Please find attached several emails and I know it is an overload of correspondence that I have had in trying to resolve a complaint here in Australia. I am reaching out to you as surprisingly as it may seem I am unable to speak with anyone here nor obtain a phone number despite numerous efforts. The only communication that I can make is with support in India and to which I am not getting any satisfaction whatsoever.
Without me going into more detail perhaps you or an assistant can read these emails and see what I am up against.
You will have received a copy of my email which is self explanatory so I ask you to please consider this and respond.
To summarize:
I purchased a HP laptop 15.6" nothing fancy just to fit my needs. System failure within 2 months and was replaced. Same thing has happened again. Technician sent to replace hard drive. No effect still not working.
HP could not supply ..LOL.. same model or similar one with same display 15.6" so I had to accept refund. I did give alternative suggestions to NO AVAIL.
HP FULLY AWARE I AM DISABLED AND HAVE NOT OTHER FORM OF COMMUNICATION.

So another month. I have no computer and no refund for the amount I have previously paid. this should never have happened"

So reaching out and hoping somewhere somehow somebody can fix this immediately as I am totally desperate and also basically sick of the incompetence of the people that I have had to deal with. The inconsistencies in the management, prodecures and protocol in the running of this complaint is abhorrent and promises asked "Please give me a few more hours and I will sort this out", "I will call back in 2 hours", "I have escaleted this and the head manager will call you"...Promises not kept. Just said to placate you and very bad business approach.

I would appreciate an email to just let me know that you have received this correspondence.

In reply to your email dated 17/4/2021 and received at 3.51pm AEST.

I am assuming that you are not able to respond to call me now so please arrange a call between 9.00am and 10.00am AEST on Monday morning.

As you have read my emails and you state " I have read through your emails and seen the case myself, we understand your experience with product and support has been below par". I therefore understand you must know the FULL Impact this has had on me.
As you also stated in your email "Meanwhile, I have escalated on the delay in refund and will try to have an update by Monday.'
I HAVE HEARD THIS SO MANY TIMES BEFORE. Your escalation process must know no bounds nor limit as to how many times one transaction/refund can be escalated as it keeps getting escalated each time I have spoken to Arun, etc. This is also in writing. It should have already been deposited into my account as per settlement and also written and verbal promises.

I will await a full discussion and also please note that during this conversation a settlement as per your email must be reached to my satisfaction without delay.

I refer to your email regarding my complaint and your request for a time to discuss this matter which I responded to by returning an email for a time between 9.00am and 10.00am AEST on Monday morning.

Well I have not received a call and am discussing this matter today with the other parties that I have lodged this complaint with.
I had hoped that this would have been able to be settled today with you especially as the financial aspect has continued to rise but apparently not.

There is an agreed settlement offer in place HOWEVER this must be completed by the 7th of May 2021
cleared funds accessible in my account by 5.00pm AEST.
However the inital refund which still hasn't been paid is to be paid on the 24/4/2021 cleared funds accessible in my account by 5.00pm AEST. If this is not met FULL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS WILL ENSUE.
Urgent response required.

hello hemanth,

i have been contacted by the accc and consumer affairs here in australia who are enquiring regarding the settlement amount as they are aware of the financial settlement but are not satisfied with the amount nor the non provision of the said item as that is what caused the problem in the first place.

The settlement was for costs incurred and there were waived discussed costs as well which has now been updated to $11689.36.
They have instructed me to proceed with these costs as they are well within my rights to receive compensation for these considering the time frame and drawn out response from hewlett packard.
I have also been contacted by the national disability services in australia who wishes me to further proceed with this also.

My situation as you and everyone i dealt with at hewlett packard knew has caused me acute anxiety and financial loss and especially knowing that i am disabled only exacerbated the complaint.

It was only when i took action with contacting the management of hewlett packard and lodging these complaints that i was contacted by yourself. This have all be detailed and supplied.

I have kept you informed all the time of the current position with the accc. Consumer affairs as well as the ndis and also as consumer affairs in india.

I have a meeting today at 3.00pm aest to discuss these costs and how to proceed.
I have been advised to inform you that if these other costs which should have been paid and the complaint not reduced or negotiated that the complaint will go ahead and all costs will be retrieval in from the start including pain and suffering, legal fees etc.

I hoped to settle this amicably from the start and until you contacted me this was not so.

Please review this and call me before 3.00pm so we can resolve this as i believe this is what hewlett packard would want to do considering the circumstances.

If we can agree to this as advised i will then sign a release for hewlett packard otherwise it will proceed.

          I purchased a HP Laptop HP-14S-FR0012AU on 22.01.2021 from V & R Computers, Haldwani, Uttrakhand 263139 for Rs. 52000/-.
          Since my purchase, it is not working properly.
          All of sudden its screen vanishes and then after a lot of struggle it comes back. Though if it is attached to some other external output device, it shows the display there but not on my laptop.
          I tried contacting the vendors but of no use.
          I am fed up with this problem. Therefore, you are requested to do the needful at the earliest.

            I have purchased HP Laptop Model No:- HP15 Du 3047 TX on dated 23 March 2021. I am facing a battery issue on my laptop from the very first day the battery drains in about 60 to 90 mins. I repeatedly called the customer care number 3-4 times but everyone followed the same process mentioning that it is a protocol we have to follow but they didn't give the solution for the issue.
            So, I kindly request you to please look after my issue and give me a replacement battery or laptop.

                एक लैपटॉप एचपी रुद्रपुर की शोरूम से खरीदा किया rayzen ३ spped से लेकर थोड़ी प्रॉब्लम है तो इसके लिए कस्टमर केयर में बात कर रहा हूं लेकिन मेरी बात नहीं हो पा रही है और छोटी दुकान से शोरूम से मैंने इलेक्ट्रो 25 किया था वह भी मेरी बात नहीं सुन रहा है क्या सर्विस सेंटर वालों को उसके प्रोडक्ट बेचने से ही मतलब है कि आप सर्विस नहीं देना चाहते हैं इस समस्या को देखते हुए क्या भविष्य में कभी मैं एचपी का कोई भी प्रोडक्ट नहीं खरीदना चाहिए

                  I ordered hp 250 g8 notebook PC on 3rd April.

                  Since then I have not received any information apart from the confirmation email. When I made the order, the expected delivery date was 6 working days. But I did not receive any tracking information or change of order status after that. I have already made the payment of a hefty ₹ 46, 636.00 and waiting for almost a week without any feedback. Even a ₹ 100 product in e- commerce sites are being dispatched and traceable on the very next day with accurate tracking information. But this is a disappointing experience for me after trusting hp. Now I am stuck as I have already paid the available fund in hand. But do not have any information about whether the laptop will be delivered. And I also cannot buy it in another platform.

                  The calls made to the hp support are of no avail and they just give the same random information that the order is being processed. When I question about the status. They say they will check with the team and will get back in 48 hours. But no response after that. Also a support ticket #97168 is open. But they keep giving random answer and ask if they can close the ticket if I do not respond in 24 hours. This is really frustrating and I never expected this kind of treatment from an esteemed organization like hp. I need a strict action and a quick feedback on my issue please. I am literally drained emotionally and physically trying to contact hp support everyday.

                          I purchased laptop from bcs laptop store of rs 75000/-.
                          1).Other customer got keyboard, cleansing kit, mouse and headphone with it but he didn't gave me any one thing among these.
                          2) He sold me in 75000/- but its cost is 73000/-

                          Battery backup is not so good as he told me. He misguided me.
                          4)
                          He is not giving me technical support. My pen is not writing properly in laptop but he is not answering my call
                          5) I did not get the bill. Iam calling again and again for getting the bill and for the support but he is not answering my calls

                          I am forced to file FIR and go in consumer court against all these things and getting harassed by hp support centre and against the cheating.

                            On 28th March, 2021, I purchased the above HP Laptop through Amazon. On 30th March, 2021, on HP instore website - Care Pack, I registered the Serial No and Product No details. The website confirmed the details and informed that the product 1 year warranty. The website offered extension of warranty for 2-5 years but when I clicked "upgrade" (requesting to purchase the extended warranty, nothing happened. I informed my problem through a message which was acknowledged by HP.

                            Until now, I have not heard from HP. I phoned HP store in Chennai (Habhibillah Road) and explained my problem. The representative said he has forwarded my details to HP H.O. and someone will contact me. So far, no response from HP H.O.

                            I just want to purchase extended warranty for 2-5 years. Can you please help? Thanks.

                              I have purchased HP Laptop Model No:- HP15 Du 3047 TX on dated 23 March 2021. I am facing a battery issue on my laptop from the very first day the battery drains in about 60 to 90 mins. I repeatedly called the customer care number 3-4 times but everyone followed the same process mentioning that it is a protocol we have to follow but they didn't give the solution for the issue.

                                    My name is Pankaj. I bought a new laptop from HP. The day after buying the laptop, it went bad. HP has sold me a bad laptop. I have been giving a Complaint to HP for 3 months but my problems are not solvable. Running away from his responsibilities. I also asked him why a new laptop went bad the next day.                                     It feels very frustrating that your service engineer is damaging my product. Almost 2 weeks to go but nothing seems positive for me. Let's have a look of your service engineer activity day by day.

                                    On[protected] he opens all parts and said your touchpad is not working so we have to replace it.

                                    On[protected] he replaced touchpad but issue not resolved.

                                    On[protected] open laptop again and said that issue is with keyboard so we have to replace it and he ordered keyboard.

                                    On[protected] I talk Mr. Subrit Rathore ( Level 1 manager ) and he said I will send service engineer again and he will check all the part like screen, keyboard, drivers in guidence of technical team

                                    On[protected] service engineer visit again and open all parts like screen, keyboard in guidence with technical team and said we have to replace the keyboard first, if issue resolve then okay if not we will move towards next part.

                                    On[protected] service engineer comes with a new keyboard and open my laptop again and start to fix new keyboard but suddenly he said this new keyboard is not matching of my laptop so we have to order the right keyboard again and he walked out.

                                    Today on[protected], Your service engineer change the keyboard today but issue not resolved.
                                    So now he again fixed old key board and remove new keyboard which he carried with him.
                                    I even do not know what they are going to do next time.

                                    Mr. Subrit Rathore (Level 1 manager HP) blocked my phone number today.

                                    You can't imagine what I am going through. My product is getting damaged day by day but no one is listening to me.
                                    Such disgusting behaviour from HP, never seen before.

                                      I Bought a HP 15SDU0120TU laptop on 21st March 2020.(S.No.CND9522LKZ) and my Complaint No. [protected]. Since the very beginning, the laptop was having major functional issues like Screen Blank out & Flickering. I raised a complaint in August due to the lockdown situations and even action was taken by replacing all the important parts of my laptop like Motherboard, Display & Hard Disk. And Laptop was also despatched to HP Bangalore Office for repair and remain there for approx 03 months. Even after this, still I am facing display related problems. Issues like this impacts the trust in such a reputed and integral brand and I am highly disappointed with the kind of product I received.
                                      To keep my faith in HP intact, I am hoping for a earliest possible fix.
