I purchased the laptop around January and below are the details. It is well under warranty Your concern person/engineer visited and on checking confirmed that motherboard will be replaced for free of cost. I have purchased laptop from HP and I have all invoice and bills supporting it is under warranty. Please resolve my laptop issue as soon as possible or replace whichever is faster.
