Hello,
Let me explain all the issues and resolution I have faced till now.
Lets begin from the very beginning, In the month of July, I submitted a case in HP. The issue was my laptop was constantly freezing whenever I used to play games or to do multitask. I have a gaming laptop. The service centre team and the service head team helped me by replacing the HEAT SINK of my laptop. After replacing the part mentioned above within a month I again encountered the same issue, which was freezing. I again submitted the case and again the engineer came with the same part i.e HEAT SINK. Just after replacing within 15 mins my laptop faced the same issue while I was monitoring the laptop. I again called back and told them the current scenario so they told me to submit the laptop. But I was not in the condition to go and visit service center so I requested them to please provide on-site service. Untill now my laptop was properly functioning apart from the freezing issue. Now after requesting the onsite service engineer came with a new motherboard. After replacing motherboard my laptop didn't turn on. The engineer informed me that it might be a motherboard fault. He again visited within two days with a new motherboard. After replacing the new motherboard my laptop didn't turn on again. I mean whenever the engineer tried to turn on, it started the booting process with a hp logo on it and then suddenly it goes power off. After inspection he told me that there is a issue on your power button and a cable with is attached to it. He informed me that it won't be covered in warranty. But however as earlier my laptop was in working condition they exceptionally included in my warranty. The engineer again visited with a new part that is power button along with cable. Even after that the laptop was still giving the same issue. That is it was automatically getting shut down. After that he informed me that I need to submit laptop in service center. My father was in hospital still I visited service center and submitted my laptop. They kept my laptop for one and half day. After that when I brought my laptop at home it worked properly for a day. After one day it again started with the same issue i.e it automatically gets shutdown or screen goes blank. Now I have explained all the events which have took place from past months.
Main part :- The complain was regarding freezing issue which is still not resolved and now my laptop has another issue which is it goes blank screen or it just shut down automatically.
My laptop is being operated or opened more than 5-6 times. Still the issue isn't resolved.

EXPECTATIONS :- As I have mentioned above I am facing the issue since months and still haven't got any resolution. The issues are recurring every now and then. My laptop is being operated multiple times which according to engineers and experts is a bad thing. The issue should've been resolved in the first place. So my expectations from HP and Its respective team are that I want my laptop to be replaced as because the issue is recurring and now the laptop has become much more worse than the previous condition. I want a replacement as because I have suffered from months. I have suffered in various ways for eg. Studies, Jobs, etc. Even though my father was in hospital I still visited HP service center in hope that they will fix my issue but unfortunately they couldn't. Multiple parts have been replaced and still the issue is not solved as well as a new issue is created which was not there before. So its a request to HP and its respective team to kindly see through the problem I am facing from months and please provide a replacement for my laptop. I hope you can understand the issue.     This is to Intimate You that I had purchased One Laptop From Croma
    Stores Purania, Aliganj, Lucknow on Dated =12 -August 2022 .
    The Laptop purchased was of HP Cost to us Rs = 46, 948 .
    In the Store the purchase was assisted by Mr.Karan Mishra .
    My Concern is that I want to know that How many years warranty has been given to us as i have paid an amount of Rs= 4591 as an additional amount for 2 years warranty for the Laptop.
    Please Provide the details of warranty .
    I want the Issue to be crystal clear.

      Hlo!
      My name is Govind. I bought hp laptop (model: 15s-eq2143 ) on 5 september, 2022 and now I'm facing an issue (sometimes laptop not opening). At the time of buying showroom told that you will get 14 days replacement but now they were saying that I have to raise complaints after that they will replace it.

      Please help me.

        I have just purchased new laptop worth rs 40000 in cash of Hp.. when I brought the laptop home.. i came to know that it's only working when charger is plugged in.. i mean.. it doesn't turn on without charger . The moment I plugged in the charger . It switched on then.. i m really disappointed bcoz it is hampering my work a lot.I had full faith in Hp.. but what u people had done??? Very very disappointed...it's my new lapi.m and it's not working from the very first day..

          Dear sir,
          The service, not yet provided to me at your “service” centre is coming to us as a rude shock,
          I had deposited my Laptop on 26th August at your Vashi service centre. For 3 faulty keys.
          I received an email indicating the price as INR 9180/- for replacement of the board, upon calling I was informed that I need to deposited immediately only after which the service would commence. I deposited the said amount vide Gpay payment - UPI Transaction ID :[protected]
          dated 30th August 2022 I was told that part would arrive within 3-4 days and the laptop would be repaired.
          On 1st September upon my enquiry I was told that the part has not arrived and will be repaired only after it’s arrival.
          I am a student of computer science and I need the laptop on daily basis. I was told I could collect the laptop and they would call me when the part arrives.
          I need to return to my college in Bengaluru on 13th, hence I followed up again on 6th September 2022 where I told them the emergency. I was told by Mr. Pankaj to try again on 9th September. On 9th September I was given number of Ms. Vidya[protected] at sakinaka to check about whereabouts of the ordered parts. She told me that it normally takes 14-15 days for any part to arrive. So it will take that much time. She asked me to contact Mr. Arman (Branch Manager) of Vashi branch for any further clarification. Mr. Arman said that he will try to procure the part soon and will try to replace it and asked to follow up on 10th September. Upon further follow up, we were told part is not available yet and if it comes to the store will be replaced on 12th September or the money would be refunded.
          This is precarious situation that neither can I get my laptop repaired from your reputed company and nor I am able to service it from local centre, which is severely hurting my studies and further preparations besides my visits to Vashi which is far from my place of residence.
          Request you to please help me on urgent basis so that my laptop is repaired.

            I bought said laptop in Aug-2021 and have been facing some issues since April 2022. Complaint was raised for the same April 2022 and some repairs/services/part replacement (as per service centre) attempts were done by Aforeserve.com Limited many times however issue still persists.
            I have called the service cetre also now they are saying warenty is over we will have to pay.

            I have attached one of many error screen shot copies and three service/repair slips.

            Help is needed in this matter.

                Hello,

                This is regarding a HP Monitor P204V Purchased on 5th November, 2020 and within in 6 months there was a dead pixels which are 5 now.

                Serial No: 3CQ0151CW9
                Product: 5RD66AA 5RD66A7

                The customer service is saying it comes under induced damaged and will not come under warranty. Like Seriously? Dead pixel issue can not be created by a user, its due to some on the screen during manufacturing process. If you are saying that's physical damage you need to go and learn some electronic\computer technical basics. And Customer Service personnel think that customers are illiterate don't have any knowledge on such things. In the HP warranty policy its clearly mentioned that if there is 5 dead pixels then it is covered under warranty. Why are there warranty policies when they cannot adhere to that?

                I want some action to be taken soon.

                  Dear Sir Yesterday I have Purchased one Mouse Amounting to Rs 565 fo your Aurangabad dealer M/SBombay Stationers Pvt Ltd Aurangabad Maharashtra.Which I found Fauly i.e not in working condition. Hence I went to dealer to exchange the product. YOur dealer checked and confirmed that its not working . O aske d your dealer to replace the product and take the product back. Your dealer asked me to go to HP service Center and get that exchanged....

                  My name is Sandeep Gujre My laptop is under warranty, my laptop was getting switched botton light so I had registered its case whose HP Case Number: [protected], After which the motherboard of my laptop was changed after The problem started coming in the headphone jack of my laptop, for which I registered the complaint again, whose case Id [protected], My complaint is going to be 1 month and my problem is not solved, I am a student, I am losing my study. Since yesterday I am also having issue in backlight, I am very upset give me my refund or replace my entire laptop I had a call interview and the laptop shut down during the laptop interview and only then its display turned blue and the fan started running very fast And the laptop was not showing the option of wifi, due to which my interview was missed, I have missed a lot of job opportunities from my hand, I am very angry, if my case is not resolved soon, I have all the screen shots and videos of what was happening in the laptop and I am a youtube subscriber with 400, 000 subscribers and I will post a detailed vlog of my case. and Case Number : [protected] this is my new case in id number i want my laptop to be replaced or i should be given my refund so that i can take laptop of other good company. My career is ruined by HP and I am very depressed if I do not solve my case soon then I do not know what action I will take. I am losing a lot of study And I have also missed 2 interviews, I am very upset and now because of laptop: I am not able to complete my college project. If I do not submit the project in college, then I will fail, I have a lot of pressure coming from my house, I have nothing telling about the interview.I have become very upset with my heart, I have ruined my life, I will commit suicide, I beg you, please let me study My father's mother's wish is related to me, I am very upset 😥😥

                            Hi I brought a HP Chromebook from Amazon approx 8 months back it’s still in warranty and recently realised the display has a few shadows in it meaning there are lines on the display, the battery is down to 86%with nominal use I work 5 days a week and 4-5 hours on the laptop, the Wi-Fi has a mind of its own keeps randomly disconnecting during important meets and the best part WHEN I AM WORKING AT TIMES ITS JUST FREEZES AND THEN I NEWD TO START IT ALL OVER AGAIN MAKE SURE ALL MY DATA IS SAFE???? I DO THIS WVERYDAY AS ITS HANGS DAILY?? I PAID 30k for this laptop and is this what I should expect the guy from your call centre says we can’t replace it we can only fix it so what all will you fix??? The Wi-Fi the processor, the display the battery what else is left???????????? I HAVE ATTACHED A LIVE. IDEO WHERE THE MACHINE IS COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE??? Don’t tell me that I made that up the machine is faulty and you guys should own up to a replacement for a faulty product delivered. It’s a headache to work on it

                            The CUSTOMER service is horrendous no sense of what they are doing they sent me a mail I have all the necessary records asking fees back with a mail mentioning replacement and then after following up like an ### for 3 days I speak to Mr Deepak he says we do t do replacements????? What sort of a mind game is this why did you send me a replacement mail when you don’t do replacements??

                              There is a leak in my cylinder.
                              It's not from the valve but from the body itself.
                              The cylinder body has a hole in it.
                              I am very disappointed in HP.
                              For now I have covered the hole with soap.
                              But what if the hole and the leak was not discovered.And what if there was an accident.
                              I am thinking about filling a complaint.
                              You are playing with people's life.
                              So disappointed!!

                                Hi,

                                The pokhariput HP petrol pump guys are cheating customers every day. If we ask for 2000 rupees petrol they first put 400 and after that they are destracting us and will continue the reading from 400 till 1600 and say they have put 400+ 1600.No management will be available to raise complaint.if you see their google review lot of customer raise similar complaint.I strongly believe that they are doing this purposely with the help of management.Request you to kindly take action on them. MS[protected] value of invoice with gst 10999/- ORDER NO.[protected] company given warranty of 1 year but printer me dated 18.08.2022 se printing problem aa rahi hai kuchh print to blank white line ke saath nakale uske baad light blinking error dene lag gaya ab print nahi nikal rahe hai service center me complaint not karwai uske baad service engineer warranty period product ki service ke 1500 rupees charges mang raha hai uska kahna hai isprinter ka printhead damage hai isko sahi karwane ke liye 1500 rupees pay karne padenge iski koi warranty nahi hai.
                                  we are request you to please solve this matter and provide help as soon as possible.
