Serial no. Ina708q2d9 and product no. X9w00av pc is not working. We tried our best to repair the same. We also tried to contact you through your customer number but line is very busy. Please send your engineer for repairing the above pc as early as possible. This computer belong s to operating staff section of personnel department of south eastern railway (Hq) (Bnr)/ 11 garden reach road kolkata -43). This computer is within warranty period.
