I bought Hp laptop 15-DU3032TU on December 2020. while power on this laptop, it takes 5 minutes to getting on. When I took exam in this laptop, it got hanged for 15 mins and even curser wasn't moved at that time. I faced this issue two times in the past one month.
When going to open the application it doesn't response most of the times. generally it takes 3 to 5 minutes to open the application such as chrome, internet explore, etc.
This laptop produces heavy heat with half an hour usage. So I would request you to repair or replacement to my laptop.

    I have purchased one hp ink tank wireless printer 410 series on 14/05/21 and it was got damaged on17/6/21. The same has reported to the customer care on 18/05/21. The complaint no is [protected] dated 18/6/21 and the order no is BRLR9656-01. Even after 13 days lapsed, the printer complaint is not rectified and nobody is responded from the part of hp. The same has reported to your service head also. But the service head also not responding. Please make necessary steps to rectify my printer complaint at the earliest.

      Laptop Battery Issue

      I bought a laptop model number - 15s-du3047tx on 18th June, battery wasn't working fine so I contacted with HP support through WhatsApp, they guided me to do a battery calibration test which I had to perform 3 times. After the 1st calibration test, the battery was working for 5.5 hours. and after completing the whole process 3 times, this drained to 2-3 hours....

      I had paid an amount of rs.599.00 on 24.06.2021 to recharge my staff phone no.[protected] thru net banking of HDFC Bank and the amount got debited but message flashed as Transaction Failed and also phone did not got recharged. The transaction ref no.is CCAMOBIWIKCOM in my bank.
      kindly verify and credit the amount back to my account in hdfc bank.

            I purchased brand new hp printer on 25th june 2021 in Reliance store. And i tested in the store itself and its not working and they are saying that after billing we wont take it back and we will arrange service. so i brought to my home and i called to customer care for troubleshooting then they realised to arrange techinician within 24 to 48 hrs so now 4 days finished still didnt get any call from techinician and the service engineer its fraud HP.

              I am using HP since 1990s and had never faced such a issue. I have tried contacting HP customer care since March 2021 but due to lockdown i can understand the situation. Now from past 1 month i have tried my level best, but no response from HP. My printer is going to be out of warranty in this week only and i am left with no other option to file a law suit against HP.

              Problems Faced
              White lines on left side of paper.
              Half left is not printing clearly.
              Less than 3000 printout taken
              Refilled 2x refills other than HP claim of 5000pages tonner included.
              Poor customer satisfaction
              no response from HP care

                  Last week I bought one hp laptop ...it's is total hang and ...now it is not turning on ..and the power light is blinking ...I buy this product to attend my online classes ...bt it become a great concern for me ...I bought hp bcz of the brand name and faith in this company ..but now it's a very bad product ...within 7 days ..it became a disaster

                          I have purchased a HP laptop on 13/08/2020 at Reliance digital
                          showroom Ramanthapur hyderabad vide the serial No CND0259R22. I
                          encountered a problem with booting of the laptop in the month of
                          February. As the customer support team could not diagnose the problem
                          i have visited the authorised HP service centre in secunderabad TVS
                          electronics. They took the laptop and after two days they have
                          diagnosed the problem as harddisk problem and replaced the hard disk
                          and gave it back it me. As the laptop was in warranty the have not
                          charged me anything for this service. Again on 18th May the laptop
                          encontered the same problem. I took the laptop to the same authorised
                          HP service centre and handed over my laptop for repair. They told it
                          may take 10-15 days to repair it. I called them after a weeks time to
                          know exactly whats the problem. They conveyed that the hard disk is
                          again damaged and they have indented for a new harddisk. So again I
                          called them after 4 days. This time they told that they have replaced
                          hard disk and this time the display is also damaged and they have
                          indented for a new display. Again i called them after 2 days I called
                          them to know the status of my laptop. This time they told me that they
                          have replaced the display and now the mother board is also damaged
                          they have indented for a new motherboard. In the entire process the
                          service centre has never called me to inform the status of my laptop.
                          Everytime I called them they were coming up with a new problem in the
                          laptop. Then I told them that I donot want to take such a defective
                          laptop which in a period of 9 months of purchase the hard disk was
                          damaged twice, mother board once and display once. I have requested
                          them either to replace the laptop with a new laptop or refund my total
                          amount for which i have bought the laptop ie43499- or atleast extend
                          the total warranty for lifetime as it was a defective piece. They have
                          not resolved my issued till today. I have not collected my laptop till
                          date. Its with the service centre only. As I am unable to carry out my
                          duties with out laptop I am forced to buy a new laptop again which
                          incurred me an expenditure of Rs.45500/- on 09/16/2021.

                          I request a compensation of 90K for my case.00

                                Hi sir/madam
                                Good evening we purchase laptop from flipkart on 3 March 2020 after 1 month I am getting error in my display screen I am unable to reboot it I am complaint to hp customer care through virtual assistant have lockdown guidelines it was resolved after 3 months literally, they replace new hard disc it was working fine but later 2 months 15 days after suddenly the screen was blank again make complaint it was resolved after 40 days and replaced mother board at this time and again later 2 months again same problem persist again I am raise a complaint finally resolve after 40 days. On April 7 th yesterday again same problem persist now they replied when I am raise a complaint the product is out of warranty. Will u please think if you have in my position what you will did? Literally 170 days I am unable to utilize it please consider my request either resolve my issue or replace with new product without providing any warranty. Please consider with your heart sir.

                                      8gb, 1tb windows 10, ryzen 3 laptop

                                      Purchase date : Jun 7th 2021

                                      Bought the above configuration laptop from HP exclusive store Tambaram.

                                      On the same day, laptop crashed for just opening chrome. Took the laptop to showroom twice and found HDD running at 100%.

                                      Said will raise a complaint but it's been a week. Being a consultant I have lost thousands of $ due to laptop crashing in between meetings.

                                      This is ridiculous... Still have not received DOA or compensation for new laptop...

                                      Guess being a 10 year old customer with hp was the biggest mistake of my life... Lost 40k and 2 weeks of pay...
