I bought the above laptop from amazon on 26 Dec 2016. I did not use it much but after 10days i see some horrible problem. Then i called to hp service centre east zone. Then one representative came and see the problem but did not capable to solve that though he took all the daytime of mine. Then he took it in service centre. After 10-20days one person came with laptop and tell me that problem has been solved. But n same day agian i faced that problem. Again i called. Then few days later another person came and check it through, detect the prob and tell me that hard disk has to be replaced. He ordered for hard disk. After 10days another person called me and tell me that he has to collec some data frm laptop so he come and take a whole day. Dut problem in not resolved. Is it a joking you r doung with customer? First of all taking too much time of the customer. Secondly are inacapable of solving problem. My laptop is within warrenty period, so replace it as soon as possible. I cant take any harrasment of hp representative. Was this information helpful? | |||
