We are using hp 2600n colour laser jet printer. The fuser assembly of this printer needs to be changed which is not available at your dealers/service centres. For this reason, we are going to purchase epson or canon printers in future and we are in touch with their dealers for our requirement.

    I bought a hp laptop from hp world store in chennai annanagar branch i bought the laptop in the 2015 and within 2 years i had to spend rs 3300 because the battery was not charging just a week after that suddenly the laptop screen while working went off when i took the laptop to hp world in cochin since i stay in. Cochin now the service technician told me that the processor is not working and i have to replace the processor by paying the amount of rs 140000 approx is this the quality hp its unfortunate that paying rs 45000 for a laptop and have to spend another 15000 plus 3300 within 2 years for replacement of parts

      Dear sir/maam,

      I am really fed up with the hp services and need to take a very stick action against it, you have world's pathetic customer care that did not help customer at all...

      Now that i have this product with me ​serial number : cnd72461ry.
      I called up on the hp service center to installed the window in my laptop, but they refused the installation of window in the laptop and she suggested me to contact the local retailer to installation of the window in my brand new laptop, even informed me in service the center they also charged me for window installation.

      At first place i wouldn't have brought the laptop if it didn't have os or window installed. And how come your executive is misleading the customer.

      However, after the installation of window 10 in laptop, many drivers are also not supported in the laptop, again i have connected with hp customer care team i spoke to this assistant called soumyadeep, he sent me 3 drivers for the installation.

      I have installed all the drivers which soumyadeep sent to me though mail, but after the installation of all drivers my bluetooth icon has been removed automatically and attached problem occurring in my laptop, and my laptop automatically restarted every 5 mins.

      I have written a mail to mr. Soumyadeep on 25th aug and informed the complete issue (On same email id), in the evening i have received the call from different executive and he suggested me to update some software in the laptop, but problem not resolved, he promised to call me next day to resolve the pending issue.

      But today (26th aug) i have received the call from soumyadeep and he refused to solve the problem from their end and suggest me to connect me with local retailer to install the window again... I have clearly informed him before the drivers installation my laptop was perfectly in working condition.

      But he just putted my call on hold and after that transferred the call to mr. Anirban.

      When i was connected with mr. Anirban, he was very rude and even dont want to listen me, just refused to solve the problem, i was totally pissed off, and not believed i had called on hp...

      I feel cheated by hp service provider, customer buy the hp laptop and hp never address their issues later.

          #purchased hp laptop (Model mentioned above) on friday 7th august, 2017 at a cost of inr 40, 999 from reliance digital, the great india place noida. Original windows installed by vendor

          # hanging issues visible from day 1. Eg. While using ms word or any software, screen frequently fades... Message - this programme is not responding. But corrects in a while.

          #on night of aug 17, hanged while using. No response after half an hour. Laptop not booting at start after it was switching it off with a long-press of the power button. Took laptop to vendor on aug 18 morning. Asked to leave laptop. Assured it would be taken to service centre and issues sorted out. Delivered to me the same evening... Told all issues sorted out. Checked and it was working ok.

          # on sat aug 26, ms word not opening. Message box stating "ms office background insallation ran into a problem'

          # called vendor who told me he would send somebody in an hour. No response on his phone when called again after 1 hour.

          # called hp customer care. Informed by phone executive that my complaint could not be registered as the system was being upgraded. Said he would call back after 2 hours. No word yet.

            I purchases the hp printer on 12 june'17 from https://www.hpshopping.in. i was supposed to get 2 year extended warranty offer email within 25 working days.

            However it has been more than 75 days and i still did not receive that email.

            I have chasing them on almost daily basis by emails/calls. I had talked to sakshi, shubham, sachin chadha (Manager), praveen in the sales team. Every time they promise me that the email will be sent in next 10 days or something like that but no action has been taken yet.

            It has been very bad experience that after chasing hp so many times, i did not receive the promised warranty extension email yet. I have all the emails wherein they promised to send the email in 15 days but i never received it.

            I want my warranty extension email on immediate basis along with the compensation of the harassment.

              There was a blue screen error so i went to an authorized hp service center. He said that he will have to do full formatting and asked for the recovery cds. I also paid him 500 bucks. After i got my laptop back it worked well for a few days. It is not even a month and it is showing that there is some problem with the o. S. And is not working at all.

                On 1st aug 2017 i have given my hp 1025 colour laser printer to hp kottayam service centre (Phone no. [protected]) for a problem related to print. (In printouts, black/colour dots will appear on the right hand side of the paper from top to bottom at equal gap).

                And they promised to return in 7 -10 days. But even after 22 days and after repeated calls and personal visits they are giving lame excuses. Initially they said the part has to reach from hp main centre, then blamed courier service, then claimed the part reached was different and asked for more time without specifying the time frame. When i demanded the return of machine in the same condition that i had given on 1st august, they are asking for more time since their engineer is on leave. And this they are repeating for a week now.

                And they have collected rs. 855 as adavance service charge, but no proper response from them

                  I bought an hp 15be012tu laptop from flipkart on 11th august. On 16th august my laptops adapters pin area got damaged. I immediately contacted hp and they told me that they can't help me, i have to take it to service center even though its not my fault. After enough talk they told me that they will forward this matter to higher authority. After that i awaited for few days and didn't touched the laptop. On sunday i opened the laptop and saw that the case no. Which was filed against was gone without solving and notifying me. Thank heaven i took a snapshot. Case no. Was [protected]. So i mailed about this on hp email address provided over my laptop. This is very disappointing from such a company. I have to charge my laptop at my friend's house and it's going to be 7 days since i made the complaint.

                  It's been 15 days still hp hasn't resolved the issue against my laptops adapter. Neither they have called how would i be charging it, should they give an extra adapter nothing ####. I bought hp for my regular work and now the company is harassing me. I will not be going to recommend anyone ever to buy HP laptop. Truly speaking they're #########.
                  The keyboard is not working under warranty period. But the problem not solved 22 days after complaint registration.
                  My consumer no.671764 hp dealer:sree maanasa gas agerncy pl.Change my address from pno 39/a, road no 4, venkatrao nagar colony kukatpally -Hyderabad ts -500072. To H.No 5-3-434/4, door no 303, road no 5, seshadrinagar, kukatpally, hyderabad ts -500072.
                  My all in one have just 4 month above just 1 day back i want a letter copy, but the and also the scan dose not work, and various sound inside printer paper don't go inside printer and message on computer display "paper jam or tray problem" and on printer display "E4" show. Please solve my printer problem as soon as possible.

                    From last 2-3 days my printer can not give print show only paper jam continuously. When i give print command then paper not take out jam in middle position. Then manually remove that and clean all media but again paper jam at that place. I can not resolve that.

                    I have been purchased hp laptop on 14.08.2016 . now it became charging issues from 10.08.2017 . i was visited hp service center chennai on 12.08.2017 but they said service timing has been closed. after that i cant go by next day so again i went on 15.08.2017 in coimbatore service center they told its an out of warranty. so kindly resolve my issues

                      We submit complaint regarding my laptop on 11/08/2017 and my complaint number is.[protected]. Our executive filled our complaint and told for changing my key pad with in next 3-4 days and on dated 20/08/2017, i received a text message from ad-hpincc by mrs. Neelam devi (Service manager). As per message they said that hp case wo[protected] was resolved satisfactory on 19/08/2017 at 04:45 p. M. Where as no any executive or engineer from hp were visited our mentioned address.

                      So, please resolve our complaint as urgent.

                      Note:- if your not consider my problem, i will take strict action against our company.

                          उनके रिप्लेस आइटम जोकि #HP कंपनी बनने गए हैं अभी तक वापस नहीं आए।
                          उपभोक्ताओं का कहना है कि इतने दिनों में रिप्लेसमेंट नहीं हो पा रहा है जिससे वह काफी परेशान हैं।
                          और कंपनी की ओर से इस तरह की लापरवाही बहुत ही खराब और अनप्रोफेशनल है।
                          महीनों से #HP कंपनी पार्ट वापस नहीं कर रही है जबकि वैरंटी में एक या दो दिना में पार्टस वापस मिल जाता है।
                          उपभोक्ता राहुल पाण्डेय ने बताया कि उनका एक चार्जर एडेप्टर है जाकि 20 दिन पहले कंपनी को दिया गया था लेकिन अभी तक नहीं मिला।

                            I have purchased hp pavilion laptop last year in september. From the start the laptop keeps hanging, video does not play properly its keeps lagging even though the entire laptop has no data at all!
                            I have called up hp service center in kolkata multiple times but everytime they will take remote access and run random patches which does not solve the problem at all. Even after requesting they never come for onsite inspection even though my laptop is still in warranty. Overall very very bad and pathetic experience with hp! Will never ever recommend anybody to buy anything from hp!!

                              Hp service centre, agartala is delaying servicing of my laptop after 1 month and 16 days from call log. My case id is [protected]generated on 30/06/2017. Several calls have been made to the customer care and service centre in this regard but after giving several assurance of repairing my laptop, the service centre not taking any action till now. Today, on 16/08/2017 from agartala service called me but in bad manner and closed my case id on the basis of not getting me when they call me on last monday i. E 14/08/2017.in this regard, i request you to kindly take necessary action on my behalf to get my laptop repaired as early as possible.

                                I purchased hp inkjet printer and i am having problems with the printer and i have lodged complaint with hp india. The printing paper is getting stuck in the printer. I purchased the printer on 15/7/2017 & lodged complaint with difficulty in printing. Basically my company is building repair consultant and we have printing job of 100 pages tender at times.                                 I purchased HP inkjet printer and I am having problems with the printer and I have lodged complaint with HP India . The printing paper is getting stuck in the printer.                                     I had ordered an HP battery on 19th February 2017, it was expected to reach me by 28th February, but I did not receive my product. When I called customer support someone named Rohan told me that the shipment was returned back to HP as it's address was scratched during transition and so it could not be delivered. He assured me that as soon as the product reaches them, they will send it to me by some other courier service, so I waited for it but I did not receive the product. I again called back, and the same guy Rohan told me that they had shipped my product to some other customer and now the product is out of stock. When I contacted his senior executive someone from Bangalore as Mr. Prasad, he again told me that they are arranging for battery and it will take a month time, I again waited for a month but did not receive any call or any battery. Again when I called him back, he connected my call to his senior, he finally asked for one more month i.e. till 10th July, so that he can arrange the battery from abroad, but it has been more than a month and I did not receive the battery, they're trying to fool me. Please help me.

                                      Ordered 2 Black and 2 Colour Cartages which were delivered last month. Opened and using 1 Black Cartage. The Print quality is very very poor. Ink smears. The No of The Cartages is 678 for HP Deskjet 1510 series. Would like to return the 3 unused and 1 used defective cartage. Please advice. On registering the complaint message says the complaint is too short and will not be attended to and advised to make is large hence have no option but to write aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... hope it should work now

                                        1.]the dealer talk in absurd and ruckus way shout when customer asks about the details of the bill and forces the customer to pay the bill in cash and do not accept the online transaction and when customer asks for the details they shout with sentences like"will you sit on our head?" and "it is pain of giving money"
                                        2.]do not accept online transaction forces the customer to pay the full amount in cash
                                        3] do not give the details of the bill hence violates the customer's right.
