HP India — hp laptop given for repair but no quotation

I given my laptop for repair on 25th oct, 2018. Still there is no response by service center, they are said, i sent quotation to the copmany but there is no response.

I need urgent of this laptop.

I am employee of hp company. My employee id is : 23146062.

Kindly check and do the needful on priority.
