[Resolved]  HP India — hp printer gt 5820 not working (request for replacement under warranty )

The hp printer gt5820 which was purchased in october 2016 is not working since its purchase as the printer head is defective. The printer head has since been changed 4 times but instead of improving the functioning of the printer has not improved. We have taken up the matter with the customer care as well as the service center have not given any support.
