[Resolved] HP India — hp laptop not working properly - service center support is pathetic!

I have purchased hp pavilion laptop last year in september. From the start the laptop keeps hanging, video does not play properly its keeps lagging even though the entire laptop has no data at all! I have called up hp service center in kolkata multiple times but everytime they will take remote access and run random patches which does not solve the problem at all. Even after requesting they never come for onsite inspection even though my laptop is still in warranty. Overall very very bad and pathetic experience with hp!
