I received my laptop (Hp probook 440 g2) from manipal university, manipal in 2014, august. It has extended warranty of 3 years. Few days back, the only problem in my laptop was the sensor of trackpad was frozen and wasn’t working properly and rest all were working properly, so i gave it to “hp service center kmc, manipal”. They repaired and sorted out that sensor on the same day, but when i got my laptop back, the 5 keys “6, 7, y, h, n” in keypad wasn’t working. I visited back to service center and told my issue that keypad isn’t working since the time, when you gave this laptop to me. But they were not ready to accept their fault. So i put some pressure on them then they said that “it’s just a coincident” and we aren’t responsible.
But i believe this is not any coincident, and the behavior was totally unprofessional, hence my request to you is to please kindly take suitable action regarding this issue and help me out with the same.
