This is to inform you that i forget my bios password of my hp laptop. My laptop is in warranty period. I called hp call centre and they told me to go hp service centre... Engineer removes the cmos battery... And after some time they told me to replace the motherboard for resetting the bios password for which i have to pay money. I asked them that this is software...

I brought an hp laptop for my parents who are old. We purchased the laptop from ezone which is an authorized seller. The purchase was made on 11.10.2016 and we also have the original bill. The laptop developed a problem in july and when i called they said the product is out of warranty. I shared the copy of the bill and they say reseller sold the product late.. That is not my issue. I have the original bill from a known reseller like ezone.....

Sir, My Laptop is HP pro book 440 G1. Purchased in the year 2014, suddenly switched off while I am using. Interchanged working battery & charging AC adaptor from working laptop of same model. We have made many complaint to hp service centre, hp authorized person came from hp service centre raj nagar ghaziabad. I m having problem in sccanner and copier of printer. Since purchased. I teied to regoster complaint by emails but not responded. And even through toll free no. Every time i booked a refill i have to wait for 4-5 days and i receive my cylinder only after chasing dealer. Recently i booked a refill request on sep 1st 2017 and till date i have not received the delivery. When i called the agency they provide me the delivery boy number. I have purchased one deskjet + deskjet gt 5820 printer with serial no.-cn72k4g0b406bp on 02.09.2017. But at the time of color printing it was not not print as photo photo and also i test the clean cartidges from hp software it shows only cyan, magenta, light cyan, light magenta and black.
