Vijay Sales is a brand name and people trust upon the name but it seems good to see when we come to on ground, it's very pathetic. I have bought one laptop from Vijay sales RDC branch Ghaziabad on Sunday 21.03.2021. Everything seems good until my son start working on it. My son use to take online classes over laptop. We have fully charged that laptop on Sunday night and when my son switched it on next morning, he was shocked coz battery drained out to 67% itself after got it shut off properly last night. And once he started take class in every 20 minutes battery drained out rapidly. He described all the incident to us, we thought might be possible it's a new laptop may take time to respond but next morning that incident took place again. My child start taking class online and what he found battary drained out again rapidly after charged 100% it gives only 2 hours and 16 minutes backup only.
When we would like to bring this in Vijay sales noticed, the person (Mr. VINAY) denied to support, he said our work to sale and service part is not out concern. Than I told him to take legal step against this than somehow he asked me to discused it to the manager Mr.Amit Chaudhary. He called me up again and asked to visit Vijay sales again to replace the same.
We have visited today 25.03.2021 around 12.30 pm. Since we entered vijay sales, manager behaved strange, he said we will check it if found faulty will do the needful. We agreed to the point He charged the laptop 100% and start using, with in 15 minutes battary goes drain out 100% to 79% and he is not acceptable this thing.
Our whole family ( me, wife & 2 children) was sitting there till 3 pm. My children was hungry and asking for food and water but the manager said we have to wait. After found the battary issue, he's not do the things as he said earlier. He didn't keep his promise.
This guy doesn't know the value of human beings. He didn't show the mercy on my children as well .
I'm very much dippressed. This is not the way you guys treated your customers.
I'm facing problem with my new laptop and it's a faulty unit. I just want to replaced the same
