HP India — Hanging issue

Dear Sir/ Ma'am

This is to inform you that, I had purchased a laptop in March 2020. But it become hang while browsing internet on it. I had also visited at your dealer point from where I purchased the laptop.

But he refuse to return it and told that it will hang whenever I used internet in this laptop. It also hang while start (Switch on) the same.

Now, please suggest me that; what is the use of laptop without internet.

In this case, I request you to please approve the return of laptop at the earliest please..
