Product Name: Hp 15-rO14TX notebook pc Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit) My case Id:[protected] I had a power supply issue and i had an onsite hp warranty so an engineer visited my place and changed the mother board.The day he changed it my battery got failed and now my laptop works only when a power supply is plugged in.When i asked hp to support on this they are this battery is under base warranty which is over so you need to fix it.Its their engineer who came and spoiled it. My case id:[protected] I have an wifi issue and command prompt continuously flashes n goes of since that power supply problem an engineer from hp kind off fixed and have gone The hp is not ready to assign an engineer who can look into the problem inspite all the trouble shooting options are also performed I have taken recovery 4 times have reinstalled the OS recently again yet the expecting me to take up a back up an reinstall the OS. They naming it an software issue which is not. have Hp degraded so much in customer service that they come and create problems in your laptop Was this information helpful? | |||||

I noticed some problem has in my laptop which has under warranty preoid but any problem is not solving from service centre (siliguri) till date and they suggest me for buying other brand laptop.They also told me this problem has in hp all model. My laptop sl. No. CND60450BH & case id _ [protected]. I am very upset for bad service & comments.
