Very much disappointed with hp support.
I did 3 times troubleshooting online with hp technician, hp technician visited onsite for support, then sent video of display issue and idr file to support team, hp is unable to resolve the issue.
Now they picked my laptop to their service center for diagnosis.
As a customer trusted in hp and i am not ready to accept faulty laptop, i should get the replacement of the laptop at the...

laptop under warranty not looked into by hp

I have raised a complaint for my laptop power issue which is under warranty with hp customer care. Even after repeated reminders to hp customer care, no technician has attended to. Its been more than 20 days still no action. One of the worst service....

Laptop in Warranty Not getting support

We have lodged complaint with our laptop display issue, they have issued case id no, but nobody is attending the same. Every time we call on call center they are replacing it with a new case id number instead of issuing the work order to service center. We are completely fed up with this behavior of the HP customer support center. They are not giving the escalation matrix details too to resolve this issue.br...

no installation of hp printer

I have purchased new printer of hp. Since 3 days back i have been assured that, hp executive will come for printer installation.

But it is regret to inform you that, even after several times assurance from your office, your executive has not yet visited for installation of my new hp printer.

Mc no.8cc92853mh purchased on 16.09.2019 falied on12.05.2020 within warranty period.

The issue of lines and black spot appeared suddenly around the 2nd week of may 2020. Since then i was trying and knocking at every door of hp - virtual agent, hp
Support, whatsapp. Call center, hp service center, dealer etc., in short, no stone was left unturned.

Let me list out my grievances with hp.

Hp envy 13 i7 laptop, terrible support

2. The motherboard and front panel was replaced from your bathinda(punjab) service centre, but still the issue regarding wifi card was not resolved and the same was agreed to be replaced by the service manager MR KULDEEP.I am a CENT GOVT EMPLOYEE, due to some exigencies in work I had to travel to TRIVANDRUM, KERALA. So on my request the location of the service centre was changed to TRIVANDRUM KERALA.

Ordered a laptop over HP Online Shopping portal and got a faulty piece. Though case was raised to HP Customer care, as advised in the portal. Did not find any proper analysis or arrangement for system check initiated. Instead the technical team declared a battery replacement. After 8 days of calls and followups, the unit was declared defective and still awaiting replacement procedure.

There is no proper response or responsibility...

hp desktop - aio

I had bought hp aio 20 - c416il desktop on 5th november 2018 from a authorised hp dealer - galaxy computer land in rs puram, coimbatore.
The system has been giving trouble from the very start.
