    I bought hp laptop in 2020
    Since then I am regretting my decision
    One of the worst brand laptop in the world
    It takes nearly half-an-hour to turn on and off
    After turning on it takes ages to open any app

        I purchased laptop from bcs laptop store of rs 75000/-.
        1).Other customer got keyboard, cleansing kit, mouse and headphone with it but he didn't gave me any one thing among these.
        2) He sold me in 75000/- but its cost is 73000/-
        3) -
        Battery backup is not so good as he told me. He misguided me.
        4)
        He is not giving me technical support. My pen is not writing properly in laptop but he is not answering my call
        5) I did not get the bill. Iam calling again and again for getting the bill and for the support but he is not answering my calls

        I am forced to file FIR and go in consumer court against all these things and getting harassed by hp support centre and against the cheating.

          On 28th March, 2021, I purchased the above HP Laptop through Amazon. On 30th March, 2021, on HP instore website - Care Pack, I registered the Serial No and Product No details. The website confirmed the details and informed that the product 1 year warranty. The website offered extension of warranty for 2-5 years but when I clicked "upgrade" (requesting to purchase the extended warranty, nothing happened. I informed my problem through a message which was acknowledged by HP.

          Until now, I have not heard from HP. I phoned HP store in Chennai (Habhibillah Road) and explained my problem. The representative said he has forwarded my details to HP H.O. and someone will contact me. So far, no response from HP H.O.

          I just want to purchase extended warranty for 2-5 years. Can you please help? Thanks.

            Respected Sir,
            I have purchased HP Laptop Model No:- HP15 Du 3047 TX on dated 23 March 2021. I am facing a battery issue on my laptop from the very first day the battery drains in about 60 to 90 mins. I repeatedly called the customer care number 3-4 times but everyone followed the same process mentioning that it is a protocol we have to follow but they didn't give the solution for the issue.
            So, I kindly request you to please look after my issue and give me a replacement battery or laptop.

                  I was sold a bad product.

                  Dear sir,
                  My name is Pankaj. I bought a new laptop from HP. The day after buying the laptop, it went bad. HP has sold me a bad laptop. I have been giving a Complaint to HP for 3 months but my problems are not solvable. Running away from his responsibilities. I also asked him why a new laptop went bad the next day. I think HP has sold me a bad laptop instead of a new laptop. Help me....

                  It feels very frustrating that your service engineer is damaging my product. Almost 2 weeks to go but nothing seems positive for me. Let's have a look of your service engineer activity day by day.

                  On[protected] he opens all parts and said your touchpad is not working so we have to replace it.

                  On[protected] he replaced touchpad but issue not resolved.

                  On[protected] open laptop again and said that issue is with keyboard so we have to replace it and he ordered keyboard.

                  On[protected] I talk Mr. Subrit Rathore ( Level 1 manager ) and he said I will send service engineer again and he will check all the part like screen, keyboard, drivers in guidence of technical team

                  On[protected] service engineer visit again and open all parts like screen, keyboard in guidence with technical team and said we have to replace the keyboard first, if issue resolve then okay if not we will move towards next part.

                  On[protected] service engineer comes with a new keyboard and open my laptop again and start to fix new keyboard but suddenly he said this new keyboard is not matching of my laptop so we have to order the right keyboard again and he walked out.

                  Today on[protected], Your service engineer change the keyboard today but issue not resolved.
                  So now he again fixed old key board and remove new keyboard which he carried with him.
                  I even do not know what they are going to do next time.

                  Mr. Subrit Rathore (Level 1 manager HP) blocked my phone number today.

                  You can't imagine what I am going through. My product is getting damaged day by day but no one is listening to me.
                  Such disgusting behaviour from HP, never seen before.

                    I Bought a HP 15SDU0120TU laptop on 21st March 2020.(S.No.CND9522LKZ) and my Complaint No. [protected]. Since the very beginning, the laptop was having major functional issues like Screen Blank out & Flickering. I raised a complaint in August due to the lockdown situations and even action was taken by replacing all the important parts of my laptop like Motherboard, Display & Hard Disk. And Laptop was also despatched to HP Bangalore Office for repair and remain there for approx 03 months. Even after this, still I am facing display related problems. Issues like this impacts the trust in such a reputed and integral brand and I am highly disappointed with the kind of product I received.
                    To keep my faith in HP intact, I am hoping for a earliest possible fix.

                      HP company was trusted by my friends and made me happy to trust too.

                      But after multiple issues faced by me, broken the trust in HP company.

                      The issues are as follows :

                      First I have bought a HP printer which is HP ink tank wireless 410 printer.
                      Suddenly within one day I have faced a print quality and E3 issue in the new printer.

                      And what happened HP company have helped me to replace with a new printer of the same model.

                      And I was happy. The technician visited and installation work done.

                      From the 4th day I was facing print quality issues and not solved by the HP company for 1 week.

                      Finally a good technician of HP company came and fixed the issue of print quality. And the printer worked fine.

                      The within a week next issue started was wireless network connection from my printer getting lost with any device.

                      And that also solved with in 3days.

                      But still a new issue faced was the scanner is not scanning full document for a photocopy done in physical printer.

                      And from HP service center I was not notified any kind of progress and I was forced to call them and asked what is happening and why it it happening.

                      They informed me they have ordered for parts to fix my issues. Then I told ok that's ok. But need to fix the error as soon as possible. They told me ok.

                      After fixing the parts like motherboard has been replaced scanner tube light has been replaced. And for 1 day it worked perfectly.

                      At night in the same day I faced a issue that the printer cannot be switched off when I press printer switch off button it will get switched off and automatically turn on and shows a symbol of n then.

                      I have contacted HP to raise a complaint for the printer having a issue that it's not getting turned off not giving a correct scanned copy or photocopy then the printer is not responding to the print which has been given by the laptop or system or mobile phone.

                        I have been never found liquid spillage or ever did on my laptop & My Room is so much packed So there is no chance to liquid Spillage. But technician simply said it is liqud spillage and sent pics to technical team & they have simply rejected my case. I will change to hp it’s manufacturers defect from hp side nor from side i need ready for testing in Hp is cheating people as showing this type of reasons...
                        As A software engineer I will say to my friends and family and also to my other software team that from next don't Purchase Hp products
                        All company Are good except Hp

                        I experienced that Hp is too much bad in Quality and service

                            Greetings !

                            Vijay Sales is a brand name and people trust upon the name but it seems good to see when we come to on ground, it's very pathetic. I have bought one laptop from Vijay sales RDC branch Ghaziabad on Sunday 21.03.2021. Everything seems good until my son start working on it. My son use to take online classes over laptop. We have fully charged that laptop on Sunday night and when my son switched it on next morning, he was shocked coz battery drained out to 67% itself after got it shut off properly last night. And once he started take class in every 20 minutes battery drained out rapidly. He described all the incident to us, we thought might be possible it's a new laptop may take time to respond but next morning that incident took place again. My child start taking class online and what he found battary drained out again rapidly after charged 100% it gives only 2 hours and 16 minutes backup only.
                            When we would like to bring this in Vijay sales noticed, the person (Mr. VINAY) denied to support, he said our work to sale and service part is not out concern. Than I told him to take legal step against this than somehow he asked me to discused it to the manager Mr.Amit Chaudhary. He called me up again and asked to visit Vijay sales again to replace the same.
                            We have visited today 25.03.2021 around 12.30 pm. Since we entered vijay sales, manager behaved strange, he said we will check it if found faulty will do the needful. We agreed to the point He charged the laptop 100% and start using, with in 15 minutes battary goes drain out 100% to 79% and he is not acceptable this thing.
                            Our whole family ( me, wife & 2 children) was sitting there till 3 pm. My children was hungry and asking for food and water but the manager said we have to wait. After found the battary issue, he's not do the things as he said earlier. He didn't keep his promise.
                            This guy doesn't know the value of human beings. He didn't show the mercy on my children as well .
                            I'm very much dippressed. This is not the way you guys treated your customers.
                            I'm facing problem with my new laptop and it's a faulty unit. I just want to replaced the same

                              Hello... I am having HP Pavilion 15 AU 620 TX, i have a issue in my laptop caps lock key. If the press the caps lock key it gets stuck and it cannot be able to turn off again. The led light in the caps lock key is still on. I don't know why this problem is happens... I contacted the hp service center and contact the service head and he arranged the service engineer to visit my place. And he fixes the issue it works well only for 3 months after three months i get the same issue. Already i changed the 6 keyboard layout from hp service center and again i contact to service center for the same issue they didn't respond for my queries. Now my warranty is over. Now i have the same issue. If i called to the service center he asked the money for changing the keyboard layout. And also i applied for the replacement they didn't respond my issue and they didn't reply to my mail. This is the good company we are believe this company
                              products for good quality and long life Material but here they didn't respond my queries. Now i want the replacement or refund to my product.

                              Already i done this process many times but there is no use by doing again this... I have a service center job sheet for replacement of 6 keyboard layout. If i mail again to this mail means it will process to the customer care and again it goes to the hp technician and again it goes to the service center. They call me for this problem and again they will provide service for my laptop... If i mail again means this my 7 th layout... So there is no use with this... I want replacement only...

                                  I placed a order . No [protected] . In my order 32 gb with system . Ifound 16 gb ram with system & 16 gb ram in anothter pace . it is not possibe to connect the 16 gb ram with my system .
                                  in my order it was for 32 gb ram .
                                  in my order it was on site waranty .
                                  i liive in pithoragarh .
                                  your team is not supporing me last 01 month .
                                  also i given my gstn no . but in bill the no is not reflecting .
                                  your technical tem iis saying go with SAVEX .
                                  it is very painfull situation for me .
