I have purchased a HP laptop on 13/08/2020 at Reliance digital showroom Ramanthapur hyderabad vide the serial No CND0259R22. I encountered a problem with booting of the laptop in the month of February. As the customer support team could not diagnose the problem i have visited the authorised HP service centre in secunderabad TVS electronics. They took the laptop and after two days they have diagnosed the problem as harddisk problem and replaced the hard disk and gave it back it me. As the laptop was in warranty the have not charged me anything for this service. Again on 18th May the laptop encontered the same problem. I took the laptop to the same authorised HP service centre and handed over my laptop for repair. They told it may take 10-15 days to repair it. I called them after a weeks time to know exactly whats the problem. They conveyed that the hard disk is again damaged and they have indented for a new harddisk. So again I called them after 4 days. This time they told that they have replaced hard disk and this time the display is also damaged and they have indented for a new display. Again i called them after 2 days I called them to know the status of my laptop. This time they told me that they have replaced the display and now the mother board is also damaged they have indented for a new motherboard. In the entire process the service centre has never called me to inform the status of my laptop. Everytime I called them they were coming up with a new problem in the laptop. Then I told them that I donot want to take such a defective laptop which in a period of 9 months of purchase the hard disk was damaged twice, mother board once and display once. I have requested them either to replace the laptop with a new laptop or refund my total amount for which i have bought the laptop ie43499- or atleast extend the total warranty for lifetime as it was a defective piece. They have not resolved my issued till today. I have not collected my laptop till date. Its with the service centre only. As I am unable to carry out my duties with out laptop I am forced to buy a new laptop again which incurred me an expenditure of Rs.45500/- on 09/16/2021.
