HP India — Hp deskjet 2545 all-in-one series - serial no. Cn4b5f3xp

Address:Kozhikode, Kerala, 673631

The above Printer purchased from Novo Computers, Kozhikode, Kerala, India is not working properly. When we submit word document for printing, caution arrives as " word document cannot be printed " When submitting other documents only the paper is drifted through the printer. I think configuring is not done properly. The shop owner is not responding now.

I am one of the consumer. Cosumer id 602775 my account activated but not login my ID status ; ur email account not activated to activate click link came what is the Problem I don't know please to be activated my account email ID [protected]@gmail. Com
