[Resolved]  HP India — HP 15-D103TX Laptop

Dear Sir I purchased a HP 15-D103TX Laptop from Tech vision Distributor, Guwahati possessing serial no. 5CB4095ZRV & P/No. G2G48PA#ACJ on May, 2014. But within this tenure of two months the under mentioned problems arised one after another a) Hard Disk Error b) DVD RW sound error c) Battery discharge (CT. No. 6DUUK05WY6A270) Above is not at all desirable for a brand new laptop & that too from a company like HP. Shall be grateful if kind arrangements are made for replacement of the laptop at your earliest conveniences.
