I have purchased a HP Envy 15 series Laptop in August 2013 in India. However, later that year, there has been a hardware problem and I have sent the product to the repair center. It was repaired and I got it back after few months. However, a few weeks into the repair I started encountering heating problems and weird noises. Turns out that when I sent off for the repair last time, A screw wasn't screwed properly and got into the cooling fan and broke it. I sen it to the repair again and got it several months later.

So now after the Windows 10 update, the internet and Wi-Fi does not function. So when I try to troubleshoot the problem, and look for the serial and product numbers, I cannot find them anywhere.The label that was supposed to be inside the battery panel is missing.Also the software has been changed. Mine is a ENVY series and the system shows it as a PAVILION series.

    I have recently one week back purchase hp printer, having problems of not connecting. The printer is handed over to your service centre “iQor”at 309-310 sakar seven complex Ahmedabad on 13.07.2018. Token no 03.
    No feedback from the service centre and I am not able to contact them as no body is land line, mob nos given are either wrong/incomplete or out of service.
    HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Please send one techinician to solve the issue, very urgently

      This printer was purchased on 05/07/18.with proper bill.Now you say that the
      Warranty expired.How it possible.If it is so, then why you authorized that driller to sell that printer.And why i am going to collect all document you need to give me the warranty of that printer.(already i submit my bill and S/NO of the printer)

      Due to some printing problem I was called to customer service no .then they told me that your warranty was expired. They ask me to produce the bill and photo of sr number of the printer to update my warranty. I produce all documents they needed via mail. Today again they call me and ask me to produce the dealer purchased bill of my printer. How can I give that bill from my side. They should ask the dealer for that bill. My complaint is for both my dealer and HP support. Because my dealer wall my a out of warranty product, and HP support giving irrelevant excused.

        I am too DISPOINTED FROM HP as they have done such a pathetic work which no company would have ever done.

        Could you please tell ME why have YOU stolen my HP MONEY. I do not see single point in my HP Account. It was 1651 points now it shows ZERO. i have been told by you people that it will be valid till 6 months but its not more then A month and HP MONEY GONE.             Hello recently i had purchased two laptop's from HP(Hp omen ce070tx and hp gaming pavilion cx0140tx) and got both the product's defective.For hp omen i got my money back but till now haven't got the refund for the ipl offer which i paid to hp.It's been a month but hp always replies that you need to wait for 7 days more.Also coming to hp gaming pavilion cx0140tx, till now i haven't got the replacement for my product and now i have to go outside on 15 july.I suggest hp to solve both my case before 15 july otherwise i will take my case to consumer court, also will post it on social media and that will be very bad for your goodwill.

              I bought HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 last month with one month waiting period. I paid full amount(105000) in May 2018 and got the product delivered after one month.
              order id is:[protected].
              When I opened the product box and used for 2 days I came to know that front LED is already broken. It's not easy to see this broken screen as there is no issue with display. I raised complaint and called may times but these customer support is not responding properly and later they said this needs to fixed at cost.

              If you send out a defective product that doesn't last even 20 days, you need to fix it. I did not take a hammer to my screen, I did not slam my laptop or throw it against something. In fact, I barely used my laptop. When I was ready to pay that amount also they gave another suggestion and suggestion is as below:
              "However After reviewing the nature of failure & the price of the spare/s required to repair your unit, we recommend that it would make economic sense to go for replacement with new product instead of repairing existing one. This will enable you to experience the latest HP technology & newer features with appropriate support warranty"
              Terrible experience with this company.

              I want my product to be fixed ASAP.

                  The most stupid team and efforts made by hp
                  First of all my printer is in warranty but their customer care tells us its out of warranty because they calculate warranty with dealers purchase
                  Second thing they need stamp on a bill which is ridiculous but i did it
                  I went to.service center they told me it will take a week to resolve the issue
                  Third i try to register a case through customer helpline
                  They told me to clean the cartridge i did it
                  They told me to allign the cartridge i did it
                  Then the most stupid request take cartidge to the service center with a print, bill and cartridge
                  What the hell is this you dont want to.give warranty reject it
                  Dont harrase customer like this
                  Its a rs.4000 printer not a very expensive item
                  What the hell is onsite warranty i am using original cartridge
                  Dont buy hp its a mistake
                  Dont even dare to claim warranty

                    Recently I have installed a Tri -color cartridge in my HP Printer.
                    From that day on wards a message is coming to me stating that I am eligible for a reward. But I am clicking to the link a message comes stating that "Cannot connect to HP Rewards".
                    If so why this reward message comes? I am trying to connect to this for the past 1 week.

                      It has dual OS. The Ubuntu (Linux) is not booting.

                        Dear mr. Suresh babu

                        We have purchased hp 260-a112in intel pqc/win10 slim-line desktop pc dated 28.03.2018

                        But after 20 days its started getting hang, i have contacted your customer care on same time (27.04.2018) they have confirmed that i will get the resolution, i have received some recovery disk from hp & one of your engineer was also visited, he installed the disk but however the issue have not got resolved.

                        I have again contacted c care but they are saying the same thing over and over.in this situation it’s getting very difficult to trust hp in future. Being a brand this is not expected from you and secondly your after sales support is pathetic.

                        Please take corrective action and resolve the issue on priority basis or i will have to take this up to higher authorities and social media.

                          I am a criminal lawyer. I bought an hp spectre laptop 8/256 gb in november 2016 in india. Little did i know what murky after-sales service waters i was wading into. Battery life promised was 10-15 hours. Actual : not more than 3 hours, tested thrice by the visit of your service team. Confirmed by them in writing. They promised me (In writing) a full refund. When i acted on the promise, they withdrew. That's cheating - a felony in india, 7 years imprisonment. I was promised a spill-proof laptop. Now that water spilt on the keyboard, i am told the motherboard is no good. That's another count of cheating - as i said, a felony in india. I wanted ssd hard disk removed so i could retrieve data. I was told that hp india not only does not have the external casing for the ssd hdd, so i now can't retrieve my data unless i spend a fortune on the motherboard, but does not even know the specifications of such a casing so that i can buy it elsewhere. This is a premium-product support experience??? Lmao!!! Your india head (Service) suresh babu and his # 2 babban kumar are clerical level persons masquerading as senior business executives. Babban kumar i phoned him 17 times yesterday and day before, 3 smss, he refuses to pick up his phone. Now, i am broadcasting all this on twitter. And am buying a dell xps. Goodbye hp! And good riddance! See you in criminal court! 7 years imprisonment! Boy : that sure sounds good!!!

                          I bought a lap top Elite Book 840 G5 about 15 days back under ONGC corporate policy.

                          Since starting my lap top is not getting charged.

                          I had given online complaint and got the number as below,

                            I purchased one hp 803 black and one hp 803 colour cartridges from m/s reliance retail limited, reliance digital, 3rd floor lake mall, 104 rashbehari avenue, kolkata on 01 jul 2018. Out of these, the black hp 803 cartridge is defective and the printer is repeatedly showing "cartridge problem" error message. When the dealer was contacted, he washed off his hand by saying that i have to contact hp service center on number[protected]. However, when i contacted the service center they told me to contact the retailer.

                            I would request hp to direct the retailer to provide a replacement cartridge as its product is defective.

                              Seven days ago my laptop got screwed up i registered my case the day after... I waited for 4 days and called again to complain that no one came to examine the laptop, then at that time i get to know some ### did'nt even process my request. That lady again took my case... After 3 days when im calling the engineer assigned to fix my laptop, he says hes sorry, he'll visit me next day. Do you people know what 6 days actually means? 6x24= 144 hrs. Do you know that? Well you company employees certainly know nothing about the concept of time. Let me be very clear with you... Stop running a company and learn some yoga and stop wasting your and your customers precious time.

                                I had purchased one hp printer - gt-5821-all in one from hp world, m/s eighth wonder, plot no-553, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar on 14.04.2018.
                                The man who had came to install could not configured the printer with my imac 9.7 version system.
                                Then i brought to the notice of the dealer and from whom i got the mobile no of mr. Amarjeet ([protected]) and then he shared the service center no-[protected]. When we called the service center people, they told us to bring both the desktop and printer to their point, which is just not possible on our part.
                                Please send your service people to my home address the issue.

                                  (Ie hp redemption cell, mechandiseebs mumbai in, hp back to campus offer) for rupees 999 on 30/06/2018 (Total 1998). So kindly do necessary arrangement to cancel the said double entry transaction and credit same to my account as early as possible.

                                    The printer associated with revenue divisional office, kasaragod is not working properly. When the print command is given, the paper will come out of the tray without any print. Some times the print comes with some other fonts against what the original command is given and also the scanner associated with the printer is not working and the photocopier also. ([protected])

                                      Respected sir
                                      I am consumer of hp gas pawan gramin vitarak in etapalli dist chandrapur maharashtra.. There is a on line gas-refile booking facility, to this to create gmail account. So i created gmail account for booking gas refile, but it is not activated. There is a message to me it follows as

                                      We have sent you the activation mail on emailid : [protected]@gmail.com.
                                      Click send button to resend the activation mail.
                                      But they haven't sent me the activation mail on my email id cited above. So please rectify my problem as early as possible.
                                      HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I purchased hp pavilion x360 on april 19, 2018. Within 2 weeks i started experiencing problems,,, it doesn't respond at all. At such time the task manager shows 100%of disk usage and 80-85% of memory usage. I have reported the problem on 13th june - case # [protected]. Today is july 2 and i have no resolution. I called the customer service and was told to wait till the technical team finds a solution,

                                        I have spent rs 46, 300 for this notebook and spent about 12-14 hours talking to the customer service. Needless to say that its extremely frustrating experience.
                                        HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Since I was not getting a resolution to my problem with the Customer Service call center, I decided to give my notebook to the Service Center in JMD Mega Polis, Gurgaon on July 3. I also agreed to have the hard disk formatted to get rid of the problem. My notebook was to be given back on July 4. However, I have been told that even after re-formatting the hard disk, the same problem persists. Now the service center is elevating the problem to the next level.

                                        Please let me know what is my fault? I have not been able to use my notebook for more than two weeks after purchase.

                                        I would really appreciate if I can could be given a refund for this purchase as I have had more problem with this notebook than I can handle. My work is suffering and HP is not able to help.
