Dear sir, I have purchased a hp pavilion x360 laptop on date 30/7/2019. There was a offer of hp back to college-2019. I got registered with hp with full payment and sent all the required documents to hp redemption cell. Redemption code is HHQC358273HH and product serial no. Is 8CG9268ZBZ. After this i got a mail that all the entitled gifts will reach your registered address / email id within 30 days. From that onwards till today i have not received my bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset. It’s has been more than 5 months and after that they assured me that it will be dispatched in 7-10 working days but still i haven't got proper update when will they dispatch that item. This is not very good behavior from your end. I am a student and got mentally harassed by your support. Really got disappointed from the customer support please do take necessary action and try to dispatch that item as soon as possible. My new HP laptop Model: Hp 15s -du0050tu bought on 31st October 2019 has got a white spot on its screen in less than a month of purchase. The spot occurred on 22 November 2019. I would request the consideration of my complain as soon as possible.
