[Resolved] HP India — hp laptop shows display problems within 10 days of purchase | |||
Hi my name is ganesh thite . I purchased this laptop from vijay sales thane. After purchasing this laptop within 10 days it shows the led imbalance on screen as I attached the snapshot of same. I gave the complaint to the customer care on 25 th sep purchased laptop on 14 sep. The officer taken the snaps of the product and mailed to higher authorities or engineer now they are saying that I did not able to get laptop replacement. From last 1 month I am waiting for resolution of the problem and replacement of my laptop. They are blaming on me that i did something to the laptop that's why it showing the error.
