[Resolved] HP India — hp laptop 15q-ds0007tu | |||
I have purchased hp laptop 15q-ds0007tu on 12.06.2019. It was supplied with out any backup or recovery dvd / pen drive.in october 2019 it was not booting. I took it to hp service center at nehru place, new delhi on 26.10.2019, they confirmed that the hdd was faulty and agreed to replace with new hdd. I got it back on 02.11.2019 but without operating system. Then i contacted hp support centre for the os, they said dvd will be supplied at the cost of rs. 600 to 800 within 2 days. On 04.11.2018 i mailed to hp support centre that dvd containing operating systems is not yet supplied. But till 09.11.2019, no response from hp. I already mentioned that not only the hp systems are useless but support and services also hopeless. Uday Was this information helpful? | |||
