now I do not want to replace any parts. I want to replace the entire faulty laptop. Please replace this faulty laptop with the new one. Otherwise I will force to go Consumer Forum and register the complaint against the services you provide and also to provide this kind of faulty laptop. And I will never suggest to anyone to purchase HP Products. I hope you will understand the gravity of my situation and now I am expecting you to do the needful as soon as possible.

        I purchased a laptop from HP 15G0103TX ( HP PAVILION NOTEBOOK) from COMPUTERLAND Nehru Place. From the same day over heating issue was detected and when called the sales person he recommended to speak to HP support center.
        Registered complaint number [protected] for the overheating issue, engineer (Mr. Abdul Rehman- Contact number [protected]) visited and shared the thermal report with temperature detail showing higher than 37 degree celsius to HP via his senior named Mr. Amarjeet Yadav (Contact number - [protected]) which is a manipulated report and doesn't show any temperature higher than 35 degree celsius which is fraud and cheating, hence I want to raise a complaint in this forum.

            I would like to share that I had purchased HP wireless Ink tank printer 419 with Serial no. CN16P8D428 from Croma Retail Gurgaon Sector 49 on 22nd August and demo/installation request was done on customer care on toll free no. [protected].

            I had shared my mobile no as [protected], email I’d as tribhuvan.[protected]@gmail.com and residential address as I Block, I-75, 2nd Floor, South City 2, Sector 50, Gurgaon 122018, Haryana.

            While on a call to customer care on the same toll free no. on this Wednesday I had come to know that mobile no [protected] as well as email I’d tribhuvan.[protected]@gmail.com was not correctly updated besides only verbal assurance was given that in next 24 hrs service engineer will visit and demo and installation will be done.

            Even when I checked the and try to raise demo request on hpstore.in then it was appearing on the portal that my demo/installation request is already in process.

            Besides I got 3 no’s of service engineer from customer care but all of them were told that they have left this job.

            Today I had called customer care 4 times and at last in the evening I had come to know that still installation is not possible and issue will be escalated to higher authority.

            My case ID is [protected].

            I must say that it is ironical and disappointed to see such a pathetic services from HP and once purchased the product they forget the customer. It is just like earn money and then leave customer on God’s mercy. I didn’t receive any call or mail regarding any time slot as well.

            I have already discussed with customer care in the evening that I’m going to return this product to Croma and I will purchase either Epson or any other brand product from them max by Monday and I will give written feedback for this blunder as well since HP services team response is pathetic.

            I do not know any reason behind this failure however I’m feeling disappointed and offended by purchasing the product of HP.

                We had lodged a complain about 2 months before of printer" while scanning paper got stuck up" . service engineer came and suggest need to change the printer roller . but there is no response . printer is in under warranty period .
                i contact no. of times to service engineer but there is no response..

                  I have bought a hp gaming laptop in January 30 2021.After passing four months my laptop started showing problems in June ...I requested to service they worked out on it and given back after a week...after receiving the laptop again after 3 days same problem was came...I given back to service center...they took it and repaired it and given after 4 weeks and told me that wifi chip will be not working and some other problems... again after a week I asked them to replacement of laptop... they agreed with it to replace the laptop...after passing a month I received a call that laptop can't be replaced...they are not responding me properly...now if company will not replace me a laptop or give my money back...I will proceed in a Legal Way and I will book them in consumer form act

                    Smart Ink printer service issue

                    I had registered for a complaint with case number [protected] a month back.
                    But there is no response from HP or service technician for the same.
                    Everyday I have to call customer service for update and response from them is will update in 24hrs, but there will be no response and updates.

                    One of the worst service I had ever seen...

                        It's been 15days still not getting a resolution, you are a reputed company but your response is so poor. still, the problem is not short out. My PC is in warranty period. If you are a reputed company pl try to maintain it. I will wait some more days, Otherwise, I will force to go consumer case. pl, visit & repair my PC.Very pathetic service, Highly disappointed. Waste to purchase an HP laptop

                          Dear sir/madam
                          My name is Jatin Harisinghani, I am from Mumbai, India. I bought a laptop of HP model-15t-dw200 CTO, Serial no. CND0380G3G on 14th Oct'20 which carries 1 year global warranty, on 1st Jun'21 my screen started acting up which in clear words bubbles started appearing on my screen and due to which I was not able to use my laptop for which I contacted HP India and they assigned an engineer visit who visited on 11 Jun'21, also the engineer saw the issue in person and he requested HP for replacement of screen for which they agreed, but after some days I got a call from service team that the screen is not available in India. So I have to contact parent company USA for the same and I wondered that how the screen is not available with the service team in India. But didn't wanted to waste my time and as I had global warranty so I mailed it to CSS team after which they assigned me service head Ms Kavita Routel by this time almost month of June was over, I called everyday to HP regarding update for the screen due to which I was not able to study, after three months of my hustle and struggle on 2nd Aug'21 I got a call from HP that my part is finally delivered and an engineer will visit and replace it, but when the engineer visited on 3rd Aug'21 we got to know that the screen was different which cannot be installed in my laptop and I contacted HP for the same and then they told me SORRY SIR but now we can't help you as the screen is not available in India, so I asked them to replace my laptop as its already been 3 months which they didn't and told me that HP India can't help and you can contact parent company. I ASKED THEM IF YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP ME WHY DID YOU WATED MY 3MONTHS OF EDUCATION and in answer their language was very pathetic, harsh and not acceptable. After which I wrote a mail to CEO’s team and due to that I got a call from HP India management team on 23rd August’21 and informed that they surely resolve my case as soon as possible and they will give a final update on 26th August’21 I.e Thursday but from morning I sent 5 mails to HP India Management team but still they haven’t replied my mails and neither they have called me for an update. I request you to please help with the same and also help to get my laptop replaced as soon as possible
                          Sir, I had a very bad experience from the service team as well as HP India management team. I request to Honorable CEO to please help me for the same at your earliest.

                            Greetings for the day! I have some issue under the warranty period.
                            Firstly, please note that this problem was there since I purchased/ started using the cpu. So there is no question of intentional damage or has been rendered defective by me. It may be noted that I purchase a cpu but some issues occurs after some day i think usb internally damage.Moreover, the warranty was there.

                            I sincerely request to check this part and examine the internal situation. Though I won't hesitate, but would not like to escalate further and would expect to have your support in completing the task under warranty and ensure 100% satisfaction.

                            I look forward for a speedy resolution from Consumer Complaints Forum .thnku.

                              I Purchased a Laptop from you on the 25th of August 2020 from your 'Nungambakkam' retail center for Rs. 34, 499/- (Rupees Thirty four thousand four ninety nine only).
                              Product code: HP15S-GR0007AU,
                              Serial No.: CND03231R0.

                              As per the advice of “HP” and I also paid for an 'Extended Warranty' for a period of three years for Rs. 4, 399/- (Rupees four thousand three ninety nine only)
                              'Order Id: PPSIMA729959'

                              • For which your sales representative assured that it would cover damages from electrical surges, accidental falls, liquid spills along with Mcafe internet security for a period of three years.
                              • I have been using the laptop without any problem for almost a year until on 18/07/2021 when I accidentally dropped my laptop and it started rebooting in a loop.
                              • I registered a complaint with you on 19/07/2021
                              • Case No. [protected]. Your troubleshooting team via call said the cause of problem was "Hard disk failure" and on 26/07/2021 your Engineer 'Mr. Clinton' replaced the Hard disk at my house. He said the Hard disk has been installed and once the windows OS has been installed the system will work fine. He also said the OS installation would be done only by the 'Technical Team' via call and not by him. From 26/07/2021 to 30/07/2021 I tried reaching out to your Technical team and only on 31/07/2021 I receive any assistance from the team. They helped to download the OS through Cloud recovery, but did not help with the installation of the OS. When I called them back to tell them that the installation had failed midway.
                              • Therefore with no other ways I was again given a new Case no. [protected] and again only after repeated attempts on 4/08/2021 was I able to get in touch with the technical team again. The Executive of the Technical team 'Ms.Sweety' through a video call diagnosed the system and stated that the Hard disk has failed and again assigned me with a new Case No. [protected] and told me that an engineer will be sent to my house to replace the Hard disk.
                              • On 06/08/2021 Mr.P.Kubendiran', replaced the Hard disk and again said the Hard disk testing was successful and told me to call the technical team for the OS installation.
                              • From 06/08/21 to 08/08/2021 I called your Technical team but only on 08/08/2021 was I able to speak to one of the technical team member who this time guided me till the installation of OS began and assured that he would call back in a few hours to check on the Installation of OS. The OS installation failed again midway and neither did I receive any callback from your team nor was I able to reach anyone.
                              • From 08/08/2021 till date I have been calling to your Customer Care and Technical Team in vain as no one is able to help me out with my Laptop issue and installation of OS, it has been a month now. Personally being a longtime user of HP, I am disappointed and disheartened with the type of Customer care service provided by you, especially for a product with extended warranty. I would like to state that because of this problem some of my works are pending and I also facing lot of mental agony and irreparable loss because of your delay in service.

                              I kindly ask HP to help me in fixing my laptop or replacing a new laptop in accordance to the terms of the warranty policy at your earliest.

                                      My laptop's lcd has caught a black spot.. Even though it is not over the warranty period you are charging above 11000(which is also above the market value).. Is this kind of service you provide? Then why you call it as warranty period.. Even it is inner part, which got damaged(lcd).. Very bad experience I faced with hp company..
