After so many reminders regarding my replacement. I have called more than 100 times every times talk with different persons. They assure me that they will provide replace by 30th september. You have been making fool of mine. I am not begging you something, first i am going to lodge a fir against hp and then going to consumer court (As i have purchased hp laptop from your company). Under the ipc section 420, 421 of the indian penal code and under section 12 (3) of the sale of goods act. You have been making us fool since last 43 days. I think i am not the one with whom you have done this fraud, but this time you have messed with the wrong persons. We will not react as a victim and leave our hard money. We will not only complaint against you but also bring your two face into the public domain.

This time i am giving you the last 48 hour deadline to replace the part or provide a fresh laptop. I don't know how it is possible.

You might have free time to fool people, but i don't.
I have your all call recordings which will be sufficient to prove "you" guilty.

If we can pay rs - 27000/- for laptop. So we might pay more amount to sue you for bring your two face into the public domain.
