Purchase this HP laser jet pro p1108 printer on date[protected].
only after the purchased of the 2 months it became headache to me to use this printer.
it was good in printing in starting days and after then the quality has been degraded.
After the refilling of the ink, the print quality is became more poor.
Also reached the distributor to fix the issue but acc. to him the complete warranty will be provided by the company side.

So kindly look into this matter and fix the issue as soon as possible and if there is any manufacturing error in this device then kindly take the neccassary action replace this device.

    The charger got bursted when I was plugging in. This issue had been happened on 25 Mar 2023 but I have bought the laptop in the month of Jan, 2023.More over my laptop now it is not working in good condition where i have lots of issues with mouse pad and with portal pins

      Short supplies of petrol being done at HP AUto Care Center, C V Ramananagar, DRDO Phase 1 township, Bangalore 560093.
      Petrol is being filled manually even after repeatedly stating to set the meter.
      Associates states that instruction were not been given for setting the meter by customer.
      I had asked to fill 10 liters of petrol. Associate at this petrol pump, nozzle #2, date 20th March 2023, time 6:55 am is filling the vehicle manually.
      When enquired as to why this is being done manually, again he gives another excuse that meters dont work properly.
      If Company Owned Outlet are doing such malpractices, Retail outlets shall do the same. There is never ending for such type of malpractices.

        I have bought laptop 10 months ago through amazon.After using it for 5-6 months there are keyboard impressions on display, so I wanted it to be resolved so I have contacted HP.Technician visited my place and told me that there is mismatch in CT number of display and also said that I can't claim warranty on this.
        But I don't know why? On this issue I have contacted HP multiple times but I didn't get any satisfied resolution from them. Week ago I contacted HP again they told me that the case is been elevated to higher authorities and once HP approves it then service will be provided. But it's been a week I didn't get any response from that side. So again I made a call and came to know that HP rejected my issue.
        How unfair it is!!! I haven't performed any service before if so it will be in their records, consider going for outside service, why would I go for external service even though I have warranty to claim. Changing display is not small thing it costs around 15000/- why would I do that?
        At last I only want one thing either provide me service under warranty or provide me with service denial letter under warranty

          Hi,

          My laptop was switching from tablet to laptop mode again and again. Sometimes keys doesn’t work. I gave my laptop to HP support pune on 15/02/2023 and till date I haven’t received my laptop. They’re calling and telling about new issues coming up after every 3-4 days. I haven’t got any resolution.

          I faced huge loss due to this and HP is not responding to the emails. I want them to increase my warranty by one year because I can’t afford the repair after my warranty is expired.

          Please provide the resolution for my issue. I can’t express what I went through due to this.

          NEVER purchase any goods from hp because after warranty they demand huge service charge and if you pay, the service engineer make another fault and they demand for a big amount for fixing again.

Shri Girish Marketing, No. 21 Srinivasa Complex, College Road, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu vide Invoice No. 0016 dt. 28/04/2022.

            From the above purchase a monitor with the Sl. No. 3CQ2030FCG is not functioning (No display). It is requested to do the needful to sort out the issues.

              I've purchased the laptop from HP, which is still under the warranty period along with 3-year warranty extensions during the acquisition. After 6 months, Bettery getting discharged very quickly. Therefore Such services were not resolved by customer care as they are claiming that such damages will not be covered under the warranty program.

              Kindly look into the matter and resolve the services ASAP.

                    Along with Mill gang are Framing false photos against me by taking photos of my correct driving. To convert 2 photos into one after editing. Photos that I took of correct conditions have only been a warning. They have not yet been submited to law enforcement.

                    As I was driving a Gas truck came right in front of me. So I waited at the intersection. As truck left I turned into that intersection. Another truck of your worker on side was taking photo of my car. To fabricate photo.

                    Another gas truck was blocking that small rd on intersection on far turn and I had to take left on the wrong side of gravel rd.

                    These efforts are to prevent me from selling or renting out my house. As it is parties are backing off buying due to Fire fears of Gas Godown.

                    Even one bank backed of giving loan to a customer who applied for loan. To buy my house.

                              On Saturday I had submitted my laptop on your service center Sysnet Global Technology pvt Ltd. Jalandhar. Till this time it had only display issue at particular angle . But on Monday received call back saying that it had display issue and you can extend warranty. When reached service center they said motherboard is dead and its not even taking charge

                                After the recent update my laptop doesn't shut down. when i press the shut down option, the screen goes out but then the laptop again starts on its own. Same is happening when i try to make it sleep (hibernate mode).

                                      Respected Ma'am/Sir,

                                      I had purchased an HP laptop, Serial number: CND1507WD0 and Product ID: 637X2PA#SCJ from Amazon online on 21 June 2022, for my daughter’s academic use in Bangalore. Kindly note that the following complaint is being raised on a product that is within it’s warranty period.

                                      The laptop worked, as it should, for barely 2 months, post which a trail of complaints and technician visits followed, with utterly non-satisfactory fault detection, repair or response. Please find below the timeline of incidents highlighting the same:
                                      1) 18/09/2022 : Complaint raised regarding the laptop displaying a blue screen with an error message stating "your device ran into an issue" and shutting down abruptly.
                                      2) 19/09/2022 : Technician from HP visited and said they couldn't troubleshoot the reason behind the issue but did a fix that resolved the issue for then.
                                      3) 17/10/2022 : Same blue screen issue reappeared and complaint was raised. Advises with regard to troubleshooting procedures from the customer service team did not resolve the issue, but however in some time the laptop seemed to function properly again, hence the complaint was withdrawn.
                                      4) 05/12/2022 : Same issue; complaint raised for third time; same sequence of customer care; resulting in alternative cycles of functioning and malfunctioning of the laptop. No permanent solution or proper troubleshooting received from HP India.
                                      5) 01/2023 : Laptop approached a complete state of rest refusing to switch on at all.
                                      6) 12/01/2023 : Technician visited and informed that it is a Mother Board Issue and that they would repair the laptop soon by replacing the faulty parts with new ones.
                                      7) 20/01/2023 : Subsequently, another technician visited and claimed that the Mother Board was burnt. He removed one RAM, and was hopeful about the laptop functioning fine with the intervention, although to no use. The laptop continues to be a faulty device that does not switch on, till date.

                                      This detailed timeline is illustrated to bring clarity on the fact that this laptop purchased from a much trusted brand like HP has been unfortunately, nothing short of a wreck so far, providing no value for the money spent or competent and prompt customer service. My daughter, a university student who requires a functioning laptop for her studies, has suffered greatly due to these cycles over the past 6-7 months since its purchase. This has been not just a monetary concern but also has been a mentally exhausting process for my daughter and myself as a parent, with back and forth complaints and conversations, all to mere dismay. This is beyond what can be tolerated as a customer and I urge HP India to look into the matter urgently and provide a proper replacement of the faulty laptop, as repair has evidently produced no results.

                                      I humbly request the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to expediate the process and stand by me to protect my rights as a customer and Indian citizen.

                                        I purchased a HyperX mouse in amazon on 27.07.2021 which has 2 years warranty. I am having some issues in the mouse which is under warranty. So I contacted HP since HyperX is aquired by HP. They gave me details of skypro technologies to go claim warranty there. I got a case raised for warranty replacement online with hp support. But skypro technologies said that they don't need that, they will raise it again by themselves. I submitted my mouse on 21.11.2022 even after knowing poor service of them since this is the only service center for HP in chennai. You can check the reviews of them from maps which will be very poor and the numbers they provided won't work. I tried calling them to multiple numbers and finally someone accidentally picked up the phone after 20 days. I asked them about the status because they said only 10 days when I submitted the mouse. They were saying reasons that they had issue with website so they are yet to submit the warranty claim and asked 10 more days. Then nobody is picking up the calls and even if they pick sometime they don't provide the status of replacement and cut the call inbetween. I tried contacting customer care again, they were saying the same thing again and again that they will arrange a call with skypro technologies. I haven't got any response afterwards. It has been almost 3 months now. I am not even sure that they will give my mouse back.

                                        I again got a call from customer care that they will arrange a call with service centre. Still I didn't get any calls regarding my mouse warranty claim status.

                                        I contacted the service center again on 11/02/2023 and they said they will look into the status and get back. And they didn't call me back. They did the same thing earlier also.
