HP India — Diwali mobikwik cashback offer not availed | |
I purchased a new hp 15 series laptop dated on 17th November 2015 which serial no. is CND5440QQ4 and I got an offer by hp. Mobikwik voucher code sent me via email by hp. But now this time I can't access this voucher code. This voucher code given to me for six months but only one time access this code and now I can't access/avail this code. In this regard, I had sent email three or four times but every time given same response by the hp ([protected]@redemptionsupport.com) is wait for 7-10 days. Mailing response mentioned below: Dear Customer, This is with reference to your e-mail related to the problem being faced for availing Cashback benefit/s through Mobikwik, we would like to inform you that we have already provided you all the entitlement within the due date and also, updated you about all necessary steps to avail these benefits. For any technical support/issue, kindly contact Mobikwik directly. They hold your account details and once you would share your issues with them, they would be in a better position to revert at the earliest. Mobikwik customer support number is [protected]. In case Mobikwik fails to address your concern please feel free to contact us again. We shall try and coordinate with Mobikwik to solve your issue at the earliest.
