HP India — Hp laptop , power on- off issue

for my daughter and now the laptop is having the power issue . It is under warranty period. My daughter moved to us for higher studies to United States. There she got the problem.
To get the issue solved we are told to raise the complaint ticket here in India and forward that to United States hp customer care
