Hi, I am a customer on HP Gas agency and my HP gas dealer is "Jay Gas Agency" (Vadgaosheri/Kharadi Pune). I have booked to refill cylinder as details below Booking Date 14/12/2016. Booking no: 524104 Consumer no: 654620. Name: Hirakmoni Das I got a msg from BA-HPGASc CashMemoNo- 134339 date 17/12/16 Authentication code - 5751. But not delivered yet(20/12/2016). I called them, they said to me my booking has been cancel out although I do not get any my cancellation message( booking) . I call to this [protected] he asked me to book for another. Therefore its very pathetic for working people to get stick with such functionality.Please take necessary action at your end for future. Please help me. Waiting for the response!
