I have purchased 1 hp pen drive from snap deal before 3 month, but when i m attaching with my laptop it is not detecting.
I have used first time and it is not detecting. Now when i dropped e mail to hp team they are not giving any answer, i have called multiple service center in gurgaon but everyone is giving me same answer that we are supporting only laptops. Hp customer care is saying go to fortune or balajisolutions {third party from hp } and they are saying this pen drive is not marketed by then
So in short hp does not want to take any responsibility at all, worst experience from hp.in future will not purchase anything from hp.

    I am a regular customer of amazon and for the first time i am facing problem in installing hp deskjet ink advantage 4675 which was delivered on[protected] as no one has come for the installation till date. It is regretful that company like amazon with such a great reputation in the market is lacking behind in their customer services. Please send someone to install the printer as soon as possible and inform me accordingly on my number.

      I am really very sad to write to you but I am completely frustrated after my experience with the HP service center located at Ludhiana, Punjab, India. I had issues with my laptop from past month, it used to hang whenever i tried to move it. I contacted the service center, although any sane person can understand that it is a hardware problem, they said it is software issue and asked me to order recovery disk. I ordered and in the meantime my laptop stopped working and again I went to the service center and this time they told me that motherboard needs to be replaced and they took 2 weeks for the same.
      The next day I got my laptop was repaired, I tried to reinstall windows from the recovery disk, I ordered earlier. I was facing error 0XFFEE018 and again I contacted the service center. This time they kept my laptop for two days and then told me that they do not know how to solve the issue and it will take them a week or so.

      I am really frustrated after all my loss due to this. I have bought premium laptop of HP hoping to have good experience Although my product is in warranty, I am facing such difficulties. I am scared that I will not be able to buy any HP product if my experience with HP does not improve.

            The team came up with nothing solution he is blaming us that its is because of installation printer is not working, how it could because i see the problem is in pipe as two of pipe is flowing ink but one of them not as you can see on picture, hp technical guy its saying its because of dry really you people are advertising that ink doesn't dry, this printer had issue since begning as i was not able to print, he said i cannot support. I really don't think hp support is like this. I bought costly hp inkjet and since starting its not working.

            You people are saying we cannot help you out. You should work out on support instead of advertising. I am going to report in consumer court online and also write this on our blog because i wasted my 13k money in your useless printer which is not working... 8000 pages = 8 pages with blank rough quality.

              Issues having in less then 1 year.
              1. Battery issue {not installed}
              2. Hinges was sound like a trash{issue resolved}
              But after replacement of hinges.
              3. Touch not working good.
              4. Web camera stop functioning.
              5. Rubber covering the touch was damaged during the hinge replacement.
              6. Heats like anything.{after replacement of fans heating was little low but still heats more then any other product}.
              7. On 1 august i created a case for battery & its almost 1 month. Battery was not received by my engineer{mr. Pankaj by "iqor noida"}.
              Too time consuming
              8. Fan stop working again.
              I'm tired o[censored]sing this laptop please help me.

                  I unfortunately purchased a hp notebook pavilion 13-b202tu (Product number: k8u25pa, serial number: 5cd5054r7f) in 2015 and it has proven to be a grave mistake. Despite the countless times i've had to take it to the service centre and the agonising hours i've had to spend on the unworthy laptop, it has repeatedly demonstrated itself to be defective. Since may 2016, it has failed to meet expected demands. It has never failed to malfunction within a week of repairing. I had entrusted the hp service centre in noida in may 2017 with it. I had been assured that it would be properly restored when they informed me of keeping it for two months. I was provided with a replacement laptop for the meantime. Unsurprisingly, it again failed to perform soon after being returned. August 30th 2017, i made a call to the customer service and spent two and half precious hours explaining the situation to him. I should have expected it to be a wastage of time, but i didn't. I put my trust in hp, again, even after being let down more than a couple of times. The person i had spoken to on the line had assured me that a technician would visit the following day and sort the problem, which he failed to. From spending money in extended warranty, a futile phone call to an absurd number of visits to the service centre, i've done all that was possible and more. I've been struggling with hp's lack of productive response to my worthy problem from more than one and a half year. The ridiculous amount of tears and energy i've had to spend on something so undeserving has established that hp's products are more than unreliable and it's customer care, more than unacceptable. I ask for redemption of the money misspent on the outrageous laptop as i'm left to wonder if suing hp will bring their inadequacy to attention.

                    I want to bring to your notice that the hp printer laser jet pro mfp m427d bearing serial no phblk6rohx installed on 14 august 2017 at district collectors office, pathanamthitta, kerala is not powering on since 27 august 2017.
                    The call has been registered on the toll free number and the call number assigned is [protected] dated 29 august 2017.

                    With deep regrets i would like to inform you that the printer worked for a very few no of days and then it stopped powering on.
                    This printer was connected on ups and there is no question of power fluctuation.
                    This being a crucial office location and the printing demand is urgent and immediate.

                    I request you to look into the issue and get it replaced in a couple of days.

                    Again i request you to take this matter very seriously and get me a solution.

                        I am writing this email with lot of disappointment and frustration, but also with the hope of considering my issue as priority after reading below.

                        I have ordered a hp notebook - 15-bs576tx laptop from hp shopping site on aug 28. The expected delivery date when i entered the pin code was 4 to 5 business days. With the same expectation i had ordered the laptop and an acknowledgment has received with the status 'order processing'. After couple of days i received an update stating the delivery as on sep 29. This is the first time i tried to reach you via the toll free number and the email, to cancel the order. Unfortunately the call was never attended and no response for the emails.

                        Around four days back i have received an sms stating it is shipped and a tracking id is given. When i tried to track in fedex site, it is mentioned the tracking id is not valid. Again i tried to contact the support but no use.
                        Today around one hour back the fedex delivered the laptop. I thought of forgetting all the pains and losses which i had including one job interview, assessment and several urgent works. But when i have opened the package the first thing i saw is the crack beside the left hinges.

                        I had lost many work due to the wrong promise of delivery and you did not provide an option for cancellation. No communication, no responses and at the end receiving a faulty piece of laptop.

                        Now the suffer is not ending. After so much difficulty, i have raised a case. They are giving an option of replacement by receiving a call in another 48 hours from service center, then inspection will happen in another 48 hours, then couple of days for processing... And if all goes well they will send the replacement, that can take another month to deliver. I have asked for a refund,. Now 24 hrs passed, no emails, no calls.. Still waiting for a communication.

                        How pathetic the support is. They advised me for getting replacement as a DOA case and engineer visited around 4 days back. Again no updates. My case id is [protected].
                        If i dont get this resolved i feel like going to their office and do a protest and put in social media, so that noone will ever face the issue which i am facing

                          Dear sir,
                          I have purchased hp's pendrive model no. V220w on 17.12.2016 from snapdeal vide order id.[protected]. This product has given 2 years replacement guarantee. Two months ago my pendrive is having problem. While connecting it to the computer or laptop it indicates the message, "this disk is write protected" and i am unable use it.
                          I have contacted hp service centre. The service centre executive told me that service of pendrive should be given by the pendrive retailer. They give me service centre toll free number.
                          I contacted to toll free customer care and got an address in mumbai for service. I visited the service centre, they told me that they can't replace that product, because this model is not allowed in mumbai. They say that they can't do anything for it.
                          I again contacted to toll free. Then one of the customer assistant told me that this product is not available for retail in india. It is available only on online and suggested me to mail to the hp company.
                          As per suggestion, i mailed the hp company. But till my problem has not been solved.
                          I can't get solution from hp company so please help me in finding the solution and please replace the product or do the necessary action to the company.

                            Dear sir,
                            This is to inform you that i forget my bios password of my hp laptop. My laptop is in warranty period. I called hp call centre and they told me to go hp service centre... Engineer removes the cmos battery... And after some time they told me to replace the motherboard for resetting the bios password for which i have to pay money. I asked them that this is software issue not hardware so it is not better solution for this problem. They reply me that we have no software engineer for solving this problem and for resetting bios password you have to change motherboard of laptop.

                            As we know hp bios chip is programmed from hp company not from other. There must be solution for resetting bios password. There must be backdoor for solving this issue. As bios is a software issue not a hardware. For software issue they told me to change motherboard as my laptop motherboard is in working conditions so this is not a better solution of this problem. Reprogramming bios is one of the methods for resetting bios lock.

                            So i would like to suggest hp company to
                            Keep at least one software engineer in all hp service centre so that customer get instant solution regarding software issues.

                            My laptop is in warranty period but also they told me to pay money for changing of motherboard.

                            Lastly i would like you to request you to solve this problem. If they change motherboard for resetting bios lock then this must be done for free of cost as my laptop is in warranty condition.

                            Hp customer executive mail me that I have to pay money for changing motherboard. Since according to warranty terms and conditions Warranty does not apply and does not extend to any HP Hardware Product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, improper or inadequate maintenance or calibration, or other external causes.

                            My motherboard is in working conditions. As this is a software issue not a hardware. For software issue changing a hardware is not a better solution.

                            HP give poor service to customer.

                              I brought an hp laptop for my parents who are old. We purchased the laptop from ezone which is an authorized seller. The purchase was made on 11.10.2016 and we also have the original bill. The laptop developed a problem in july and when i called they said the product is out of warranty. I shared the copy of the bill and they say reseller sold the product late.. That is not my issue. I have the original bill from a known reseller like ezone.. When hp sent the product is not my concern. They are not willing to update the right warranty details. I have followed up atleast 50 times and each time i get a response saying, we are taking it on priority (Standard automated response) and no one resolves the issue. Its been over one and half months and they say its not their problem because the reseller sold the product late. Why should the consumer suffer?

                                REMINDER!!!

                                I have got your mail regarding you have submitted our complaint to the hp company and they will further process it but we have not got any reply from them regarding this.
                                Our warrenty of the printer is also about to end. It will end on 14 october.
                                Now I am fed of that printer as my local repairing centers are saying that you have to buy new printer.
                                This printer can only be repaired by the company we can not do anything.
                                Please see if they will reply me.
                                as I am now fed up of their customer services.

                                  I purchased hp wallet worth rs.3000, and i was supposed to receive the same by 3rd of september 2017 as mentioned in the redemption support. It is clearly mentioned in the redemption support that your claim for hp wallet worth rs.3000 is approved but i did not received it yet.

                                    Case no -[protected]

                                    I am posting this because i am so exasperated by the terrible customer service of hp. I had an issue with my non-removable laptop battery (It wasn't charging completely). My laptop is under warranty coverage so i called hp. They sent an engineer. He found that my battery was swelling. He took some snaps of the swelling battery and sent to his team. They said it can't be replaced because swollen battery are not covered under warranty. I tried to reason with them but they wouldn't listen to me. I gave them proof (https://support.hp.com/…/docu…/c05640567
                                    This link to hp help page stating that swollen battery under warranty are replaced). They didn't have any counter argument so, they just kept on delaying the resolving process by unnecessarily escalating the issue so many times. Now, it's been 2 weeks since i contacted hp for help. But my problem is still not solved. Now, they aren't even responding to my email. It's getting more and more difficult for me to keep using a laptop with a faulty battery. I don't know why hp is doing this. It is a simple claim for replacement of battery under warranty. Why can't they just stick to their words and replace my battery

                                      Sir, My Laptop is HP pro book 440 G1. Purchased in the year 2014, suddenly switched off while I am using. Interchanged working battery & charging AC adaptor from working laptop of same model. We observed steady orange LED near adoptor socket ofgood working laptop, where as blinking white led is coming in defective laptop. Usually, laptop has to work when battery is discharged or detached when adoptor is connected. But, in this case laptop is not getting on even though adoptor is connected. It is not getting on, no led display. Only blinking led near adoptor socket. Please resolve my problem.

                                      Dear sir my system is consuming more internet data i.e. 1 GB within 10 minutes. It is happening from last four days. Regarding this i tried contact online care executive but unfortunately and so sadly did not resolved my problem.
