To whom so ever it may concern.. I have purchased an "hp laptop" from your store on Aug 26, 2020. I had problem with the web browser from the day 1 of the purchase. I approached the sales executive who sold me this product. He asked me to contact "hp web support". I did as he said but the problem was not solved instead they told me to contact "hp support". Then I escalated the problem to "hp support". But unfortunately my problem has not been solved till now. On 8th Oct 2020, I got a mail from them that the problem is because of HDD to which I was not at all convinced because I have only installed Google browser so far, not any other single app.. I am so depressed and unsatisfied because i am escalating this problem for the past 50 days and my problem has not been solved till date . Further I am shocked to see that hp is compromising it's quality to this extent. I am completely unsatisfied with your problem solving approach. I had to purchase this laptop in this covid situation to retain my job. But now I got to face lot of problems in my job because of this laptop issue..I am so depressed that I am not ready to contact hp support anymore. I request you with great regret to get this faulty laptop back and render me a new problem free laptop.
