[Resolved] HP India — Data Loss while while attempting a system recovery as i was misguided by the concerned support staff | |||
I Purchased a HP Laptop from reliance Store and unfortunately dont have the bill as it was paid by one of my friends from his credited card and i had a issue with my laptop as it crashed so i called the hp and they said i will have to pay for recover disk my question is why are not giving the orginal windows CD along with the laptop and also after i recived the cd i called them and one of the agents misguided in selecting the option and now i lost roughly 15 gb of DATA which include precious Pictures taken over a period of time and now nobody is responding and i tried contacting hp for the past 48 hour and also laptop is lying like as waste and it is in warranty also Was this information helpful? | |||
