Brand new laptop bought in August 2020, has issues with motherboard in Sept 2020.

It was not good after warranty period display is not working, board problem etc...

I bought the HP laptop Envy model on 25th October 2019 and currently under warranty. The lid of the laptop started giving me problem and the back cover was getting stuck in the lid while opening so it gradually started to open up. My HP Laptop has developed dead pixels. Unfortunately for last over 10 days HP is not properly responding. I visited hp petrol pump at j p road near apnabazar, andheri - west, mumbai-400053. On 07/09/2020 attendent-name= anshu k sharma (Jivan service centre) using mobile phone while filling diesal /petrol in car. I bought a hp laptop online through hp store. I paid the money online on 16 jul 20. Invoice recd in pkg was of 17 jul 20 and laptop was physically delivered to my address on 20 jul 20. I am facing auto shutdown issue from last two months. Case id provided above is the second id. Everytime im guided to update my windows or bios, the issue is resolved for sum days and then re occur.
