I have been never found liquid spillage or ever did on my laptop & My Room is so much packed So there is no chance to liquid Spillage. But technician simply said it is liqud spillage and sent pics to technical team & they have simply rejected my case. I will change to hp it’s manufacturers defect from hp side nor from side i need ready for testing in Hp is cheating people as showing this type of reasons...
As A software engineer I will say to my friends and family and also to my other software team that from next don't Purchase Hp products
All company Are good except Hp
As a am using MI Notebook And also Apple MacBook Pro
I experienced that Hp is too much bad in Quality and service
Hp Company Should be Closed
If They call me and say that your laptop will get repaired.
So, Then I will delete this Complaint

      Greetings !

      Vijay Sales is a brand name and people trust upon the name but it seems good to see when we come to on ground, it's very pathetic. I have bought one laptop from Vijay sales RDC branch Ghaziabad on Sunday 21.03.2021. Everything seems good until my son start working on it. My son use to take online classes over laptop. We have fully charged that laptop on Sunday night and when my son switched it on next morning, he was shocked coz battery drained out to 67% itself after got it shut off properly last night. And once he started take class in every 20 minutes battery drained out rapidly. He described all the incident to us, we thought might be possible it's a new laptop may take time to respond but next morning that incident took place again. My child start taking class online and what he found battary drained out again rapidly after charged 100% it gives only 2 hours and 16 minutes backup only.
      When we would like to bring this in Vijay sales noticed, the person (Mr. VINAY) denied to support, he said our work to sale and service part is not out concern. Than I told him to take legal step against this than somehow he asked me to discused it to the manager Mr.Amit Chaudhary. He called me up again and asked to visit Vijay sales again to replace the same.
      We have visited today 25.03.2021 around 12.30 pm. Since we entered vijay sales, manager behaved strange, he said we will check it if found faulty will do the needful. We agreed to the point He charged the laptop 100% and start using, with in 15 minutes battary goes drain out 100% to 79% and he is not acceptable this thing.
      Our whole family ( me, wife & 2 children) was sitting there till 3 pm. My children was hungry and asking for food and water but the manager said we have to wait. After found the battary issue, he's not do the things as he said earlier. He didn't keep his promise.
      This guy doesn't know the value of human beings. He didn't show the mercy on my children as well .
      I'm very much dippressed. This is not the way you guys treated your customers.
      I'm facing problem with my new laptop and it's a faulty unit. I just want to replaced the same

        Hello... I am having HP Pavilion 15 AU 620 TX, i have a issue in my laptop caps lock key. If the press the caps lock key it gets stuck and it cannot be able to turn off again. The led light in the caps lock key is still on. I don't know why this problem is happens... I contacted the hp service center and contact the service head and he arranged the service engineer to visit my place. And he fixes the issue it works well only for 3 months after three months i get the same issue. Already i changed the 6 keyboard layout from hp service center and again i contact to service center for the same issue they didn't respond for my queries. Now my warranty is over. Now i have the same issue. If i called to the service center he asked the money for changing the keyboard layout. And also i applied for the replacement they didn't respond my issue and they didn't reply to my mail. This is the good company we are believe this company
        products for good quality and long life Material but here they didn't respond my queries. Now i want the replacement or refund to my product.

        Already i done this process many times but there is no use by doing again this... I have a service center job sheet for replacement of 6 keyboard layout. If i mail again to this mail means it will process to the customer care and again it goes to the hp technician and again it goes to the service center. They call me for this problem and again they will provide service for my laptop... If i mail again means this my 7 th layout... So there is no use with this... I want replacement only...

                I Write this is much frustration, that i spend 35k to buy this product for my son online class, we we do only that activity from this laptop.
                after purchase many failures came and repaired, couple of times through online support, few time in person by technician... this time again WIFI/internet adaptor issue...both WIFI and LAN is not connecting...

                I called up your CC..it too 20 minutes to connect to your tech support as usual (Such Pathetic Response Time you have), then he took all the way long suggestions over phone for more than 45 Minutes, nothing worked out...i had a doubt on his technical skill capability, so i tried connecting again through your WhatsApp support. same here he did all his known experiment and finally after one and half hr. patience i lost my cool...the poor guy was still guiding me further...this is seriously unbelievable... you guys want your customer only to do all R&D on call/chat...you sit ideal and say software issue you can't send technician..!

                after so much pressure he shared a general email ID (consumersupport.[protected]@hp.com) which i don't think so will reach to some authority..i know this lands to CC only...because i too personally handle an MNC call center.

                a personal suggestion pls advice or direct to have set of time line for online support...you cant keep customer hold these long to do your job...if within a stipulated time not working out you should register a complaint and send technician.

                this laptop does not meet basic requirement and not helping me since purchase, as you guys already repaired multiple time with in 6 month of purchase...pls get it replaced or refunded..so that i can go with better brands in market and with much Quality customer Support...Looking to here from someone ASAP.

                pls here also don't take your own sweet time to resolve this..my son's online exams are up and i don't want his career to get spoiled.

                        Hi I purchased a HP i5 11th generation laptop barely 7 days ago from HP World, Ambience Mall, Gurugram. From the moment it was put on there were performance issues in the device and this was informed to the store. I have even visited the store twice after that and the hp technicians have tried to tweak the software and help but the performance of the laptop is still very poor. I have requested customer service and the store to allow me to upgrade my laptop and I will pay the difference amount. The laptop is absolutely new. No one is willing to help and take responsibility. I feel cheated and helpless. Requesting for help.

                        Laptop not even booting up now, after your technician remotely made me do hard disk test. Only black screen comes. Now she is asking me to reinstall windows through a usb using a friend's computer.

                        I have bought a new laptop, I am also working, my time is not free. I cannot accept this. Please give me DOA letter, will go replace laptop. I have already gone to the store twice after buying. Please.

                        It's a new laptop. Why do I have to go through this? Please replace, I'm willing to pay difference amount and take higher model.

                              I bought 2 laptops from Amazon on 17th October and after 2 months both the laptops have display issues. One laptop I went to the service center to get it repaired, though they changed the display they spoilt the camera and the laptop is full of scratches as if its 2 years old. The second laptop has the same issues and now am worried should I go to the same service center who does not know their work. I have been using HP from past 10 years and every one in my family and office use only HP but I never expected such a poor service. How can 2 laptops have the same issue so that means there is a manufacturing defect in the entire batch... The service center is the authorised and main center in chennai but they are only interested in money and not in service . We are going there from past 15-20 days and there is no response for the same ... Is there any one responsible in HP who could solve a customer grievance ... The HP service center has given back one laptop saying dead on arrival and asked to tell Amazon to pick it up but there is no response form Amazon, If the product belongs to HP then why should it go to Amazon, when your service center has declared dead why should not they give me another one

                                This is waquar ahmad khan from indore (M.P) india. i own a laptop which is called HP PAVILION X 360, which i had puchased in 2018 with a extended warranty of 3 yrs, after purchasing of laptop within a few days it started malfunctioning( foe example screen goes blank suddenly and when i restart it doent start etc) so i contacted to a dealer and he sad to give it to a service center for the repair and i gave the laptop to the service center, after 1 week i received a laptop from the service center then after 15 days the laptop started malfunctioning again, then i again gave the laptop to the service center ...this goes for 4 to 5 times with in a interval of 15 to 20 days...
                                so getting tired of it,
                                i request to hp indian to please replace my laptop with new one as my laptop is in warranty

                                  We bought this printer on 16th feb 2021from dhruv sales & marketing nehru palce vide inv no. CM3918/20-21 DATED 16.02.2021 sl no. CN11E4S1W1, from day one this printer is giving trouble of getting switch ON & off & later showing the user intervention problem our case no is [protected], dated 25th feb 2021, thereafter the person came from silicon comnet pvt. ltd & changed the cartridge vide sl no. 1205 of their service report. The problem still remain same, on enquiring the same now Mr. Shamshad of Silicon states there is one cable which is connected to cartridge is faulty, We requested for change of new brand printer as it is giving trouble from day one. Thereafter we called up call center Mr. shubam was very rude & told us to wait for the part which will come after 07th March 2021. We objected to the same & I told him to connect us to floor supervisor. Mr. Kanchan came on line & he also stated he is helpless we have to wait. We dont want this printer now as from day one it is giving us trouble. The service level of HP is useless there is no accountability . We just want you to change the printer. Since it is new Printer if immediate solution is not done we shall be constrained to move to consumer court for the mental torture & mental agony we are having running from one pillar to other pillar.

                                    Sir/madam
                                    with due respect, i, bappaditya chaudhury, purba bardhaman, west bengal like to complain that booking for hp gas connection no- 600414 (m/s shriram distributor), purba bardhaman, west bengal was done on 6th october, 2020 & amount rs.642 was debited & transaction was successful. But cylinder was not booked but rs.642 was debited & not refunded till now.According to the demand of durgapur regional officer (m-[protected]) & also the hp gas distributor, burdwan there was no payment to their account & they told me to communicate with bank’s branch. But both sbi branch with sbi complaint no. ([protected]) & h.P. Company complaint department informed me with resolution e.G. The case no:- cas-476031-c4r7k0 as---“dear hpcl customer, your online payment transaction number[protected] was successful.So we are requested to you kindly visit your hp gas distributor agency collect the refund or else adjust in next refill booking and this is your transaction utr number: sbin[protected] and paid out date 07/10/2020 share your distributor.So we are closing this complaint.” but till rs. 642 was not refunded by gas distributor agency & there is no any steps to resolve the matter. Again i am very surprised to see the bank statement of shriram gas agency(attached), burdwan, wb there was no record of two successful transaction on 6th october, 2020 whose paid out 7th october, 2020 according to hp gas company complaint department and another successful transaction of amount rs. 634 was on 5th november, 2020;the gas was booked & already delivered on 6th november, 2020.

                                      Purchased around 8 months back 1180 convertible
                                      Past 2 days facing problem of not charging the battery when operating laptop ( showing white light -!: and no increase in battery % )
                                      After we put the screen shut ... it’s starts charging ( showing organgw light ) and % battery increases
                                      Also personally I feel that the pin is not getting in completely
