[Resolved] HP India — Hp pavilion P077tx | |||||
I bought my HP Pavilion P077tx laptop in September 2014, I have been facing issues with it since them, i also notified Hp about it them and my complained was cleared only after 6 months delay when i mailed them about moving Legally. 1)Now, its nearing an year after the warranty got over and the same problem which was rectified in the brink of warranty extinction has come up again.(I WAS TOLD HP PRODUCTS HAVE GOOD BUILD QUALITY WHICH I UNDERSTOOD, IS A BIG LIE). 2)Now my battery is dead, And i checked and my battery is eligible for a recall but i cant register in the website and Hp customer care doesnt take responsibility for it. 3) Hp customer care numbers are fakes (provided along with the laptop). i got a number from the net, The lady picked up the call, made me wait for 7 minutes and then cut the call(I have the call recording) FROM HERE I HAVE PROOFS FOR EVERYTHING BELOW IN THE FORM OF MAILS, CALL RECORDING AND CHATS : 4)Finally i managed to get someone and told hima bout the issue, he blamed mE AND TOLD ME THE CHARGE CYCLES GOT OVER. to clarify this i made him explain how the charge cycles get over and understood that wasnt my issue since the charge wasnt going down gradually as said by hp customer care. Since i understood it was a manufacturing defect since my battery was working perfectly fine until one fine day when it stopped detecting a bettery. 5)i spoke to 3 different people and i was told i will be contacted within a day.Its 3 days now and there is no news from Hp regarding this laptop. one of the customer care rep asked me to go legally in this case and told me he cant do anything about it and asked me to pay for a new battery every two years. THIS IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE LEVEL OF HP.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY AN HP PRODUCT EVEN IF ITS A GOOD ONE, BECAUSETHE HP PERSONNEL WILL BEHAVE AS IF ITS NOT THEIR PRODUCT ONCE THE WARRANTY GETS OVER. I have all evidences, screenshots, mails, conversations as proof in case if i have to move legally anyone need any clarification or details of this case can contact me.
