HP India — hp gas undelivered after 15 days of booking | |||
Hello, I've booked my hp gas (Booking number: 545404, cash memo: 1053835) on 25th feb 2018. Till date i've not received my gas yet. Every time i call the distributor "chirag hp gas service in naihati, kolkata-743165" they are not able to provide me any information and asking to go to their office. If i have to visit their office then what is the point book the gas through ivr? On 27th feb 2018 i received one sms that my hp gas has been delivered with the cash memo number: 1053835. That means they have sold my gas to someone else. Even today on 9th march 2018 i called them several time for the update however, they are behaving rudely. I am Dr. P. Muthukumar, IARI, Pusa, New Delhi. My Office computer VP192. My computer login ID is hacked, so I cannot open my computer. Even I tried with HP CD and Flash drive it is not recognizing. Please I need customer service at office. Money will paid on the spot. Thank you.
