    I brought a HP printer 515 and it get faulty after 25-26 days o[censored]se. I complain on HP service center then they say that engineer arrive in 3-4 days but engineer comes on 6-7 days or so. after constantly working of about 2-3 hrs of engineer and he says parts are faulty and ordered. and says other engineer arrive in next 3-4 days but the second engineer arrive after 10-12 days and works about 2-3 hrs again and says other parts are ordered and arrive on 3-4 days now 15-16 days over no engineer arrive .I ask engineer what is the process of replacing he said that during 14 days of purchase .(my printer gets faulty on about 25-26 days on the date of purchase).
    I complain on HP service center and they divert the call on HP consumer care. And HP consumer care says that " engineer tells about that parts replace or printer replace" it seems that the consumer care agent has no idea about company policy and ask me to divert the call on supervisor of engineer that the person tells me the printer replace or parts replace (now he is also trying to divert me) then I merge the call of second engineer and made him to talk to the agent and engineer says that 14 days procedure to agent and agent fetch that 14 days replacing policy and says to me the 14 days procedure. before the merging of second engineer the agent doesn't know about the policy. Now I'm totally disappointed by the service and want refund of my amount

        Hi,

        I purchased HP laptop 15s-du0094TU, Serial No# CND9455TGX in June 2020. Since very beginning, it is showing some blinking problem at start. As soon as we switch on the laptop, sometime we find a blank screen. The problem doesn't show always but occurs at random sometime.

        Please resolve at earliest.

          I bought a printer just three months back and its still under warranty. Its display panel stopped working soem 20 days back.. Its serial no is CN01D2431Q.
          The case ID is [protected]

          It was assigned to a HP service center
          TVS Electronics Ltd. Jayanagar, Bangalore.

          Afer 10 days teh engineer turned and told that top panel needs to be repalced. Its been 10 days since then and no one has turned up. Upon calling they keep juggling me from one person to another.

          Its very harrassing that after paying so much of money i get this quality and servce support. I dont dare t imagine what support willbe given after the warranty ceases.

          The condition is pathetic. On the top of it on contacting HP help line they say my case is closed and i have to just chase teh service center.
          Kindy take some quick action or I have to go to court and file a legal complaint.

                I have paid payment by scanning QR code through may amazon pay account & received rs. 1500 cash back on my amazon pay account. HP representative claiming that Cash back pertans to HP.                   I bought a house laptop( latest model ) from the reliance show room in Kilpauk, Chennai. The sales people refused to give me the bag that was meant for the thin, small laptop. Instead they gave me a back pack. The reason- the original bags were out of stock . I would like you to take up the matter with the show room and replace the back pack.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    Kindly refer to my hp gas consumer id : 648564
                    And the UPI transaction IS :[[protected]]

                    I booked a hp gas cylinder on 1 december 2020 from my hp gas app through Google Pay upi (Axis bank), the payment was made through the Google Pay as third part intermediate for the transaction.
                    The amount of rs. 632/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side.

                    More over i did not receive any email or sms for transaction failure.
                    Kindly look into the matter personally, so that we may get our lpg cooking gas cylinder, for which i have paid.

                    The bank is saying we can't do anything and hp gas consumer care is saying they also not do anything.

                          This tweet is regarding my new hp laptop. I bought a laptop on 17th Oct. from the reliance digital store Indore, and the very next day I noticed that one key is slightly misbalance. So I again visited the store and convey the problem. The branch manager told me that you register your problem on hp customer care. I followed her advice and do the same. Hp customer care provided me the case id. on 19th Oct. Due to some reason, no one from hp visited my place and after 1 week I have to go to Delhi. So they transfer my case from Indore to Delhi. After some time hp service person come to my home and do some formalities. Within a week I got the mail from hp that your product is physically damaged and we can not help you anymore. Up to now, I did not get any appropriate solution from hp or reliance digital.

                          Buying hp laptop from reliance digital is the biggest mistake of mine. They are not taking any responsibility for their customers. A copy of the email and the pictures of my laptop is attached below.

                          Highly disappointed with Hp and reliance digital.

                              Laptops purchase on 24 October 2020 from Krishna Retail Zone Yamunanagar Haryana .Model no 3001 TU .It processing is extremely slow .I have visited Hp store Yamunanagar nagar thrice but same issue still persist.
                              Kindly resolve the issue otherwise I have to escalate the issue further on Consumer Court forum .

                                  I bought the HP Pavilion 15 Gaming laptop which is marketed as a high-performance machine. The performance of the device is good however the built quality is not up to the mark. It is made of plastic that too of not that high quality and thus lacks durability.

                                    I purchased an HP All-in-One PC 20-c406il on September 9, 2020. On October 22, 2020 just month and half after the purchase it suddenly stopped working. On October 23, 2020, after trying out all the troubleshooting measures mentioned by HP virtual agent I raised a case and the case number was [protected]. That time I was told that a technician would visit with 3 working days. However no one has visited me till now that is November 25, 2020 i.e., even after 1 month from reporting the issue.
                                    I have followed up multiple times since then, mailed my concern to CSS_Service head every time I am told that this has been escalated to next level and someone will get in touch with in next 24-48 hours. Not just that, many times I am told that the issue is assigned to different service center and asked to contact them for further updates and either the number provided are not available, if available calls are not answered and if answered ambiguous updates are provided. On top of that my recent emails to CSS_Service Head are not even acknowledged.
                                    I am really concerned as there doesn't seem to be anyone taking ownership of resolving the issue and this has made me repent having purchased this product.
                                    Is there someone on this forum who can help me with this?

                                      HP Laptop in warranty not getting repaired since almost 1 month in Bangalore,

                                      The HP Technician Ramesh visited 3 times & told he will repair it soon, changed motherboard then told HDD faulty, & commited that he will replace it in 2 days, but its been more then a week, he has not came back yet & not receiving phone too, & my laptop is down since almost 1 month now,

                                      HP Case no. [protected], the customer care also just tells that they are escalating to higher authorities to get it resolved, but nothing happens.

                                      I had bought HP laptop considering it to be a good brand, but the after sale service is really frustrating.
