HP India — Demanding more money than they mentioned in their website for an offer

Sir, I would like to inform that I bought an HP 15 r-series i5 OS notebook for which they offered an offer of Additional 2 Years ADP with 2 Years Onsite Warranty worth Rs.9299 for Rs.1999 only.But when I registered for the offer they are demanding Rs.3999.The offer detail is mentioned in their website hp.com/in/backtocollegeoffer.The last date for the offer is 31st august.
