Laptops purchase on 24 October 2020 from Krishna Retail Zone Yamunanagar Haryana .Model no 3001 TU .It processing is extremely slow .I have visited Hp store Yamunanagar nagar thrice but same issue still persist.
Kindly resolve the issue otherwise I have to escalate the issue further on Consumer Court forum .

I purchased an hp laptop on 20 Oct. And on 17 nov it's display started malfunctioning due to some manufacturing defect. I called customer care many a time. But nothing substantial has been done so far despite repeated assurance and the problem has not been addressed even after 3 days have passed...

My laptop keyboard was not working and as per the HP support executive's advise, I submitted my laptop at an authorised service center in Capetown, South Africa.
My laptop had global warranty and when I had submitted my laptop there was almost a month for the warranty to expire.
