I m having problem in sccanner and copier of printer. Since purchased. I teied to regoster complaint by emails but not responded. And even through toll free no. But still not responding. 4 to 5 times i called on toll feee no. But no one responded on that no. Too. Please do the needful my printer is in warranty and i m facing problem since may 2017.
HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The keyboard is not working properly.I want your representative to please visit us and resolve the issue and if there is any hardware fault then please replace it as it is under warranty only.

    I have bought a printer from hp.
    It has shown a problem in few months at that time we have called their customer care no. And our problem was resolved. But now it is showing that problem again. We are trying to contact their customer care no. But as the operator picks up the phone we tell our problem to him\her and he rejects the phone without listening to us. And our printer is also in warrenty.
    We are facing many problems as printers are in our daily use.
    Please help us to resolve this problem.

      Every time i booked a refill i have to wait for 4-5 days and i receive my cylinder only after chasing dealer. Recently i booked a refill request on sep 1st 2017 and till date i have not received the delivery. When i called the agency they provide me the delivery boy number. When i called the delivery guy he lied straight away that he is coming from past 4 days but no body is at home moreover he said "do not lie" such a pathetic customer service from dealer. How can this be possible when my self and my family member were at home. Request you to take strict action against dealer to educate their staff how to deal with customer and deliver the cylinder within stipulated time.

        I have purchased one deskjet + deskjet gt 5820 printer with serial no.-cn72k4g0b406bp on 02.09.2017. But at the time of color printing it was not not print as photo photo and also i test the clean cartidges from hp software it shows only cyan, magenta, light cyan, light magenta and black. But no such indication regarding yellow and light yellow. Resulting no such color print could not be done. Pl do something.

            I received my laptop (Hp probook 440 g2) from manipal university, manipal in 2014, august. It has extended warranty of 3 years. Few days back, the only problem in my laptop was the sensor of trackpad was frozen and wasn’t working properly and rest all were working properly, so i gave it to “hp service center kmc, manipal”. They repaired and sorted out that sensor on the same day, but when i got my laptop back, the 5 keys “6, 7, y, h, n” in keypad wasn’t working. I visited back to service center and told my issue that keypad isn’t working since the time, when you gave this laptop to me. But they were not ready to accept their fault. So i put some pressure on them then they said that “it’s just a coincident” and we aren’t responsible.
            But i believe this is not any coincident, and the behavior was totally unprofessional, hence my request to you is to please kindly take suitable action regarding this issue and help me out with the same.

              I am not happy with the hp customer support they never pick the phone
              I bought the laptop and they didnt gave me the offer of warranty extend of 2 year in 999. I called the customer care the day one but they were not picking the phone then i mailed them about the warranty extend. They replied me after one week and told me the warranty was for one week. I told them that i know the offer rules but the customer care never pick the phone and the never give answer the mail.. And now for warranty extend they are asking 5 thousand rupees.                     I have gave my hp laptop serial no - cnd717380s and product - z6x89pa#acj submitted many time for battery replacement in axis computech & peripherals lajpat nagar new delhi but they always saying that we got damage battery from the company so u have to wait till we get other one its already too late i have never seen this kind of services in my life worst services give by you i am very disappointed. For battery replacement you are taking 15 - 20 days if we got any other problem then we need to give it for 6 months? Kindly resolve this or give my money back.

                      There is a carriage jam in my printer and i have pursued all the procedures mentioned to correct it but still its not working i think the issue is somwthing else i want the technician to come and check the printer and get it right... As its not working and its my daily requirement object.. There is no paper jam in the printer anywhere i have checked it properly no bit of paper is stuck anywhere... I have recently set a new cartridges in my printer even the cartridges are moving properly but still the printer is not working i have even reset my printer twice..

                        laptop not delivered even after many weeks

                        I ordere a laptop on first week of august through online hp. I had paid the entire amount for laptop. Till now it is not delivered. I sent several mails to customer support, service head, operation head without any success. Also they are not taking customer service calls regarding order status and disabled the order status on the profile page of customers. I appeal to all customers who were cheated by hp to file criminal suit against hp india...

                          Hi, i bioughta hp 2135 printer in may and got it registered and now recently a paper was stuck in printer and while removing it a strip came out on its own which is encoder strip. Engineer visited it and said it is out of warranty, and now they want me to pay 1400 for repairing 4000rs printer. What is my fault as i didnt do anything. Worst is they dont respond. I am now told to bring printer and do follow up with service provider in thane and he says he cant decide on its coverage, extremely useless service and printer. Case id :[protected]

                              With reference to my above order which was booked on 23.08.2017, till date i have not received delivery of my printer.

                              I have booked this printer through your sales agent mr. Gurpreet, who assure me that the printer will deliver to you by 3-4 days.

                              On 28/08/17 spoken with your executors about my delivery status, he told me to write email, after writing mail on 28/08/17 till date i have not received any status of my order from your concern department. It was more disgusting to hold phone for 30-45 mints to speak to your logistic department.

                              Today i spoken with your ms. Priyanka pandey on phone, she informed me she dont have any information about my order. She told me that it will take another 7 days for delivery which was very socking. A reputed company like yours are doing such things which was unbelievable for me that you will give such a bad service to your customer.

                              When i ask your priyanka to cancel my order and refund my amount immediately, when i ask her when i will get my refund, she told me it will take 15 days which was again shocking for me. At the time of purchasing you take payment first, while refunding your company want 15 days to refund the money to customer???

                              You are requested to tell me the exact status of my order. Waiting for your reply

                                I placed a commercial order for 2 units of 440-g4 for my small establishment using customer sales number[protected] on 8th july (Fri) and i told that i will be receiving the laptops on 15th july. After multiple follow-ups, from excuses like not received your money (Provided the transaction detail).. The person who has taken your order is on sick leave, the vendor is not ready with gst, invoicing system is under maintenance, the bluedart has got the address wrong.. Finally, i got the laptop delivered on 2nd aug.

                                My bad luck. One of the systems happened to be a doa (Dead on arrival) and would not power up. Which started my 2nd struggle. The team opened a doa case, one service engineer came and confirmed it is a doa. Now i am not able to get a replacement as they are not able to find my invoice and point to a group who is responsible to provide an exchange. I am being asked the question like are u sure you bought this from our hp customer support. Can you confirm which number you called.. Can you remember with whom you have spoken who has taken your order. And i am calling the team almost 2-3 times every week and it is going to be 4 weeks now.

                                I have sent two emails to [protected]@hp.com with no response and also send a post on "connect with hp" (Ceo email) without any response.

                                Anybody reading this post from hp, please point me to the right team person with hp who can solve my issue.

                                  I had purchased the laptop in 1st week of may 2017, the keyboard wasn't working on 19/08/2017 i had given the laptop to the iqor service center mangalore. I was promised that by 24/08/2017 i would get the laptop, and they have purchased the keyboard on 23/08/2017 but today is 29/08/2017 still i haven't received the product. I am continuously calling the seniors but nothing worked out... My office work is pending more than a week now they are saying that it might take 2 months to get the product as before you 50 customers have still not received the product, and your's is not the 1st case last year also the same thing has happened if it happened last year why necessary actions was not taken since my laptop would be under the warranty period it would be done free is that the reason for delay??

                                    I have bought one laptop from hp store on 3rd august 2017 and given delivery address to 799003. While placing hp website did't shown any error that, it can't deliver to 799003. I thought it will deliver and waited 21 days. After that i have called the hp customer care, then they are saying that hp can't deliver to 799003 location.

                                    I have not received any mail regarding this. Even now hp website is allowing to place order for 799003 location.

                                    As i have bought this through emi option, my bank already started collecting the emi. If i close the emi now, i have to give fine and 18%gst.

                                    I have send many mails to hp (India. [protected]@hp.com, hpestore.[protected]@hp.com, [protected]@hp.com) but not getting proper response.

                                    I am expecting, at least now hp customer care eyes will open for my issue.
                                    Now a day's delivery will happen within 24 hours. Here i have waited 24 day's still i have not received the laptop.

                                    I think this is a play between hpstore with other online sites. Any way please help me to solve my issue asap.

                                    HP customer care is utter failure, actually they are not caring customers they ###### customers.
                                    They will not pick your call, they will not respond your mails.
                                    I have even send mail to CEO of HP, still not use.

                                    Frustrated with HP online store, customer care, CEO...

                                    We can ban HP online store from our shopping...

                                    I have lost 675 just for interest without receiving the product. This is the way Hp is treating customers.
                                    I too have similar problem.I paid entire amount for laptop on august first week.Till now it is not delivered.I sent several mails to customer support, service head, operation head without any success.I appeal to all customers who were cheated by HP to file criminal suit against HP india managing director for breach of trust and illegal possession of other peoples money .Spread this as much as possible.

                                      My laptop screen keeps on flickering while working. The customer care helpline number keeps asking for a pass code which i am not aware of. Kindly repair this urgently. I called previously and an engineer and tried to solve the problem. But my laptop is facing same problem again and again. At any time screen starts to blink rapidly. Kindly resolve this issue
