[Resolved] HP India — Defective laptop to be replaced | |||
My daughter Sonali Panda had purchased a HP laptop at Vashe, Mumbai(Reliance Digital).The product was defective and the service engineer recommended for replacement.However in the letter the product number mismatched and the seller refused to replace.HP authorities, instead of giving a corrected letter, closed the case without settling the issue. Without comuter my daughter is suffering and is getting harrassed. It is requested to settle the issue as soon as possible. SK Panda Father of Sonali panda.
