My PC is in warranty period. If you are a reputed company pl try to maintain it. I will wait some more day, Otherwise I will force to go consumer case. pl visit & repair my PC. My laptop's lcd has caught a black spot.. Even though it is not over the warranty period you are charging above 11000(which is also above the market value).. Is this kind of service you provide? Then why you call it as warranty period.. Even it is inner part, which got damaged(lcd).. Very bad experience I faced with hp company.....

I gave my hp laptop to the service centre at Bit and byte Jammu. They have not resolved the issue and charged 1500 rupees without any cause and they also didn't return my charger. And misbehaved with me too....

I am Ravi Kumar, I have HP laptop s.no CND828321N and my warranty expired on 23.09.2019 but I took extended warranty for 2 years from ARM Infoserve HP service center by paying an amount of Rs. 6250 on 24.09.2019. so my warranty extends up to 22.10.2021 .Documents are attached.
