I have purchased HP Deskjet GT 5820 All in One ink tank Printer (Sr. No. : CN67Q3G1WY) from Croma Showroom, Belapur, Navi Mumbai on 06.12.2016. The Croma staff said they have only one piece which have been placed in the showroom for display. So the showroom staff gave me that one. As they told, I contacted HP India for installation the printer. Mr. Anil Kumar from HP India came and said there is some problem in the printer and he forwarded the problem to the HP India. I talked over phone in this regard a complaint number BJJR4546 by provided. Mr. Anil Kumar also contacted Croma showroom staff in this regard. Next day Croma staff talked to Ms. Chayya of HP India. I also contacted HP India over phone number [protected]. But nothing has been done in the matter. Since I need a printer urgently, therefore I purchased the display unit. I is very sad neither the problem has been resolved nor the printer has been replaced. Was this information helpful? | |||||
