HP India — continuous paper jam in my hp deskjet ink advantage 3635

My complain is that i purchased the above printer about 4-5 month ago and now it is not functioning properly, for which i am very much disturb that how could it not functioning properly even after it is new and continuously paper jam in it. I want to change it with your other printer model because my experience was very bad with this printer model.
