    I purchased a hp laptop 7 month back. Fan started making noise and continuously running. Lodged complaint on 3 april 2018.
    A simple issue from april 3rd is not resolved yet. Lots of r&d is being done on this system.
    Case number: [protected] fan replaced. Immediately after replacing fan - touchpad was not working.
    Case number [protected]- registered. Engineer visited. Wrong part received. Engineer visited with new part. Replaced. Worked first, but when rebooted - touchpad failed again. Wrong part being sent. New part is on its way since more than a week. No commitment. Will replace when received, is the reply from hp. Pathetic.
    Poor service and understanding of the product.
    How come both inventory person and service engineer can fail to identify proper part - that is too two times?

      With reference to the above, we face the printer problem in printing quality, we have made complaint vide complaint/case no. Blpq713601 on dated 17/04/18, technician has come and do the servicing and said everything is fine but on the next day the same problem occurs and we have made another complaint vide complain / case no. Blpv761701, the another technician has come and told that you have made a printing of 16000 pages and your guarantee has expire and there is problem of head but no one has guide and told that there is a limit of 15000 pages in a year, there is no guidance provided at the time of purchases, so we were ignorance for this, since we are the regular and genuine customer of hp, there is only 1000 excess for your guarantee period. We face the problem till 7 days but till date there is no resolution has been done. We agree to incur the extra charges but even after there is no response.

      So kindly consider the same and resolve the dispute, so we look forward for hp product in future with pride.

        Hi there i am uday pratap i have brought hp deskjet gt 5810 all-in-one printer series as it is not working properly i have complaint about the fault to hp service center but from last 2 months they are neglecting the complain and not giving proper response and just because of i am facing to much problem pls try to solve my issue this is my contact no [protected]

        We have the HP Laserjet 1020plus printer having the serial no.CNCH774997 it has coplaint of printing the print is not clear .hereby I request you to clear the complaint as early as possible.

          For order number[protected], i have not received item till date. It was to be delivered by 18th april 2018 but not delivered till date i. E. 24 april 2018. I have also complaint about this on hp toll-free no. But there is not a single reasonable response from their side. Please look into the matter and help me. I will be very thankful for this act of kindness.

          My printer is extra ink giving. When i am printer inside a photo paper and plain paper than printer given extra ink...😫.
          If i call a customer care they listen my complaint but after some time no listen all queries they cut my phone... 😠😠😠

            Hello i am very upset with hp gas service as i have booked my gas and i got the message that i will get delivery on 20.04.2018. M hp gas booking number is 511873 as i haven't received my gas yet. And if we ask them why are you late they say if you want earlier you have give money in short they ask for bribe. Worst experience ever by hp gas. This is not for the first time.
            I am believing on you and expecting a result.

                I've paid 2299 for availing hp back 2 school offer as on 3 april 2018, amount is deducted from my account, still there was no confirmation text from the benificiary end...
                Because of the same concern today on 14 april i again paid the same account and still the same problem persist..

                Kindly provide me information about my payment status. And let me know if my back to school extended service offer is active for my product, and if not then how am i supposed to get refund of paid amount.

                  Dec. 2017 purchased hp stream laptop. Called hp support/jeff baker/844.883.2946 said i needed windows defender premium ($329.00) which i purchased for lifetime tech support to remote into laptop to resolve issues. Tech support unable to resolve issues with laptop. Sold me a new laptop ($449.00) on 3-7-18 which i paid $249.00. Jeff said new laptop will arrive in 5-days. Today is april 12, 2018, no laptop. I have called jeff baker 4 times for updates keep saying laptop should arrive in 5 days and will update. I ask for a supervisor — said no supervisor available. Please assist me. Thanks

                      While starting it is producing a beep sound and the monitor display is totally dark. The same was complain against you before also. From your ends it was resolved. But within one month of resolving it the same problem is arise again.

                          There is total 3 usb port in my laptop. Among these three usb port 2 USB port and one audio port is side by side.The problem is while I am using these as any of these 2 USB port or both and audio port same time. A tuning sound is coming in my head phone continuously which is very disgusting and irritating. I am really frustrated as from 4 months they could not solve the issue. I dont know how will i get the resolution of my issue.

                          Im rahul sankhala my adhar card no. is[protected] having an lpg gas connection . last year i had taken lpg gas connection & i link my all data with bank & hp station like linking aadhar card. than also i doesnt recieved lpg subsidy . till now i had taken 3 to 4 gas cylinders & till now i recieved only 1 subsidy. it is totally unfair policy.
                          The Free Air and water both are not working. I gone there to check my tires' air pressure but when i get there the worker said that it's not working. I was totally pissed off and I left the place. The petrol pump I am talking about is Subhash Petrol an HP Petrol outlet.

                            Hp india support is terrible, even in warranty have to struggle to get the support as their general tendency to avoid support cost by just simply saying it's a user damage even without any sign of damage. For any component malfunctioning not ready to accept and always push back to customer to pay again.                               One h. P. Colour laserjet pro mfp m177 fw serial no. Cng6h6t8jt printer was purchased from m/s space dot technologies, new delhi on 22nd aug 2015 vide invoice no. Space/ri/15-16/323 for rs.38500/-.
                              From the first day, it is not working properly. We have made complaints from the first day in the warranty period and we have also paid for servicing. It can be check all the record of complaints in warranty period as well as paid service.
                              The printer is used rarely and at the moment o[censored]se it don’t work properly. Facing same problem we have again made complaint.
                              Service center's says that we have to bring the printer at service center
                              Or visiting at our site the payment of service charge will be approx, double.
                              We would like to know that why such a well known branded and exclusive

                                    I am being harassed by hp india continuously.
                                    I raised a windows recovery request 2 months back. I got corrupted cds in the first time. Recovery failed in the 2nd time. I submitted my laptop at service cente and my laptop is lying at service center from last 18 days but my issue is not getting resolved. I am not able to work without my laptop. No one is responding to my complaints. Very poor customer service. Laptop is in warranty.
                                    They promised to resolved it by 4th april but they are not even responding now.

                                      AA)I placed Order No: #[protected] for a desktop PC Online on 31st March 2018. The site showed buyback for my existing desktop as Rs 9000 against the new purchase. After the online purchase I find the following:
                                      AA) This company has no commitment on delivery. They show 4 Business days at the time of purchase but send the item through road transport that also from Kolkatta when I am staying at Mumbai and the delivery is at Mumbai. The Item is still not delivered even on 5th and it is likely to take another 3 or 4 days. This type of delivery schedule cannot be seen anywhere in the world. One should avoid shopping at this site which works only in brand name. You have better options like Amazon Flipkart and for shopping online than this dirty and cheat company.
                                      BB) The buyback value shown as rs 9000 is just to fool the customers. The company cushily with whom they tied up initially refused buyback and on my second request offered Rs 6000. Thus the cushily group also appears to cheat and fraud. I sold my desktop for Rs 9000 to other genuine buyers.

                                      My conclusion: Never do shopping with such brand name dependent shop online website who do not know how to deliver a purchase in time. They will arrange transport by Bullock cart since it is free shipping. They appear to have no sense in anything except the prompt act of receiving full value of the Good online and enjoy. Sales representatives are good for nothing. They will talk to you before sales but after that you cannot contact them.

                                      Further update on this is that the package is lying at Mumbai Bhiwandi since 6th April Morning and the HP personnel is not aware why it is not delivered yet and simply depend upon the estimated date of 9th April shown by the Courier. They do not bother to meet the commitment of delivery promised at time of Order and after Order. Further there was a transit package damage which also these personnel do not know and I brought to their notice. In short it is managed by a team of non professional harassing the customer for placing order online which they are not competent to execute. Only Ink cartridges they can supply.
