Sir we have hp clj pro mfp m476dw printer ser no - cnb7hcrhsk installed at our office situated at chandimandir (Chandigarh), i have already initiated complaint in the month of july 17 but no respond find from your side. Said printer is not working properly. Some functions are not working like not printing with legal paper and unable to xerox color. You are requested to sent a mechanic to us at the earliest
