      This is my new laptop just bought one week before. It has display error( a vertical line on the screen). I want replacement of this product as i am very much disappointed with your product and support.

      I am very disappointed with your product which is a new one and got a display issue within 7 days. I dont know how we can trust on HP company if you are treating your valuable customers with fake products. I tried to reach your support team over whats app and its very poor response and service from them..Even i wasted more than 30 minutes with them, even though nothing helped.
      I want immediate resolution on the issue.

        Sir,
        I was purchased my HP note book by 01.01.2020 (product Model 15-da0327 tu) from hp world, Thillai Nagar, Trichy, Tamilnadu. After completion of one year of my note book warranty period I would like to extent my warranty periods to another few years to maintain, so I was contact that sales person directly for the same, but he is not able to give proper guidelines to extent the warranty. so please give me the way to extent my product warranty and expecting your valuable reply soon.

          I believe HP is making faulty products and I have proof to confirm the same. I bought a high end lap top HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1025tx in Oct 2019 that turned defective in about 6 weeks from date of purchase. I lost all my data and the company replaced my lap top declaring it as a DOA in Dec 2019. Now the battery in the new lap top has turned faulty in 13 months and the company claims that they cover warranty only for 12 months. They want me to pay for the replacement battery whereas they should be taking accountability for the same

            I purchased HP laptop from my nearest shop.it is about 2 months its showing charging issue.such a waste laptop.can't do my work.I returned it for service center.but did not do anything.

              My PC suddendly got dim while working.It seems like that there is no enough backlight.And when I restart or power on after shutdown also this issue continues.After some time, it behaves like usual in all good.From past 6 months I had been facing this issue.I had asked the HP Support and HP virtual agent.They gave me solutions, but the problem was solved temporarily.When I power off my pc and and then power on the issue continues.My PC has 6 more months waranty and I had been brought it from online shopping app.What can I do for a solution to this problem?How can I register a complaint in HP service for home assistance?

                Gas cylinder not delivered

                I am the user of hp gas service since a long time my consumer no. is 619766, but now i am very much fed by the services of the dealer.M/s KAMLESHKUMAR B. MEDHAT H.P Distributor, puna kumbharia road kumbharia surat-394211.He is not getting any response in delivering the cylinders to us still after several complaints.
                kindly look in to this matter and take appropriate action...

                    I bought HP laptop model no.: 14 dk0093au r5 8gbn 1+256ssd on 25/10/2020 from Croma, Devarc mall, Ahmedabad for my son, who had to enroll for coding classes.

                    05/12/2020: The first issue was found on 05/12/2020 while the coding classes were about to begin and they had to check our settings. The camera could not be detected while trying to connect for zoom class. I carried it to Croma, and they detected some software flaw and solved it immediately.

                    07/12/2020: Same issue had arisen, again I went to Croma, they detected the same problem and solved it.

                    08/12/2020: Same issue had arisen, but I could not go as my son had another classes for the whole day. So I had to wait for 1 day.

                    09/12/2020: I called Croma customer care, they told me to go to HP service center, since they had already tried to solve the issue twice. We requested them to solve the issue at the earliest, as my son was facing a big issue with the classes and we were not able to access the lost classes. They replaced the camera instantly. We came back home, but the camera did not start at the time of classes.

                    10/12/2020: Could not go to the service center as my son had other classes and the whole day was pack.

                    11/12/2020: Again we took it to HP service center, they updated some software and it became functional. But the camera did not in the evening.

                    12/12/2020: Yet again we took it to HP service center, they kept the laptop with them. They returned the laptop on 16/12/2020. They told that they had changed the display cable, mother board and webcam. It was functional when we checked there and then.

                    17/12/2020: Croma support helped download some softwares needed for the functioning.

                    19/12/2020: When my son sat to attend the class, the mic did not work. It was not checked earlier, as there was no issue of mic then.

                    20/12/2020: I complained to HP customer care via call, after listening my problem, they assured me that a service personnel will come at my home.

                    Nobody had come to visit till 22/12/2020 till 6 pm.

                    So I called the customer care of HP again. I requested to talk to the head, who could handle the issue. The call was handed to Mr. Zahid, who talked to me in the most pathetic way possible, without any manners. He firstly asked us why did I go to HP service center without doing a complaint to customer care. Then he told us why did you not complain in the initial stage and he used offensive language without any dignity. I told him, that I was facing a big trouble so urged him to speed up the resolution of the issue. He told that it would take yet 2-3 days for a representative to come to my place. when I asked him to make it early, he threatened me to complain at any level I want. Instead of helping the customer and showing some dignity he was using unformal language.

                    23/12/2020: I called HP service center, so he checked my mic connection online, but it was not functional.

                    24/12/2020: a representative came to my home and he changed a mic and camera chip (as he said, it is one unit).
                    As I am writing this on 25/12/2020, the laptop is in working condition, but I don't know how long this works.

                    I have bought this laptop just for the purpose of my son's coding classes. I have paid Rs. 10000 for the classes and Rs. 46000 for this purpose. But he could not attend a single class due to this problem. During these 15 days, I have took the laptop to service center to 7 times but the issue is still not solved.
                    The laptop also keeps on getting hanged multiple times a day.
                    This laptop has been opened for a numerous times and have had multiple problems, which has led to replacement of Mother board, display cable and all important parts of the system. I need a replacement of the laptop, as I have paid for a new one and I deserve a working piece.

                          Dear sir,
                          i am a student and i had good faith on your renowned company.
                          by your good faith, i have purchased the afore said printer from reliance digitals store, serampore, hooghly.
                          at the time of purchase, i had already asked your salesman that i want to purchase a printer which prints[protected] papers in a month.
                          as i am a student, i have to print on a regular basis .
                          your salesman convinced me that this printer is suitable for me and has a capacity to print 3000 papers a month on the same cartdige .
                          after purchasing, within two to three days o[censored]se, the cartidge got empty .i have only printed 30 pages.
                          after that, i requested the reliance digital, serampore store that the printer cartidge got empty.
                          they behaved quite badly with me and i have also requested them to replace the printer as it is not fulfilling my wants but they denied and i am facing a lot of trouble now.
                          I request your good self to please look into the matter and arrange to replace the same with the one that is suitable for me

                              .Today is 7 th day, If your company unable to ship my order pl cancel my order, don't further place products in ur website .Every time your HP staff posting wait for 24/48 hr time frame, Lack of information, improvement, coordination. Waste of time.

                                      I brought a HP printer 515 and it get faulty after 25-26 days o[censored]se. I complain on HP service center then they say that engineer arrive in 3-4 days but engineer comes on 6-7 days or so. after constantly working of about 2-3 hrs of engineer and he says parts are faulty and ordered. and says other engineer arrive in next 3-4 days but the second engineer arrive after 10-12 days and works about 2-3 hrs again and says other parts are ordered and arrive on 3-4 days now 15-16 days over no engineer arrive .I ask engineer what is the process of replacing he said that during 14 days of purchase .(my printer gets faulty on about 25-26 days on the date of purchase).
                                      I complain on HP service center and they divert the call on HP consumer care. And HP consumer care says that " engineer tells about that parts replace or printer replace" it seems that the consumer care agent has no idea about company policy and ask me to divert the call on supervisor of engineer that the person tells me the printer replace or parts replace (now he is also trying to divert me) then I merge the call of second engineer and made him to talk to the agent and engineer says that 14 days procedure to agent and agent fetch that 14 days replacing policy and says to me the 14 days procedure. before the merging of second engineer the agent doesn't know about the policy. Now I'm totally disappointed by the service and want refund of my amount
