HP India — I am complaining about hp laptop which I purchase from amazon

From Amazon on 12 aug I purchase the hp laptop name 15s du2078TU of ram 8 gb and it is 15.6 inch.Now it's not powering on as it is with 100 % charging. So it has warranty so help me out
