Hello I've submitted my HP laptop in a service centre in Guwahati called Smartech Computers for display issues & HDD in 2017. Till now they have not fixed my issue neither hand over it to me. We have purchased a HP Printer LaserJet Pro MFP M226dw as on 19 october 2019. It is under warranty period but pickup roller is not working properly and not pick up papers from both the trays. We have complained dated 07/08/2021 and received a ticket number- #161901 but there is no response from HP. So, we are requesting you to repair/replace or do service of this printer as soon as possible. We will be highly obliged....

I want to return my printer and need a refund because i bought a printer Laser Jet Pro M17A. Entire purpose to buy the printer was to print legal pages only. And this printer does not have an option to print legal paper. I spoke to customer service and they refused to refund the amount or replace the product with some other printer which can print Legal paper (8.5 * 14 inches).

I tried calling customer care more than 7-8 times and not getting any concrete response. Not sure if you have any SLA for this. Please help me get it installed at earliest. Hp has Already complained but no response...

I bought a Notebook PC HP 15s-fr1002TU-HP having Serial No:5CD0153X27 on 18.06.2020. It has been working nicely, but from Yester day Keys "C &D" and Number "3" are not working.

Requested to resolve the same at the earliest possible as my daughter on line classes getting disturbed.

My laptop is very slow so upgrade ram...

My laptop has been flickering and showing colored screen and some error the service centre changed my window without complete diagnosis of problem and said it will be fine and after that there occurs some problem again.
They have charged 900 rupeess from me for the window which is their mistake not mine because they installed new window without any need as the ultimate problem is of ram.And when i asked now how much will they charge...
