[Resolved] HP India — HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0101ax | |
Due to serious malfunctioning of the laptop and after scrutiny by the HP technician at their service facility, the product was declared by HP as DOA. As I had bought the product from Flipkart, they refused to replace the product but to refund the money. I had taken up the issue with HP and as a product company, they show helplessness and not ready to replace. How does HP honor the warranty and replacing a faulty product which HP has declared as malfunctioning? Shouldn't HP take responsibility and replace the product directly? I would request HP to look into my issue and replace the product and take ownership for selling a malfunctioning product. Complaint number is [protected].
